I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. I needed assistance and decided to call this business at 18554700503. The response time was decent and the person on the line tried to help as much as possible. I had to be transferred once, but the second representative handled things better and gave me the correct information. It wasn't perfect, but it was still a workable experience. We flew China Airlines fr LAX to Manila through Taipei. This review is for the 14 1/2 hr leg fr LAX to MNL. Positives: Super nice staff. From the helpful people who checked our bags to the flight attendants, the staff was super nice and professional; Good quality & portions of food; Good leg and shoulder room in Premium Economy; Better pricing vs United, Cathay and EVA. In addition, Philippine Airlines doesn't have Premium Economy. I am too tall & thicc to sit in Economy on Int'l flights; 4 big bags full of pasalubong arrived on time despite the connection. Negatives: Temp was warm most of the flight; Wi-fi was not free despite paying for Premium Economy. Mija flew to New Zealand recently in a Economy+ seat and received free wi-fi. The positives far outweigh the negatives for a direct flight. However, I would not fly China Airlines w/ a connection in the future (please see my review of my connecting flight fr TPE to MNL). read more

On January 14th, 2025 flight CI008 from Taoyuan Airport, Taipei, departed at 11:50 PM. Seat 60B was available, but a child was crying and screaming. The parents temporarily sat in that seat to comfort the child but were immediately asked to leave by the flight attendants. Flight attendant Zhang Wei X (張瑋 X) and the flight attendant assigned to the same row as seat 60B had a terrible attitude toward the passengers. She covered her ID, and after the passengers were leaving, she did not greet us but instead hid in the small kitchen. It was clear they didn't enjoy their job. Their service was rude and very disappointing, the food tasted bad, and I believe China Airlines' quality is declining. I am not willing to spend money and tolerate poor service--if it does not improve, I will certainly not fly with China Airlines again. read more

I've gotta give it to them. I was traveling across the world from Los Angeles to Taipei and into Manila as my final destination. I travelled with China Airlines because it was the cheapest I could find at the time. I was surprised at how nice the plane was upon entry. You'll walk through business class and into premium economy before making it onto the economy seats. I always tell myself that one day I'll make the splurge to travel on business. I can only imagine how rewarding it is to sleep comfortably on plane like that! The plane was really packed, probably because of the extremely reasonable price points they're able to offer. Some downfalls: + there aren't separate controls for your air + the food is okay, but isn't all airplane food pretty bland? For the price point, I definitely would consider traveling with China Airlines again. read more

China Airlines has the possibly the worst customer service and safety record of all east Asian airlines. Their 800 number hangs up on you after 20 minutes on hold. The Taipei number is always busy. They have no accommodations for bereavement fares beyond a change fee waiver. Expect a budget airline experience. read more

I shall never forgive this sorry excuse of an airline for delaying my flight from Manila to Los Angeles in the year 2016. Despite weighing my luggage correctly to the weight limit, my checked in baggage in Manila, Philippines mysteriously weighed heavier on their B.S. scale, prompting to charge me $95 USD extra prior to boarding. I have been traveling for years and I am the MOST meticulous No--nonsense, rule traveller when following weight limitations for my boxes. Upon boarding our flight, Manila, Tokyo (stopover) Los Angeles, our flight in Manila did not start and was delayed three hours due to their pilot not showing for duty. My flight was 11:00 AM and we did not takeoff until 1:45PM. For compensation, they gave food and water and I demanded access to the upgrade lounge in Manila. Arriving in Tokyo, our layover became 5 hours long before arriving in final destination at Los Angeles. China airline eventually provided a $25 USD Compensation ticket for Duty--Free shopping / future airline discount. However, I stand by my criticism that this situation, NONE of it should have occurred in the first place. As expected, their customer service don't care and never acknowledged their mistakes and shortcomings. I thoroughly disputed both my ticket and the $95 USD separate "overweight" bogus charge with my bank and was eventually refunded for both in dispute. They banned me for future reservations but I don't care. NEVER again have I flown with this ridiculous airline, this experience was in the year 2016. Never have I selected their airline EVER SINCE. To date, I have returned to flying my loyal brand Eva Airways when visiting the Philippines and ANA airlines when traveling to Japan. read more

