They said it would be there at 4:27 and by 4:45pm I called they said the guy had traffic we are 6 min away from them there was no traffic. She offered to remake it and send owner out. I had to call 5 times 1 hour 45 min later he showed up $40 and she threw it away as ice cold. Not edible. We'll the FOOD WAS ICE COLD THEY LIED. I've tried a variety of dishes here, shrimp chop suey, fried tofu with vegetables, shrimp with lobster sauce, orange chicken, beef pepper steak, General chicken, sweet & sour chicken, plus both egg drop and hot & sour soups, and every single one was made fresh to order. I'll make this review short and to the point. My partner got severe food poisoning from China One and ended up having to go to the emergency room. He ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and had that with white rice. We believe that the products they used weren't fresh and that's what caused his food poisoning. read more

This was a delicious and reasonably priced option. We had the honey walnut shrimp, an order of noodles, cream cheese Rangoon, and veggie tempura, all very good. Everything tasted quite fresh and the restaurant was clean. Prompt service, but the waiter who took and served our order was a bit abrasive, despite it being a very slow time of day. This is usually our go to Chinese food since it's close by our house the food is usually good not great but it works because they are usually quick. I always order on they're website which I did today but you cannot no longer pay online you have to call them because of fraud which was fine for us. Beware that the price online and receipt emailed to you will not be the price you pay in store which have never happened to us. We also waited more than 30 mins for food and they messed up my order asked for no veggies on the lomein because of a picky kid I have, ask for pork bbq fried rice we got chicken. It's not that big of a deal but consistency is always good to keep loyal customers. Also update your prices online so when customers pick up the food they ordered and pay a different amount when they come in. read more

It's okay, 3/5 stars. Wish they'd make their vegetable pieces/slices smaller, like in their Kung Pao chicken. The Kung Pao is...okay. I do like their General Tso chicken. I'm giving this one a 5 star because I've been to a few of these locations around town, personally I live in summerlin and don't make the trip out here but it's right next to work so it was a quick grab for lunch. This one is clean every time I come in, it's never overly packed but some of the other China one locations aren't taken care of inside it seems like. I have yet to walk in this location and see food on the tables or floor like the other locations tend to have. Hot and sour soup at this restaurant is hands down my favorite. Other places make it good but something about the way they make it, I personally think it's the best. Their spicy garlic chicken was really good as well. It wasn't my order but my associate said I had to try it and I'd definitely order that in the future. read more

I've been getting take out a few times a month from them. I tried the orange chicken that was recommended and it is quite good. I've never been disappointed by anything I've ordered. Today, I got ma po tofu (asked not to make it spicy) and its sooo good. China one, a great fast food Chinese establishment. Best of all, you can order on Yelp and pickup, even close to closing time, which makes them better than all the other Chinese places near me. China one is located in a shopping center with ample parking. I have eaten here for years and it's always clean, the staff is always friendly, the food is always delicious and well made, and special requests are always followed to the letter. Chiba one, a true go to for great fast Chinese food. Beef and broccoli and sesame chicken are my favorites here along with the hot and sour soup and crab Rangoon. We ordered sweet-and-sour chicken, and it came without the sweet-and-sour. Then, I went to bite into the egg foo young and pulled out strands of hair out of my mouth. When you find that after you've already started to eat the meal, it completely ruins the experience. We've been ordering for years and tip 95% of the time on delivery. The one time we didn't, Vincent got a smart mouth with my husband because we are financially tight right now. He asked for a tip. My husband explained that he couldn't do it this time and Vincent persisted by saying "This is a business!" So, of course that's when things got elevated. Tipping is OPTIONAL! I deal with this every day because I, myself am a spa manager. Tipping is recommended but not forced! And he's right about it being a business, but we are the customers. Please don't expect a tip. Fast, cheap and tasty! What more does one need from a Chinese Fast Food spot? Their dine is area is fairly small but that's never a problem because I usually take out. And take out is never a problem because the staff apologizes for making me wait 8 minutes for my food to be ready! I mean 8 minutes is fast and they feel they need to apologize because they can be faster. That's pretty cool in my book. The food is pretty yummy. Haven't really had anything I haven't liked yet and the things that I have had always hit the spot. So it's nice to have consistency, especially at the fast pace the employees here work. And the best part? They're even open on major holidays. Been here on both Thanksgiving and Christmas before dinner was served and was able to get me some chow mein before heading to stuff my self on Turkey and egg nog. read more
