I've had some bad ones, but this one is solid. Your good ole neighborhood Chinese carry out, nothing fancy.

I don't understand, last time I bought here, the food was good and fresh. Today, they sold me rotten rice even, the included rice is rotten and it took me 40 minutes from China1 to my home because of the detour route. The boneless sparerib is not even good when I taste it. The only food I bought from them today that is good is the crab rangoon because that's the first thing I ate. When I got to the rice, I lost my appetite. I don't trust eating the rest and it's already past 9:00 to go back and complain about it. Plus, I gave them a $5 tip just to pick up my order. What a waste!

I ordered hot and sour soup, shrimp lo mein, and crab rangoons. The food was ready on time and packed nicely. The hot and sour soup was good! It even came with crackers. The crab rangoons were a little too sweet for me. I did not like the shrimp lo mein.

We decided to go here on a whim and decided to dine in. We all ordered from the combo special which includes an entree, fried or steamed rice, and an egg roll or soup for like 7 bucks. You can't beat that. I got the chicken with garlic sauce and hot and sour soup. My bf got the bourbon chicken, and his friend got the sweet and sour chicken. We all greatly enjoyed the food. I was made fresh and had just the right amount of flavor/spice. The man that took our order even brought it out the table for us. This little hole in the wall may not seem like much, but it is really good!

I ordered delivery that arrived within half an hour, piping hot, and it's some of the best American-Chinese I have had! The chicken lo mein has large bites of chicken with plenty of carrots, onion, celery, and sprouts. The noodles are cooked perfectly. The pan-fried dumplings have nice crunch and browning. The crab rangoon is on par, if a touch too sweet. Finally, the egg roll is super crunchy and satisfying. I would order two egg rolls per person as they are a bit small. I will definitely use China #1 as my #1 Chinese delivery option!

Basic fast food chinese. Low quality, bland taste, no effort. The only thing I credit them for is speed and convenience.

Just last week I visited the Michelin Bib Gourmet recommended Sichuan restaurant in Memphis and trust me this one is even better than that. The menu starts with a stereotypical american Chinese menu but pass those pages and you will the real deal - the authentic Sichuan menu is so well curated. Each dish looks tempting. The Sichuan cucumber salad and Sichuan jelly were so refreshing. Dont miss the dry hotpot section; highly recommend!! The drinks menu is limited to bottles beers and soft drinks. I will surely go back next time!

Since we've been roadtripping through TN and KY for the past week, it was so nice to eat some authentic Chinese food while traveling through Louisville. Can't believe this place exists in Louisville of all places!! Spectacular.

Family dinners are available as well. I enjoyed my flavorful wonton soup, ate plenty of sweet and sour chicken, took bites of the Mongolian beef, and sampled most of the dishes around the table. I will never come back to this place…read more Let me start by saying I used to love this restaurant. It was one of our favorite. But now, it's on our list to never eat here again. It started with me placing an online order. This is new on their website while I was looking at the menu. I figured this would be best than calling the restaurant. How I was so wrong. I placed it with a 30 minute window. Ordered at 4:44 to be pick up at 5:14pm. I showed up to the restaurant at 5:03pm. There was about 4 other people at the counter. One person just placed their order, another person said her mom called to place the order but wasn't sure when it would be ready. They told everyone 20 min. I showed my ordered and they were going to be me 20 minute. I said I placed my order 20 minutes ago. Ok so I waited... Another lady came in and said that she placed her order around the same time online. Her order number was 140 and she had a long receipt with quite a lot of items. My order was 148, somehow. By the time I asked what's going on with my order at 5:15, they said they go by the order number and they're on 138. I don't think they processed my order until I arrived at 5:03pm. It took until 5:39pm before I receive the order in my hand. I only had very few items, one of which was an order for combination lo mein, plain mantou, shrimp tofu and wonton noodle soup. Mind blowing because I paid $50. The online system also charge a $1 fee, which I did not know about until I saw the receipt. Which would had been fine if my order was done in the time it was promised. Now, the staff was not the most friendly either... the person that handed me the bag almost dropped it because she put it in my hand, didn't say a word and turned and walked away. They cannot be any more rude than that. I was sweating profusely and shaking while waiting for a very long time while I am pregnant and nauseous. Now here's the review for the food. It was not good. We have had some on and off with their food and we haven't been back for a while so I wanted to give them another chance. But their lo mein was soo salty, and they used pad thai noodles. The wonton noodle soup was small container, so bland, literally no flavors, and the wonton tasted so bad. They put really hot tofu that was deep fried in styrofoam container that it put a hole through the container. So my paper bag was soaked and wet within the 6 minutes drive home. The mantou was so tiny for $4.5. Not worth it. All in all, the 4 items that I ordered did not worth the $50 for almost an hour wait, not worth my time or money. I wouldn't have eaten the food if I didn't already paid. Had I not already paid online, I would just had left.

There were a couple of high top stools at the counter at the window, facing the street but really not a dine in restaurant. The gentlemen who took our order was kind. It was still plenty hot when we got it home and more than enough for the 2 of us. The veggies wete fresh and crisp, not over cooked. Yhere was brocolli, carrots, snow peas, pretty sure cucumbers, bok choy and celery in a tasty brown sauce. And ample rice. Great good, price and servive.

Recently though, I wound up throwing out my hunan chicken. It actually tasted of plastic or chemicals. Maybe it was just so steaming hot when it went into the plastic tupperware? I have gotten the veggie egg foo young a few times and enjoyed it, though the gravy sauce has a tiny but of a licorice taste so use that in moderation! This particular time, the veggies were so bland and tasted more like water. Definitely missed seasoning. I'm not sure, but when it comes to take-out, I prefer something a bit more consistent. Overall, a fine spot with great prices for portion size.
