We'd enjoyed China Bros many times through catered family gatherings whenever friends would order from them, but this was our first time dining in at the restaurant. The experience did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our meal. The restaurant offers take out and dine in service. Every dish was well-seasoned and packed with flavor. We ordered the Seafood Hot & Sour Soup, Shrimp Dumplings, Sui Mai, and the Beef Noodle Soup, and each item was fresh, delicious, and satisfying. Whether you're enjoying their food at a catered family event or dining in at the restaurant, the quality, flavor, and service remain consistently outstanding. We'll definitely be back. Until next time, enjoy!

We had a wonderful family dinner at China Bros! We ordered the Family Dinner B, and everything was delicious, fresh, and served in generous portions. The standout dish for us was definitely the Salt & Pepper Pork Chop -- perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and so flavorful. The Family Dinner B was an excellent value for our family, with plenty of food to share. The service was friendly, and the food came out quickly. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend China Bros to anyone looking for tasty Chinese food with great portions!

We decided to use the China Bros restaurant for a catered event. A friend had used them before and the food was great. We needed to feed about 30-35 people and on their catering menu there was a perfect package. Benny the owner was great. He offered suggestions and tips for our event. He even added a few extras as we were loyal customers. We set up the food in chaffing dishes and it displayed very nicely. Everyone loved it. Sweet & Sour Chicken, kung Pao Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, combination fried rice, and chow mein. It was great. We totally over ordered. We could have reduced our order by 50%. But now we have amazing left overs for the next few days. Michael C. - Georgetown, Tx.

I was craving some fried fish and saw that they had a spicy fried fish dish so I wanted to try it. The space was nice and clean and the cashier was very friendly. It didn't come with rice so I had to order that separately and I also ordered there mixed vegetables. I really enjoyed the fish. Not as spicy as I would like but crispy and seasoned well. Rice is rice and the vegetables were good but they were in this sort of broth like liquid which I could have done without. They are pretty limited on plate combos where you sort of mix and match items to build your own plate so be prepared to order a few entrees if you want to try a few things. Lastly, it was a tad greasy but I think that comes with the territory and it was what I was craving at the time.

The food is great!!! Best Chinese food in town! Very tasty! Mongolian beef lunch special was excellent!

I initially wanted a hamburger with unlimited fries, but decided on trying new establishing. Visiting China Bros shifted my perspective. The staff member who took my order was very patient and clearly explained the menu options. The quality of the food is excellent, as everything is prepared fresh to order rather than being kept under heat lamps for extended periods. The atmosphere is pleasant, with soothing music, and the prices are reasonable. This is good for friends, family, quick food bites, as my wait time was literally less than 5 mins. I'm satisfied with my decision today and will definitely come back.

Yesterday I had one of their seafood salads, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh, the flavors were perfectly balanced, and you could tell it was made with care. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. If you're looking for authentic, fresh, and delicious seafood, this is definitely a place worth visiting. I'll definitely be coming back to try more from their menu!

This is one of those places that really needs your Yelp help. It is located in an eclectic…read moreneighborhood, a very rural area called Mira Loma, but on a well-known, main thoroughfare. Google Maps turns you into a dusty asphalt driveway where, in the front is one stucco building that might have been someone's house at one time, and in the back is one very worn, almost sleazy, one-story building where three tiny Mom & Pop businesses compete for space. There is nothing fancy to see here, with the exception of the tiny, covered patio at the entry and a claustrophobic ordering counter on the other side of a sliding glass door. The patio walls are lined with bamboo, a couple taxidermied blue marlin, and some seaside-themed, tropical decor. There are maybe 4 tables and a cluster of chairs. I imagine, in the heat of the summer, it gets pretty hot and uncomfortable in here. And yet, reading the food reviews will make your heart go pitter-patter. Their specialty is mariscos with a Baja spin. Ceviche, shrimp cocktails, fish soup, fish tacos and burritos, to name a few. They also have swordfish and salmon on their menu. We came for the fish tacos and were we in store for a surprise! The chunk of fried fish in each taco was as big as a huge chicken tender. Our tacos were filled with moist, great tasting white fish (not tilapia)! The tortillas, hence, had to be the larger size, not street taco sized. The batter was crispy and exceptional, with a light, herbal flavor. The finishing touch was a pile of toppings, including shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, finely chopped cucumber, and an insanely delicious white crema-mayo sauce. I think the unexpected cucumber added a unique, refreshing element to an already excellent taco. The only downfall was that the corn tortilla fell apart before I could get it into my mouth. Heh, I can live with that...just give me a fork. If you thought the price of 1 taco ($4.50) was too expensive, you are wrong. One taco here is the equivalent of two tacos elsewhere. That's a great deal! This is not fast food. The fish is cooked to order. Plan on a wait. Although this is essentially a covered, outdoor dining enclosure with a dutch door style gate, please note. Pets are not allowed. There is no pet-friendly section, nor shady areas to park in their bleak parking lot. The irony of this was the number of off-leash dogs we saw wandering around the parking lot. We saw three small to medium sized dogs, and no owner. We ended up bringing our food and personna-non-grata pup home. They did a nice job with the fish tacos, and one of their customers assured me the fried and/or grilled shrimp tacos and mojo de ajo shrimp were excellent. This means only one thing...we shall return, but without the chihuahua fur baby.

