    Beef with Broccoli (芥兰牛)

The Won Ton soup came with green onion and two Dumplings it was very flavorful. The Egg roll was a traditional egg roll with bean sprouts Crispy and fresh with good flavor. Beef with brocolli extra brown sauce.

Whenever I am in town, my family takes me to various Chinese restaurants around town - and one day they took me to Green House - a solid authentic Cantonese style Chinese restaurant option in Orlando. We ordered quite a family style spread, with some of my favorite dishes being the ginger & scallion steamed sea bass and the ginger & scallion chicken, the salt & pepper shrimp AND squid, and basically all of the beef dishes we tried. The boiled pork with pickled vegetables is usually my go-to dish at any Chinese restaurant that has it, but it was just ok here. The pi pa tofu is a great option if you're wanting something a little lighter and the sautéed "special Chinese vegetable" is a staple. Usually it would be water spinach or snow pea leaves, whatever they have in season. Everything else that we ordered was delicious but apparently I still need to try the beef chow fun next time I'm in town!

I really enjoyed myself here and thought the food was very good. Friendly helpful attentive service. Was stuck working in the area and hit them up on a complete lark hoping for the best and well, I got lucky I guess. Oddly enough, was in during an off peak time on an off peak day, there was only one cover when I arrived. ...by the time I left, they were slammed not only with several many covers but also with two very large parties. From the looks of it, they could handle it too as I was very happy they sure didn't forget about me in the fracas. Was fine dining here.

Satisfying Cantonese Chinese food. Our favorites and order regularly: seafood pan fried noodle with the crispy noodles at the edge, hearty minced beef soup served in a bowl to share for 4 people is enough to fill up 2 people, salty and pepper squid is tender with some spice to it, the black/shitake mushroom with bok choy is a good combination. Jenny our service is great & with good memory. Very casual restaurant in a strip plaza.

What a gem, as finding old school Cantonese like I grew up eating is getting harder and harder in Florida. Although this place is in a strip mall, don't be fooled. It's the real deal. We got a bunch of things to share: the three meat platter (char siu, roast duck, and crispy pork belly), beef chow fun (chewy noodle and tender beef goodness), walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and gai lan so we had something green and it was all delicious. My skeptical 10 year old was happy and didn't even complain about eating his veggies too much. The server was friendly and helpful, too. We'll be back next time we are in Orlando for sure.

TRAUMATIZING DO NOT EAT HERE. I genuinely don't know how to put into words the level of horror and disgust I experienced at this restaurant. I have been coming here since I was a kid. It's a local favorite, well-rated, well-known, and up until now, I had always trusted the food and the people behind it. But after what happened to me, I will NEVER eat here again!!! I don't think anyone should. While eating my takeout order of fried rice with my family, I discovered a rather large INSECT!! what appeared to be either a ROACH or CRICKET embedded deep inside my food. It wasn't near the top. It wasn't something that just "fell in." It was COOKED IN with the food, fully mixed into the rice. I only discovered it after I had ALMOST FINISHED MY PLATE. As soon as I realized what it was, I went into complete shock. I literally threw up. I still feel nauseous. This was traumatizing genuinely TRAUMATIC. I will never forget that moment. I immediately filed a report with the Florida Department of Health and will be submitting all photo and video evidence. This goes far beyond a "bad night" or a "rare mistake." This is a serious health violation that puts customers including children and families at risk. The idea that someone else, especially a child, could bite into this is absolutely HORRIFYING. This place needs to be held accountable, and the public deserves to know the truth. I never thought I'd have to say this, but please please please do not eat here. It is not worth the risk. Photos down below. Horrified.

Green House has been one of my family's favorite spots for years, so writing this review is really disappointing. We've always enjoyed the food and have recommended this place to others -- but today's experience changed that. We found a worm sitting right on top of one of the dumplings we ordered, and it was shocking and honestly very unsettling. No customer should ever have to find something like that in their food. This isn't meant to bash the restaurant -- mistakes happen -- but this points to a serious issue in food preparation, sourcing, or kitchen sanitation that needs immediate attention. We're sharing this so it can be addressed, because it's a health concern, not just an inconvenience. We've always loved coming here, but after this incident, we don't feel comfortable returning unless we know food safety standards are being taken seriously moving forward. We truly hope improvements are made!!

Food was very well prepared--albeit chicken a little dry and beef a little rubbery on the steamed chicken and broccoli. The Bo Bo platter was absolutely perfect for two people and everything was perfectly prepared! The rice was delicious with right proportions, expertly seasoned and cooked just right. Lighting was great. No music! Booths a little old fashioned and uncomfortable. Service was ok. Not great but not bad.