*Disclaimer: I have no experience with other Asian airlines On a recent trip I traveled on China Airlines from LAX with 9 friends connecting through TPE to DPR. I found the leg from LAX to TPE, enjoyable as long haul abroad flights can be. The staff at the airport to crew attentive, courteous and helpful. Economy class offered some two seat options, which I snagged in my booking providing good personal space. Good inflight entertainment with touch screen, electronic device hookups, and meals were good. The leg from TPE to DPR was a much smaller and squisher plane that brought my experience below good. It also appeared to be a older plane with less advantages. Easy to book online and with app providing me with updates on flights, check in. I would travel again; however only if traveling from CA. read more

I love China Airlines because I get Top treatments always. On any flight with any airline, I only fly in cabins where the jet wings are behind me when I look out the window from my seat, and I have a seat/bed with a window and the aisle...haha. Who says airplane food is bad?? Just look at my sea bass cooked in curry sauce!! Yum yum! I also get a choice of Napa or European red. To top it all off, I get to have my Haagen Dazs ice cream for dessert while catching up to some episodes of House of Cards with my own 18" big screen lying down in my own bed!! Breakfast, lunch and dinner all served in bed, and in the friendliest sky. It sure pays to be VIP when traveling! This review is for premium class cabin only. I love flying on China Airlines, and I highly recommend its business class since Boeing 777 no longer has a first class. Otherwise I would recommend it too. 5+ stars!! read more

I feel like 99.9% of airlines have terrible reviews, because the only people who write reviews for airlines are inexperienced travelers who felt their journey was horrific enough to complain about. News flash people: airlines take your money in exchange for transporting you from one city to another. If you want a glamorous travel experience where nothing ever goes wrong and you can sleep like a baby for the entire flight, maybe buy a private jet. China Airlines is a SkyTeam partner, so as a Platinum Delta Skymiles member, this was a major selling point for me. They also offer direct flights from LAX to TPE. I scored round trip economy tickets for just $600 each. I considered upgrading to their premium economy, which is double the price, but after seeing that section in person on the plane, I am glad I saved the money. The seats are only slightly larger, and have less ability to recline. Regular economy was fine, with plenty of leg room and wide, cushy seats. Both our departing and returning flights were comfortable, smooth, and on time. Flight attendants were polite and helpful, not to mention stylish with their perfect hair and makeup. We were served two meals on the 13 hour flight. I requested a Vegan Oriental Meal for the outbound flight, and a Vegan Western meal for the return. The Oriental meal was far superior, including tasty mock meat and garlicky greens, plus a salad and noodle dish. I would not hesitate to fly with China Airlines again in the future. read more

I was BEYOND LUCKY ENOUGH to go on an ALL EXPENSE PAID trip to Taiwan last week and the airline of transportation was China Airlines.... Hmmmmmm what can be said about this airline... Well, first/business class and even economy plus seem extremely manageable and actually pretty comfortable compared to THE BACK OF THE AIR BUS that is coach... And for a 13 hour flight, comfort is what you're looking for... That being said, the price tag on upper class seats, TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT! Sure I felt like a crumpled up piece of paper, but oddly enough both going to Taiwan and returning back to the states wasn't terrible... Actually felt "fast"... For me at least. My travel buddy is probably singing a different tune because she had to sit in the middle seat. Positive Aspects: - Check in & security at LAX = 100% painless. - Decent staff at check in - Everyone gets their own TV with lots of free TV SHOWS & MOVIES & MUSIC & GAMES to keep you completely occupied for the entire length of the flight - WiFi availability -- $22 for 24 hours... FREE if you have T-Mobile... And it is 100% worth it, especially if you use the computer a lot for work... I was able to get lots done on the flights! - Free food & drink - Pillows, blankets & headsets are complimentary Negative Aspects: - Staff coming back to the states weren't all that friendly - CRAMPED LIKE SARDINES in economy - I get that you GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR but... Even Air NZ's Economy is passenger friendly! - The Food is GROSS in Economy... Be prepared & bring enough snacks for those 13 hours! - It's a nightmare to go to the bathroom if you sit at the window or middle seat... If you sit in the aisle, be prepared to sleep with one eye open... Over all, what I can say is- I SURVIVED! I can't really complain because essentially my flight was $44 (I bought WiFi)... But I just want to warn all of those who plan on using China Airlines in the future... I'm sure I will too at some point, but THANKFULLY probably not for another year or two! read more

