Well...this is very likely the first and last time I get any to go food from here. They left out scallops from the Triple Delight and was a little undercooked. The only reason gave 1 star was because the hot n sour soup and crab rangoon appetizer were good and they made it in 20 mins. We have been ordering from this restaurant for years and we LOVE their food and service. However, when we called for delivery last night, my husband used his debit card (which he almost never uses, we use credit for most things to earn points) and within an hour we had several fraudulent charges on our account. Luckily we had alerts set so we were able to catch it and lock the card before they took too much. We looked back and he hadn't used that card In weeks so we know it was the employee at China bistro who stole the info and was attempting to make purchases on our account. I've been eating here for pretty much my whole life. Best Chinese takeout in town! And the staff are so friendly.

Our whole house loves this place, so much so that we started ordering some things off the catering menu so we have tons of leftovers! The food is delicious. Even after the 20 minute drive home its still piping hot. The people are very friendly and accommodating. Excellent Chinese food! This is our go to spot. Egg rolls are crispy outside with ample filling. Pot stickers are doughy and stuffed with flavorful meat. Combo fried rice is sooooo good. The restaurant is owned and operated by the sweetest family. They use fresh quality ingredients and have amazing authentic recipes. Tried this place for the first time last night, ordered carry out. Our order contained: 4 egg rolls, crab Rangoon, Chicken Fried Rice, Almond & Cashew Beef, and Lemon Chicken. The over-the-phone service was great as well as when I went in to pick it up. The food was classic Chinese portions, with plenty of sauce packages given. With all this food we were also given one large portion of white rice. The food was delicious. This restaurant has several of my favorite chicken entrees such as the orange chicken, honey chicken, and the lemon chicken. I choose the lemon chicken because there is a picture on here of the entree. It looks exactly like the picture and tastes great. This is the only place I've seen also include pineapples on top the lemon chicken. Definitely a good choice for Chinese food!!! read more

I hate to break the news, but China Bistro is actually better than New Sunny even though it is supposed to be the same food. Maybe it is the way it is cooked or by who it is cooked by. They leterally got our whole order wrong, then called us to let us know that they forgot to bag up part of our order. When we got home, after turning around to pick up the food they forgot to bag, we noticed our whole order was wrong. They shifted blame when we called to let them know, and they had a very demeaning tone with us during the call, acting like we didnt know what we ordered, when we order regularly from there. We got shrimp rice when we told them shrimp would kill my mom. They didn't offer to remake the meal or anything. Definitely won't be going back ever again. Really perhaps the best Chinese food we've had. We've been to most around here and Schaumburg. Yu's in Schaumburg was our champion until tonight. I have been ordering from this place for years. I live in Algonquin by Jacobs high school, and I would not pick any other Chinese restaurant over this place. The general's and Orange chicken is very good. They always come in big portions, and they always offer coupons that includes free crab Rangoons. I decided to dine in today, and I ordered the chicken and broccoli. I don't care much about the service, but nonetheless, it was good. The receptionist was my waiter, and she was nice. I had the hot and sour soup first, and that was delicious. Altogether costed me around $12, which was not bad. I may come back to try other their other dishes. Lastly, this place seems to do more pick-up or delivery. They were surprised that I wanted to dine in, and two other guys wanted to dine in, but through some miscommunication they thought those two guys wanted To-Go. I thought that was funny. read more

We really like their food and have been ordering here for years, that's why they get 4 stars. But this is the only chinese restaurant that has ever charged us for leaving ingredients out of our food. They charge 25 cents to make something mild instead of spicy, (what a joke) to get fried rice without eggs or to leave out mushrooms or any ingredient from a dish. That's ridiculous. New to the area and still trying to find our new takeout spots. My son loves chicken rice soup, if we're getting Chinese it doesn't matter from where he wants his soup. He said that it tasted very good but didn't have a lot of chicken. My daughter ordered beef and broccoli and while it was good, the portions were tiny and broccoli overcooked for her taste. I ordered a stir fry combo that was absolutely delicious. My only negative was the egg drop soup, the flavor wasn't really there and the soup was completely orange.