AMBIANCE 5.5/10…read more After spending way too long trying to decide what to eat, we finally settled on seafood boil and landed on The Big Catch because of their all-you-can-eat option. Walking in, our first impression wasn't great the building looked a little run down. Once inside, though, the vibe improved. It had a rustic sports bar feel with TVs everywhere, an open bar, and a seafood station. Nothing fancy, but not terrible. EXPERIENCE 7/10 The service was one of the better parts of the visit. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and took the time to answer our questions and recommend a few items. The food took a little while to come out. BTW there's a 90 minute limit after we were seated and the second round of our seafood took 30 minutes to come out (they apparently forgot our order) and they proceeded to tell us we had last call right after our second round of food barely got to the table. Not sure if that's done on purpose but we really didn't really appreciate that. Overall though, the staff definitely made the experience better. THE FOOD 5/10 Here's where things started to fall apart. The first all-you-can-eat platter came with two snow crab clusters, 1/2lb crawfish, 1/2lb mussels, 1/2lb peeled shrimp, plus unlimited sides. One thing that caught us off guard and maybe we just missed it on the menu is that after your first round, you can no longer order the snow crab or peeled shrimp. That was disappointing since those ended up being the best seafood options on the table. The snow crab was solid, and the peeled shrimp were surprisingly good the texture was crunchy and we didn't get any fishy smell or flavors. Everything after that... not so much. Round two included whole shrimp, clams, and scallops. The portions were noticeably smaller, and almost everything tasted like it had been frozen for too long. The crawfish lacked freshness, the whole shrimp had the same issue and were mushy without the initial crunch additionally the shrimp was hard to peel which makes us think that it was POSSIBLY reheated, and the scallops were tiny with a strong fishy flavor that made them hard to enjoy. Even the House/Cajun seasoning didn't do much to save it. It was too oily and honestly just tasted like salt, there was no spiciness either and we got the hot flavor. Ironically, the sides ended up carrying the meal. The cucumber salad was fresh and crunchy, which balanced out some of the heavier seafood, and the sweet potato fries were honestly one of our favorite things we ordered. And one last thing... somehow even the water tasted off. What We'd Order Again Snow Crab Clusters Peeled Shrimp Fish Taco Sweet Potato Fries Cucumber Salad Sausage Corn Skip These Whole Shrimp Clams Mussels Scallops Crawfish House/Cajun Seasoning Cajun Fries Cajun Wings Boiled Egg Water Final Rating If you're going for the all-you-can-eat seafood, don't expect premium quality. The first round is decent, but once the crab and peeled shrimp are off the table, the meal drops off pretty quickly. Would we come back? Definitely not. We ended up paying 90$ for 2 people which you can argue is good since it's an AYCE seafood meal but afterwards after speaking to the waiter we found out the shrimp and crawfish was indeed frozen that along with all the other disappointing food doesn't make us feel like it was worth the money. Overall Gassington Rating: (5/10)

There is plenty of seating, great for fun date nights or family outings. I liked that they had an area specifically to wash your hands. The Service: Tye was our server and we were very grateful for him. We could tell he was a bit overwhelmed since there were not too many servers and there were a few times he took a minute to get to us but in all honesty he was doing his best and doubled down to make sure we were good towards the end. The food: It all comes down to the spices you add to your boil and I got the mix with everything with a good mild spice. I like spice so I could have went up and thankfully Tye brought us some of the spicy blend and that kicked it up a notch. My favorite way to eat it is.... I don't usually get potatoes.. I get the shrimp, corn, and then a side of Cajun fries, I peel all my shrimp and throw it back in the sauce, then when its all ready to go , I dump my fries in , mix it around , then go to TOWN. We also enjoyed the raw muscles and they were delicious!!. The only downside is my wife got the lobster fries with very little lobster, I honestly think it was the fries to topping ratio that was off. She liked them but in a few bites all she had left were fries and for the price it was a little bit of a let down. Overall it was a great time, we would definitely go back, and thank you Tye for all your hard work.