To China Airlines, I will go straight to the facts. I had had an extremely bad experience with China Airlines, and request some answers from them. We bought tickets mid February for return tickets : Hong Kong - Taiwan (flight CI 922). At check-in, the morning of the flight, the stewardess (Charlotte W***) simply told us that we couldn't take our flight. Besides generating a huge frustration feeling before our holidays even start, the fact that she didn't propose any solution or even look for solution is simply astonishing. So the reason she gave us is that our names on the booking didn't match our passports. To be precise, our First Name was correct, and our Family Name was also correct. BUT, she told me that we had to put all our middle names as well with our First Names. Apparently, this is a change in the policy that was pushed before, but she was not able to tell us how recently. And as we did not put our middle names, our tickets were unusable, we couldn't take the plane. Everything else was correct : passport number, dates, etc. No solution proposed, no real help, nothing... Oh wait, actually yes, she proposed us a solution : buy new tickets, obviously ! In my country, the middle names are absolutely never used. Moreover, every time I didn't put our middle names in the booking, all the companies let us go on the plane. But China Airlines only decided not to. So I tried to find a solution, any action we could do to amend it. Of course, modifying the booking online by myself was prohibited by China Airlines website. I went back on the website to check the display of the booking page, and where this rule is written. So actually there is now a mention in brackets to put middle names (which I don't remember to see last time, anyway). However, there are only 2 boxes called "Last Name" and "First Name". If you require middle names too, add a dedicated box, it is clearer. On top of that, my first name contains an hyphen, but the website does not accept it. Moreover, I have commas between my middle names, but as the website does not accept special characters neither, how to input them ? Finally, where there is a change in policy, you should make it more obvious ! The technical limitations of the website make everything even more confusing. So at the counter I asked her to amend our booking; not possible neither. How come ?? Wait, actually, yes, she could modify the booking, but ONLY 3 LETTERS... What ? yes, 3 letters. So she managed to amend our son's booking as the middle name was only 3 letters long (of course, with a fee), but not ours... What of a rule is this ? So actually, China Airlines CAN amend booking. Technically and regulatory, it is possible(I presume China airlines will use some kind of dark regulation to explain that only 3 letters can be changed for security purposes...) They just didn't for us. So we finally bought new tickets, with fees, more expensive of course. I made reimbursement request for the old ones, and of course, no answer yet. And I don't expect any. Better have customers paying twice and not losing money, right China airlines ? At Taipei counter, I told China Airlines staff my story, and ask them if they could amend our names, they replied "yes it should be possible to amend", "hum, I don't understand why they told you that in Hong Kong, I am not sure why"... Not necessary to add that the security on board was borderline ; no extra seat belt for the baby (on our knees). So, please, China Airlines, take care of your customers. Try to provide some help. Try to find solutions. Try to answer our requests. And please, take care of our opinion. I will continue to send this email on social networks as well as on private channels as long as I don't get a satisfying answer. Thank you for your consideration. read more

Regardless of the day of the week or time you call them, they will never ever pick up the phone. Instead, you will be greeted by an auto attendant saying "they are getting unexpectedly high volume of traffic and they are busy". After this, their system will prompt you to press 1 to continue every 3 minutes. If you fail to do so in couple of seconds, it will automatically hang up on you and you will have to call them again. I have been disconnected like this several times before but finally connected today after holding for more than an hour. Their ability to help you online is also limited. They could not connect my miles account with the tickets after talking to several people. Also, their website is pretty much useless unless you buy tickets directly from them. read more

Normally, I fly Korean Air to fly home, but at last-minute only one seat was available in Business Class on China Airlines to Seoul via Taipei. I only fly SkyTeam Alliances so I can earn miles and only in Business or First Class. Anyway, at the Business Class check/in was the friendly lady, Geraldine, that recommended a quiet Business Class seat away from the galley. She told me for extra comfort and quiet travels, I should sit a few rows away from the galley. I am so grateful for her and because of my wonderful inflight and check-in experience, I will now look at options to Korea with China Airlines. Also, I should mention Taipei is a nice facility, and also, China Airlines had good food and good portions for the passengers. All because of Geri or Geraldine, I have been opened to a whole new experience in my travels to Korea. Thank you! Ni hao! read more

