I've ordered from these guys for years. I have dined in couple times but most of the time I had it delivered. I've ordered everything from the standard beef and broccoli to the chefs choice. I just learned that they have restricted their delivery to within 4.0 miles and I'm .6 miles outside the limit. They called to cancel my order and asked if I would prefer pick-up. Some days...pick up is not an issue. There are days you've had a bad day or you just want to stay in and would like to splurge a little and have your food delivered. If I'm getting in the car, I'm going to PF Changs which is right down the road. It is unfortunate that they cannot find the business benefit for extending their delivery options. read more

I was just insulted and cursed by the "owner" and "manager" of this place in front of my kids. We walked in and after waiting for approximately 7 minutes standing at the counter, I had to stop the guy to see if we could order. He said he "was busy..." Remember when Chinese takeouts used to pad your dish with a healthy dose of cabbage or onions or broccoli and throw a couple pieces of meat in there just so its technically a Chicken and Broccoli? Well, they've wizened up. Now its peanuts. Boatloads of peanuts. I ordered the double delight -- 2 meats: shrimp and chicken in their savory sauce, and it looked good until I started eating and realized it was just peanuts. As I chewed my food, I began to realize how much I missed plain old cabbage. I've had negative experiences with their food on a separate occasion that I, back then, chalked up to me being lazy on a Sunday evening and ordering take out. It was probably their deadzone and they didn't prep as much (I've worked the kitchen a few summers so I can understand prep is what makes or breaks it). Which is why they served me stale rubbery chicken. They were forgiven. This time it was Friday night, primetime. That same rubbery stale chicken. It's not all of it. I ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken combination, which comes with fried rice and an egg roll. I substituted pork fried rice for the plain fried rice, and was charged an extra $4.00. A couple of dollars, sure, but $4.00? Everything was very bland. The fried rice was dried out from sitting too long. I liked that the chicken was white meat; many restaurants use thighs for this dish. The portion size was enough for two meals, but I think I'm going to throw out the rest. During the pandemic emergency, customers walk up to an area of the dining room blocked off by tables. But you have to yell back and forth to the employee at the counter at the back of the restaurant. Yelling expels more aerosol droplets and enhances viral spread. I watched another customer remove her mask just to talk more loudly. Terrible manners. It's always relevant to state when you ordered as tonight my wife and I literally put our chopsticks down and went go make instant noodles. Crispy beef - sauce was good. The texture of the beef was like eating soggy oats. Eggplant in garlic sauce - uncooked eggplant in some gelatinous mush. Bland and poorly made. Sesame chicken - mediocre, was good enough for the kids but the sauce was no different then the average brown sauce. Rangoon - crispy and decent Hot sour and egg drop - suffers the same fate of being bland. Imbalance of seasoning. On Mondays our favorite Chinese restaurant is closed, but this Monday we both had a hankerin' for some Chinese food. Precious noticed this place the last time we ate at Outback Steakhouse so she suggested we make like a bakery truck and haul our buns over there. We got the Kung Pao chicken and the chicken with cashew nuts. It's nuthin' fancy, but it's what we like. It was pretty good. Actually, it was very good. The only complaint I have is that they didn't put hardly any veggies in there. We had been looking for a good chinese food place in Centreville, after a few disappointing experience. Weirdly, we heard about this place from our exterminator, who raved about it because the kitchen is apparently CRAZY clean. The food is good! The delivery is seriously fast. We've tried all the usual staples (fried rice, crispy beef, beef and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken). Ordered the Soft shell crab and the peking duck. It was so good and the duck was juicy with crispy skin. The soft shell crab was deep fried and was salty. Have been coming here for take out for several years now. The food is 3 stars and nothing special but it gets the job done and some items are actually pretty good. The 4th star comes from great value and friendly staff. We always get the General Tso's which is nicely prepared and the chicken actually has some consistency. Some people don't like dark meat so stay away if you hate dark meat as this place uses chicken thigh meat. The Beef Chow Fun is another favorite dish that a lot of people don't know about. Tender strips of beef with scallions and onions served with wide noodles that have a nice chewy texture. The one thing that I have to mention is their sushi. Don't do it. They don't get enough consistent business to properly rotate their sushi and as a result you are left with some really subpar sushi. The Tempura is even worse. It's all about expectations. Don't get wrapped up about authentic Chinese. Great prices and they also give you free sodas for carry out. read more

This has been my worst Chinese food experience. We got the Kung Pao shrimp and scallops with fresh hot pepper. Th Kung Pao shrimp was full of peanuts which is not a big deal but on top of not having enough shrimp, it was completely burnt. It tasted and smelled burnt. My fiancé got fried rice which was just rice with soy sauce and eggs. My sister got the scallops which literally had more green peppers than scallops. It also had some kind of a weird sauce that made her tongue numb and no, she doesn't have any food allergies. My fiancé and I even had it and we experienced the same thing.