It's been some time since we have been by. We used to be regulars but then moved to the other side of town. In occasion we will pay crazy delivery fees just to order from here. But we happens to be on this side of town and could go in for an early dinner. Since it's been so long we had no idea about the remodel. It looks nice. Super clean looking. We were happy to see the same people working there. It was so amazing because our server remembered us. Made our meal even more special. The food as always was great. There were five of us. My boys shared a dinner special. One is vegetarian so we ordered chicken and broccoli minus the chicken! So just broccoli lol! It came with fried or white rice and we went with white since the fried rice has pork. It also came with soup and an egg roll. My second son ate the soup and egg roll. The three adults split a cilantro beef soup(the bowl is large enough for us to each have a bowl and that was only half of what was in it. Probably enough for 6 bowls), crab Rangoon, roast pork chow fun(not on menu but they always make it for us), beef with scallions and ginger, and pork fried rice. We had enough left over for lunch the next day as well. Everything was as good as we remembered.

Good place for a low key and no hassle meal. Cantonese Food was hot and delicious and prices were fair. We will return here for lunch/dinner. Glad I ignored some of the reviews. Easy parking and friendly staff were welcoming, pleasant to see after a long day at the busy amusement park.

Great service. Food was authentic not like take out places. Lunch portions were big. We came here because it is one of a few sit down places. Looks like a mom and pop place. We definitely will be back when we are in the area.

So Green House Chinese Restaurant has been my "go to" spot lately for when I have my Chinese take out cravings... and let me tell ya'll....the food is always a hit! What I love about this place is that they have two different menus depending on what style of Chinese food you are looking for, either American Chinese or Cantonese. Now, I usually navigate towards the American Chinese menu since they have such great combinations and lunch specials, but the last time I visited I opted for the Cantonese menu. The Cantonese menu had a very large selection of traditional dishes which I will say is a tad bit pricier than the other menu. For food, I ordered the stir fry eggplant in garlic sauce with a side of white rice. The portion was definitely a nice size and was filling... and I would say that I'm the type of person that has a decent sized appetite. It was definitely tasty, but I wish it had a tad bit more salt... then it would have been perfect. The restaurant itself is pretty spacious with an ample amount of seating inside. The decor is a bit dated, but that is what gives it a traditional takeout restaurant vibe, which did not bother me. My server was super sweet and attentive with all of the customers. She was the only server this particular night and she was doing a great job running the show. Overall, I really enjoy this restaurant! If you are traveling around the Orange Blossom Trail area I would definitely recommend this spot for your next quick bite!

The place is elegantly decorated with an Asian theme. However, some of the benches attached to the booths had worn out upholstery. Our server, Yumi (spelling?) was polite and efficient. We had the salt and pepper squid appetizer. It was plentiful and great with the accompanying sauce. However, we didn't like the breading. And I dared to bite into one of the peppers that accompanied it and it set my mouth on fire. For dinner we had the Szechuan scallops and the XO fish. The scallops were tasty and the dish had lots of broccoli, peppers, and mushrooms. The sauce was a bit sweeter than we expected. The XO fish sauce was very similar to the Szechuan sauce and though the fish was a tad salty, it was still savory. The asparagus that accompanied that dish was chopped (easier to eat) and there were plenty of sweet snap peas and bell peppers. We adore snow pea tips and were in the mood for lots of veggies. So, we got an order to accompany our meals. We did take home most of it, along with lots of broccoli (for me) from the Szechuan scallops. We were treated to a complimentary Chinese-style dessert made with peeled split mung beans and thickened with tapioca starch into a gooey, translucent pudding that was served warm. Our meal of 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, 1 order of veggies, a pot of tea, tax, and tip was $138.

All I can say, this place simply blew my mind!! I never expected this resto to be this GOOD! Came in around 7:15 pm and there's were a few people waiting and I signed up on their Yelp waitlist kiosk. But I got seated about 5-10 mins upon arrival. So when looked at the menu, they had 3 dishes that were Michelin guide recommendations. The first one is their wonton soup, the pan fried Peking duck buns and the steamed buns with bokchoy and mushrooms. So I was curious and had to order the wonton soup and since I love Peking duck, I ordered the buns. Here's my assessment: 1. Pork and shrimp wonton soup - 15/10 - the soup was pretty neutrally flavored but still good to my liking but oh boy, the wonton was out of this world!! It came with 6 large wontons, some bokchoy, seaweed and the broth. I always ask for chili oil and when I took a bite of the wonton, the sudden burst of deliciousness that I felt in my mouth was indescribable. Then I dipped the wonton in the chili oil and it added another layer of umami flavor. This is prolly my Top 2 wonton soup I've had in my life next to the one I've tried in Hongkong years ago!! Every wonton I ate the more I just want to eat more wontons . It's INCREDIBLE. 2. Pan fried Peking duck buns - 20/10 - this should be a Michelin star dish!! The bun was a little sweet, soft but that first bite felt like all my salivary juices just exploded. This is the BEST BAO BUN I've had in America. The most perfect combination of sweet, savory, salty, with a touch of five spice and a gastronomically out of bounds dish - It's UNBELIEVABLE!! Every customer should not leave this resto until they've tried this one!! Trust me, you may want to eat at least 4 pcs of this. I would have wanted to get 2 more but I was already full. 3. Steamed bokchoy with garlic - 10/10 - love the freshness of the bokchoy, well poached and the garlic was just enough that it was not overpowering yet it was garlicky. I wish we can have Kung Fu Kitchen in CA but I guess FL is more business friendly. They also have their sister flagship resto in NY!! So if ever you come to Disney World or Orlando for a work or business trip, pls do yourself a favor and make sure you put this resto as part of your itinerary!!!