The flight attendants are rude. Maybe because Im not Chinese, but nevertheless, RUDE. Instead of approaching you in a polite manner, they demand that you put your table down so they can serve you their nasty tv dinner like meal (I wouldve enjoyed a Lean Cuisine much better), and when you ask them for more water, it's like you're asking them to jump into the sea to get it. Not only are the flight attendants rude, but the other passengers were disgusting! The lavatory floor was always wet, and they don't wash their hands! You know how I know? How does someone go in, flush the toilet, and 0.5 seconds later, exit? It takes 15 seconds (sing Happy Birthday twice) to wash your hands properly. Also, my mom and I were sharing an armrest and the man behind her had the nerve to put his barefoot up on it ewwwww! We fixed that problem by throwing the armrest up making his foot fall to the ground. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Situation: Ticketing agent refuses to check me in unless I buy a return flight out of my country of destination. This is standard for some countries, I understand. However, in the Philippines, there is an exception for "Balikbayan" status which means a former Filipino, even when a citizen elsewhere, can return for up to one year without having to do this. --without having to book a flight out. This was on the instruction sheet they printed out for me to see. However yes, you can be an ass about it and lawyer it up and still require me to jump through hoops. Which is what they did. He refused my explanation even when I showed that my passport had those stamps for 3 years now. The agent needed to see some picture ID. I said the passport IS a picture ID. And it has the repeated signatures and stamps of so many Philippine Immigration officers in the years I have gone through. Unless he thinks all those marks are fake, he really doesn't have a case. But they insist on seeing a return ticket. Losing time fast with only 30 minutes left, I went online rapidly to book a flight. They wanted me to book china airlines but after that exchange, I really did not feel I should reward them with more of my business. All the other searches are turning up expensive for any flight out from the Philippines. So the cheapest one I booked in a hurry to present them with their proof. It still was an expensive flight since I don't have the time to doodle around the internet looking for dates and costs. What a farce. I am severely disappointed and I know I can't even get my money back since the online booking said non refundable. If I wanted refundable, I have to pay more. What a scam. They can clearly tell I've been in and out of the country many times without incident. They just wanna be dicks about it and play at acting like Immigration officers. Like they know more! After I booked this Hong Kong ticket out of the philippines, another ticketing lady was just itching to seize upon any opportunity to deny me that she pointed out I cannot book a HOng Kong flight on the 9th seeing as I'm flying from the USA on the 10th of august (that day). I pointed to the date of my hongkong flight---almost screamed: "that's october 9th"!!! (later in the year) She focused on the date and continued to process me. After all that???? I had 15 minutes to blow through security and get to the gate. Finally I wheezed up to the gate having ran and just crammed my belongings in a hurry. The plane was delayed an hour, anyway. What a farce. And the final insult? I was right. Do you know what happened after I arrived in the Philippines after all this??? The immigration officer saw my Balikbayan status and just waived me through, giving me one year stay and without even looking or asking about any return trips. I told them ALL this at LAX but they refused to see sense. It's right there on my passport, stamped and signed! China Airlines got a bad grade this time. It's too bad, really. EVERYONE DOWN THE LINE-- PAST TICKETING-- WAS NICE. Which is why I wasn't really mad at anyone past the gate area. It's not their fault, really. The staff inside the airplane itself were very nice. But if your "front line" is this unhelpful, it's a bad image. I cannot get to the "good part" of the plane ride if these front line people had their way. These ticketing agents would have been very happy just to shunt me aside and make me miss a flight I paid for. I told them that much. I said you will be essentially stealing my money because you know I cannot refund this flight (it being bought on the internet for cheap). Very unfortunate! read more

