Chinese chefs. Friendly Chinese servers. I had hoped for some at least moderately good food. This part of the Inland Empire has trouble attracting good, authentic Chinese restaurants, but there are a few out there. Just not this one. It was terrible, over-hyped, Americanized Chinese food. Black bean fish - made from fish that was most likely tilapia, or something similar. It tasted bitter like a bottom feeder. Equally disappointing, the black beans were not fermented. The fish had been dipped in a heavy batter, and the batter was tough. Salt and pepper shrimp. Same problem. The shrimp were large sized, but had been coated in a heavy, rubbery batter with very little flavor with the exception of all the chopped chiles and green onion on top. Worse, the shrimp were way overcooked and even worse, not cleaned first. Foul. Mapo tofu. Rather bland taste with a little bit of sweetness, but actually one of the better tasting dishes we tried. The gravy was overly thickened for my preference. On the positive side, there was lots of tofu and finely chopped pork. It was lacking much in the way of vegetables, which is actually a good thing for Mr. B. Char siu bao. Decent bbq pork filling and tender steamed bun. I was quite disappointed with the meal. I usually stay away from Chinese fast food places. Unfortunately, I would have to put this place in that category. read more

Didn't read any reviews before visiting this place. Just saw there was Chinese food and went for it. So glad we did. Upon walking in we were greeted immediately. There was quite a few people already sitting and eating ( great sign ). We sat down and looked over the menu. They were able to answer any questions we had. We went with the chow mein special #83. WOW amazing flavor. Great portion of meats. I will definitely order this again without a question. Pork Dim sum. This was probably one of the best I've had and I'm not kidding when I say that. Perfect amount of broth and filling. Booming with flavor and freshness. Hot and sour soup. Here's why it didn't get 5 stars. I didn't realize it was a seafood hot and sour. I told them to just remove it from the bill I didn't want it. The manager came over and said he can remake it anyway I'd like instead. Cool, got it remade the way I wanted. But the flavor just still wasn't there for me. It's always a hit or miss at any Chinese restaurant. It's either REALLY good or REALLY not good. They're hot and sour just isn't it... flavor is way off. Place is clean. Seems to be well taken care of. Whole staff was great. Food came out quick and VERY hot. And I mean burn your face off hot. "Singapore noodles" dry meat and the noodles are the same ones I have had at other places with a curry powder on super thin rice noodles that were included same as steamed rice or chow mean with lunch specials...anyway- NOT worth $12.95 for the small portion they give you. The lunch specials are a great deal of you are eating there. Otherwise you do NOT get the soup that adds to the value, nor do they substitute the lack of soup with an egg roll. The portion of mushroom chicken was half of what I'm used to receiving. Way more veggies than any protein in the dish. $4.95 to swap steamed rice for fried. THAT is out of hand. $38 for fast food Chinese LUNCH. Nah. I will just drive to Red Ginger up in Corona. Let me start by saying that normally I order the salt and pepper fish and it's always perfect. Tonight I order the salt pepper pork chop and I will say the flavor is good but the meat is the issue. It's a casual place to eat like a Pick Up Stix but with better food. I ordered salt and pepper fish and Mongolian beef, and they were flavor-packed though a bit much on the sweet side. The staff and the owner (I assume he's the owner) are friendly and he asks how everything is and very friendly about giving your kids extra utensils (I'm always worried about staff being bothered with this for some reason). I love their orange beef--super crispy and delicious. I've had their house chow mein which also feels like it's been made fresh. I'm not that into vegetables but the flavors make me enjoy the veggies too. I've enjoyed every single dish I've had there so far. I think some people stated some dishes were too sweet and I think the owner knows this bc he asked me if the honey walnut was too sweet but I enjoyed it very much. It also comes with Egg Drop soup, but that's only if you dine-in. Never understood why these places do that. I ordered and understood the cashier, up until my total was given to me. I had no idea she was saying a total, and I couldn't understand her for the life of me. She started to get frustrated with me, because I couldn't understand her, and kept looking over at a table with another employee there, but he was on the phone. Guess she was going to ask him to tell me what she was saying. After several seconds of getting through the language barrier, I finally understood what she was saying. I told her that I thought she was asking me something about the food, and we both chuckled, but I didn't like her frustration with me, so my chuckling moment didn't last long. Now, for this heaping helping of bland food I received. The sweet and sour sauce is not mixed into the meat, they give you a container to pour it on yourself. Bad idea, because now I'm tasting everything including the veggies, before I drown them in sauce. New addition to Eastvale offering delicious Chinese American food. The staff is friendly and greeted us upon entry. The open floor plan is bright, open and semi spacious with ample tables. We ordered food to go and the staff was attentive and gracious. Prices match the quality of the dishes, portion sizes are generous. We'll have to come back and try other dishes but we enjoyed the Kung Pao Chicken ($12.95) which has a kick but not teribly spicy and also the Mushroom Chicken ($12.95). Both dishes had flavor and taste and were delicious. I'm usually skeptical when there are an abundant of dish options because I tend to wonder if they are in the business for quantity or quality. The crab rangoon was delicious but they serve only two so definitely not feeding 4. 3. The included egg rolls were delicious but again only served with two 4. I was a bit disappointed with the Mangolian Beef as it was a little too sweet and overwhelmed with the veggies and had very little beef 4. Orange chicken was very delicious and was not soggy and nicely crispy 5. Pork fried rice was very delicious 6. Ordered side of chow mein and was good. Recommend dining in if you can because I believe you are cheating on your portions, plus tastes much fresher. I recommend an addition to their menu to include Salt & Pepper Pork Chops. After all, they do have Salt & Pepper Shrimp. Overall, the food is great just requiring a little minor adjustments. I think by far it's the best Chinese Food in Eastvale-Norco-Corona. We came during their soft opening. We were blown away by the quality of their food. It's located by the new hotel on Hamner and Schleisman. The food came out fast. We ordered chicken wonton, Singapore noodle, combination fried rice, general Chicken and honey walnut shrimp. Super fast and friendly service. The store is clean and nicely decorated. You may see the chefs are cooking and tossing the food expertly on their huge woks. We did try the mango, Thai tea and taro boba. I am not really a huge fan of sweet drinks but the taro boba was delicious and definitely worth every calorie Will definitely be back, finally an awesome Chinese food in the IE. read more

The service was friendly and helpful with our to-go order. We ordered some chef specialties like the shrimp and fish. Those two were the best in terms of flavor and the price was pretty good for the portion and taste. We also ordered chicken wings which needed a bit more flavor and maybe some more texture. The fried rice was good, but I'd try another rice if I come back. The pepper beef was good for the process but again I would try something else.