The food was okay- I think if I came back I would order off the menu instead of dim sum. We were there around 1pm on Sunday. It was relatively busy and there were many people in and out of the dining room.

The food in general was decent, just not as great as Chuan Fu or Taste of Chengdu. Nothing really stood out to me as amazing quality.

These legends welcomed our whole crew with zero wait like it was just another Tuesday--talk about VIP service. Now let's talk food. First up, the tofu and veggie stir-fry--a glorious mix of crispy tofu cubes with perfectly sautéed broccoli, carrots, and bok choy in a savory brown sauce that hugged every bite like a warm hug from a Chinese grandma. The beef with broccoli? Tender, flavorful, and bathed in rich umami goodness. Honestly, if I could bottle that sauce, I'd put it on everything--maybe even my cereal (don't judge). The Honey Walnut Shrimp was love at first crunch. Perfectly crispy shrimp in a creamy, sweet glaze topped with candied walnuts and nestled on a bed of fresh steamed broccoli. This dish was the Beyoncé of the table--everyone wanted a piece. Those crispy, golden Shrimp Ball Fritters? Imagine a crunchy sea urchin made of joy. Light, airy, and addictive--basically the potato chip of appetizers. The pan-fried dumplings were thick, juicy, and had the perfect crispy sear. No sad, soggy dumplings here. Then came the crispy duck--dark, rich, and bursting with deep roasted flavor. It had that satisfying crunch you want, and the meat melted in your mouth. A must for meat lovers. But the real MVP? Those soup dumplings. Steamy little flavor bombs that explode in your mouth like a culinary fireworks show. Served in their own mini tins like royalty--juicy, delicate, and impossible to eat just one. The table went silent the second they landed. That's how you know it's real. With quick service, huge portions, and a menu that hits every craving from noodles to dumplings to sizzling plates of joy, Peter's Kitchen China Bistro was the unexpected gem we didn't know we needed. Cozy, authentic, and efficient--this place made our group dinner easy, delicious, and downright memorable.

I had heard great things about it and hadn't gotten the chance to go until recently. This is mostly because they're located in Windermere, which is a bit aways from most of Orlando. It was chosen as the dinner location for a work dinner for Asian American Heritage Month. May might be over, but Asian food is forever. It's in a very cute location with shops around and ample of parking. They had tables set aside for us and they have a full menu as well as the dim sum menu, which you mark how many of an item you want. Family style dining as is most Asian dining. The interior is super nice and it does feel upscale. They have large tables and some smaller ones but it's not a huge restaurant space. This means the meals feel very cozy and intimate. We got the squid ink shrimp dumplings and regular shrimp dumplings. They were both a 9/10. I will say that squid ink anything does not add to the flavor, just the color of the food. Squid ink is slightly more expensive. The shumai was a 9/10. By the way the dumplings were huge and about 4 pieces per order. We tried the curry fish balls, which essentially is fish balls like the ones you get at hot pot cooked in a yellow curry. It was my first time trying this and I thought it was just ok. This was a 5.5/10. Some ordered beef and broccoli for the table and it was delicious. Definitely a large dish to be shared. That was an 8.5/10. We tried their wonton soup which came with noodles and bok chop. This was an 8/10. The fried shrimp balls were excellent and is a 9/10 for me. Normally, I think they are either too savory or oily. However, these ones had great crips and really well balanced flavor. We tried my favorite dim sum dish, which is the rice rolls with shrimp. This was a 6/10 for me. It just wasn't my favorite one that I have had. We also tried the mango custard bun, which was a 8/10. Overall, I would give them a 8/10. It is a little on the more pensive end for dim sum but the atmosphere is nice and service is pretty good. I love dumplings. I could eat dumplings any day, all day. It truly is one of those things I would have as a part of my last meal on Earth.

You mark the items you want on a sheet, and they bring everything out to the table as each dish is ready. Everything we ordered was delicious. The only thing that was a bit much for me was how oily the noodles were, but overall everything came out hot and fresh.