Horrible service. The rude lady in the front named Yvonne Sung. She treated my sons like they are begging for the flight. She asked my kids like criminals. The manager was very cool about the issue and helped us promptly. My kids loved the china airlines service from manila and I was planning to use them all the time. My kids go to school in manila and come back to California 3 times a year. China Airlines lost them because of this very rudeYvonne Sung. Learn some manners. Was booked and scheduled China Airline- CI007 flight from LAX to TPE on 12/31. Their NEWEST airplane Boeing 777 300-ER- the one they are promoting vigorously on major Asian news, channels, and medias UNABLE to flight with no explanation on why. The flight was scheduled to depart LAX on 12/31@23:05. While waiting at the Lounge, China Airlines kept paging passengers regarding to the delay.....No big deals we thought, since a lot of the time airlines running behind schedule for whatever reason. So by 23:00. They paged SOME passengers at the Lounge, "suggested" the flight might not make out tonight, so they will bring out the passengers back to the main check-in lobby. As you can see from the pictures I posted, it was chaos. We were standing there for more than 2 hours, people are spreading all over the check-in counters when there were only 4-5 agents helping over 300 people. LAPD & Airport police were actually called in to prevent riot? China Airline has no emergency procedures or guideline whatsoever- babies were crying, elders were sitting or laying on the LAX main check-in lobby.... They looked like running away from war zone than passengers from U.S..... China Airline didn't even take the basic measure of taking care younger and older passengers, or even first/ business class passengers. Everyone just standing, sitting or laying there... No signs, no communication, nobody speaks up from China Airline- only the frustrated China Airline agent yelling back to customer saying " What do you want me to do? We are short on staff due to New Year...." So China Airline, what do you want US- the paying passenger to do when YOUR plane broke down with no communication, no solutions offered clearly to YOUR paying customers? P.S. It's always great for me to use China Airlines and never had any issue., but the fourth time makes me disappointed.. my flight from JFK New York - taipei and my last destination is CKG Soekarno Hatta jakarta Indonesia, lost my cell phone that i place in my baggage which is i never experienced before. FLEW three times using China Airlines. never had a bad experienced. i was lucky to not experienced what other experienced. even canceling one trip and re-booked it was a wonderful experienced. buy it was in Manila though when i had to cancel my flight and try to re-booked. staff was so helpful. the only thing that i noticed was it was always late. late departure and arrival. i don't know if its for security reason or what. Customer service was A okay to me. some FLIGHT attendant were kinda Rude to some other traveler or they just have strong personality. This airline compares extremely poorly with other carriers. Singapore, EVA Air, and many other asian carriers beat China Airlines by a huge margin. Poor customer relations, unprofessional, and second rate employees. European airlines are also much better than what we have in the U.S. But China Airlines is even worse than United, Delta, American, and USAir with the rare exceptions of Southwest and Alaska. Of course this is not news to anyone. China Airlines' website is not even accurate and never kept up to date, thereforeand useless when you're traveling and need reliable arrival and departure time. Don't fly with China, they are a disgrace (I'm Chinese) and you can't even make out their slurred speech and poor diction when you have the unfortunate need to check with their recorded announcements, which by the way, are also out-of-date. Don't try to save a couple of dollars by flying with these losers. They should be going out of business if consumers would teach them a lesson and boycott this poor excuse for an airline. was forced to book this airline to SE asia for budget reasons. after reading china airlines reviews on the interwebs, i was concerned i may have made a terrible mistake. so here is the good news if you're in the same situation, it wasn't that bad. first regarding use of ancient planes, the LAX to TPE route is now using new Boeing 777-300ER planes as of october, 2014. that's great if you're in 1st or business class. be warned, coach is extremely cramped. china airlines does not offer seat assignment until 24hr prior to flight. was unable to check in via CA website and customer service at LAX was unwilling to assist me over the phone. another warning, we saw at least one couple getting stuck with seats 2 and 3 in the 4 seat center row (no aisle seat) trust me, that sucks. in-seat entertainment had lots of games and movies. connecting flight was on a 737, which was actually quite roomy. food on all flights ranged from meh to gross. only two of our six flights departed on-time. they didn't lose our luggage! read more

Never again fly with China airlines, the flight attendants lacked common courtesy and rude!! get on your personal space without notice, no "excuse me" no nothing while opening windows cover, one attendant tried pulling off my breastfeeding cover to check for my seatbelt without warning wtf!! I bought 3 premium economy seats for 2 of my kids and I, one is an infant age 1,5 and my other is 5, I felt more like they were harrasing me for how many times they keep asking for my infant age when I told them she is not 2 years old thats why I hold her during take off and landing, they even demanded to check her passport to make sure I wasnt lying like WTF! Only gave us meals for 2 ppl instead of 3 their excuse because they have no infant food even tho I told them my little girl can eat anything but still always serving us meals for 2. I BOUGHT 3 SEATS!!!! Told me to deflate my flytot even when I noticed ppl in economy class has their flytots up for their kids, after i deflated it an hour later the stewardess manager woken me up about it thinking it's still inflated, I literally showed her IT WASN'T!! 4 flights we took with them only 1 flight was bearable the rest was awful and the ground staffs were helpful thats why I gave 2 stars instead of 1..my flight was from lax to Taipei to Jakarta round trip. read more

