It's not terrible, but not the best. I have eaten here before and the food has always been hot (temperature). The egg drop soup was hot pudding. It lacked flavor and texture was off-putting. The fried rice was interesting because the peas were hard, dry, and crumbly (NEVER knew this was possible). The service was polite. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is less cluttered now.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The flavors are always very "one-note". It hits the spot when you just want something to grab and go.

Reasonably priced, quick and made fresh to order. Make sure to try the daily lunch specials. I got the veggie tofu and the veggies were cooked perfectly in the right amount of sauce to go with the rice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a heat plant e to come for a quick bite.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Beef chow mein, salt n pepper wings, mango smoothie

Ordered the beef chow mein and a salt and pepper, chicken wings and a mango smoothie. Service was great, but the food was not so much. The beef chow mein was salty and the chicken wings looks like it was cooked a long time ago and the serving was so small like not a restaurant level kind. For $25.99 for all. I don't think it's worth it, China a go go, do better.

They seem to have real Chinese food here. Their menu is very traditional dishes and for being so far out this is not bad. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have 7 booths but two are taken up by items that need to be put away. They also have a booth for waiting for your to-go food items and a table in the center that can seat six.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their lunch special menu is very reasonably priced. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I would say the place is no frills, but they do have very friendly staff and they have a couple claw machines for kids, great natural lighting, ten lights and their vibe is very homey.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They look very clean and food came out fast.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They sell almond cookies, 4 for $1.50 and they have Fortune cookies. What I tasted such as the shrimp, the fish and the chicken seemed appetizing. At the end, they also gave us some almond cookies. Their hospitality is very endearing. Overall, it is like a 4.5.

I ordered a pickup and was informed it would be ready when I arrived, but experienced an additional 20-minute wait for one dish even though the restaurant was empty. Unfortunately, the chicken was also very red and unappetizing in appearance, which affected my overall experience.

My family and I stopped by China A Go Go for a pick-up order on a Friday, around 11:30 A.M. We placed the order online which was a pretty seamless process. We had ordered China A Go Go's lunch special which included the following [2] Beef with Broccoli with fried rice and chow mein noodles. [1] Sweet and Sour Chicken with fried rice and chow mein noodles. The meal was quite inexpensive for the amount of food provided, approximately $30.00 for the entire order. The food was warm as we picked up the order and brought it back to our residence. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was delicious! There was a lot of sauce provided for the meal! The fried rice had a mixture of egg and vegetables. It wasn't over seasoned. The chow mein was well balanced with soy sauce, not too many vegetables mixed in it though. Overall the food was great and I had enough left overs for another meal! My daughter enjoyed the beef and broccoli. There was a decent amount of beef inside the dish. I was quite surprised! I would stop by this China A Go Go location again!

Coming back from a walk at Mount Charleston, this was the perfect spot to fill up. Service was fast and friendly and the lunch specials hit the mark.

One of the highlights here is the open kitchen, where you can watch the chefs expertly hand-pull the noodles to order. It's entertaining and gives you confidence that everything is being made fresh. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, though the noise level will depend on the crowd that day. Our table shared the pork belly hand-pulled noodle soup, beef shank hand-pulled noodle soup, Dan Dan noodles, spicy wontons, and cucumber salad. Every dish arrived in generous portions, making them perfect for sharing. The hand-pulled noodles had an excellent chewy texture, the broths were rich and flavorful without being overly heavy, and the spicy wontons packed just the right amount of heat. The refreshing cucumber salad balanced out the richer dishes nicely. The biggest surprise was the value. The portion sizes are substantial, the quality is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable for what you receive. It's easy to see why this place stays busy. If you're looking for authentic hand-pulled noodles in Las Vegas, Shang Artisan is well worth adding to your dining list. We'll definitely be back to work our way through more of the menu.

We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

Our waitress and waiter were both very nice. Service is great here. I have no complaints regarding that! I started by ordering their Hot Tea Pot in the Genmaicha Tea, which is refillable ($3). The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. It was lacking in flavor so I asked for table salt to sprinkle on top of it. For the main dish, our party ordered beef sukiyaki udon, tendon, tuna and avocado poke don, nabeyaki udon, and kake udon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. For dessert, we got everything that was on the menu so that we could sample them. I particularly enjoyed their matcha pudding in that it was more than what the picture showed. There were layers of azuki beans and black sugar syrup underneath the green pudding. This one was my favorite! The sweet potato ice cream was the party's favorite. Overall, I really like the vibe of this restaurant.