I should say that this review is based before the flight hasn't taken off. But the guy that helped us at the desk, named Rui... Surprised us by finding us AMAZING EXIT ROW SEATS on a fully booked flight. He even came on to the plane to shake our hands. I'm not sure what we did to deserve this leg room, but we are very thankful. My husband is 6'5 and I'm 5'10... Our bodies have never been more appreciative! China Airlines used to be good but has began to conduct itself like a budget airline - and you get the service to match!

Worst customer service I've experienced. Booked through their own website but yet was never able to check in or select seat. A phone call to CS was useless and unhelpful. Inflight service was sub par. Plane was dirty and food was marginal. Seats were cramped for long haul flight. would never fly to Asia with them again. Torture for 13 hour flight. read more

This was the first time flying on China Air Lines and we were very impressed with everything - it was a great experience!!!!!

By far the worst airline. 16 HOUR DELAY!!!My brother had to fly home to the Philippines for a family emergency recently and I was so surprised that we were able to find a reasonably priced flight in such a short amount of time. The flight to Philippines went smoothly for the most part - however the return to LAX was just ridiculous. Manila PI departure: The original scheduled time of departure was at 4:30pm 9/29 (PI time). He received notification earlier that day that the flight was delayed to 8:30pm. Wasn't too concerned about the delay as the original flight had a 4 hour layover in Taipei. With the new departure time he would only need to wait 1 hour which was great. AND THE DELAYS BEGAN: 8:30pm rolls around and my brother informs me that the plane was delayed but that they didn't know for how long. 1 hour soon became 6 yet he was reassured by China Airlines that his connecting flight is waiting for them. 6 HOURS LATER at 2:00am he was finally able to board the plane for the 2 hour flight to Taipei. TAIPEI: By the time they landed, their connecting flight that was supposedly waiting for them of course had departed hours ago while he was still in Manila. Granted it was too good to be true that the connecting flight would be waiting - but no communication was made at all with any of the passengers. It is now close to 5:00am by the time they arrived and of course there isn't a China Airlines agent or rep in sight to assist with all the passengers who had missed their connection. According to my brother, when the agents did finally showed up, they had no idea what to do. WAITING: Around 6:00am he was finally informed that the next flight out would be at 1:30pm - 7.5 HOURS LATER!!! 1:30pm rolls around and they still weren't boarding - no surprise at this point. About a couple minutes later he and the rest of the passengers are told to move to a different gate. Upon arrival to said new gate, their new boarding time would be 2:30pm. By this time no one is really surprised. 3:00pm and he's finally on the plane after waiting a total of 10 HOURS in Taipei. STATE SIDE: Thanks to FB messenger my brother was able to keep me updated. China Airlines on the other hand have the worst customer service. How can they not update flight statuses when the flight is over 16 HOURS DELAYED?! It also took me 10 calls to their reservations line to confirm the actual time of arrival for his flight. 10 calls because their automated system would put me on hold and then disconnect. NOW: It's currently 10:58am PDT. He's scheduled to arrive at 1:18pm - I'm hoping there's no other delays. Now the other question is - will his baggage be with him? Don't fly this airline - sure it was more reasonably priced but it really isn't worth the stress/headache/frustration of being on a flight that was scheduled to arrive on 9/29 at 8:35pm and ACTUALLY arrived on 9/30 at 1:18pm. Did I mention that he also had a domestic flight to catch to Texas but because he was a day delayed had to be rescheduled for tomorrow? read more

Today was my first business with this office in El Segundo. The published phone number 1(800) 227-5118 says the hours of operation is from 6:00 AM but guess what? nobody is home :(((( I have to go thru the ridiculous "Third Party Rules" of China Air; when you buy a ticket for overseas passenger the passenger must present the CC at gate????or you have to provide a (INDEMNITY OF PAYMENT). China Airlines sucks. It is the worst Airlines that I have ever flown and I will never fly them again. They lost my luggage. It has been over a month and they are not doing anything to compensate me.
