we stopped for lunch last week while we were on a road trip, and the food were fresh and tasty. The restaurant is casual, takeout but has some seatings. There is no buffet when we went. It is very run down, like a hole in the wall kind of place. We ordered 3-4 dished and I liked it a lot. The hot sour soup and chicken wings were delicious. A perfect restaurant for those who know that it's what's on the inside (of your stomach) that counts. Maybe everything's a little dingy in the restaurant--the interior honestly looks like an Italian diner more than it does a Chinese restaurant, but it manages to retain all the menu misspellings that are such a hallmark of that style of cuisine. But, the food was honestly some of the best Chinese food my family has ever eaten. They actually messed up our order a bit, but it was so good we didn't care. One dish that really surprised me was the "chicken over sizzling rice." I had never heard of it before, but it's basically rice that is fried into something similar to rice krispies, and then a really tasty chicken and vegetable combo is poured on top, making the whole thing sizzle. Tasted absolutely awesome. So yeah. Although it looked a little groty (maybe everything in Winslow Arizona is?) it tasted delicious! read more

We did 10hrs and stopped in Winslow for the night. I looked on Yelp for a few options and China Feast caught my eye so I read a couple reviews and a recent one stated this was better than Chinese food in LA, really? So I had to give it a try. Awesome! Hot and Sour soup has green peppers in it so that flavor came through strong not in a bad way just different than I have had. The Fried dumplings were perfect, the sesame chicken was great, just the right amount of sweet with the crunchy outer coating. And then the pork fried rice, so good and light, very authentic! We got it to go after stopping at the "Standing on the corner..." park in town. I don't know when I will be back to Winslow but I will definitely eating large at China Feast when I do, the portions are huge! read more

Most flavorless Chinese food I've ever had. Ordered cashew chicken, I don't remember saying hold the cashews and hold the chicken but I must've because it was all veggies. Wonton soup was nothing but broccoli I'm in Winslow about once a month and there will be no second chance for this place. I guess the white rice was ok. The egg rolls were very fresh , out of the box , and once again flavorless. No self respecting Chinese food restaurant serves hot mustard in a package. read more

We drove 8 hours from Cali. I was craving for some Asian food and my wife guided us here. First impression very Chinese. Chinese interior and they were playing some Chinese music. The food was great. We stick with their kung pao chicken and mapo tofu which definitely taste Chinese. Great food and great service. read more

We came to this place along way going to new mexico, and was very thankful that i chose china feast for our lunch... it was very tasty and delicious!! my husband ordered the egg foo young and we decided to get the orange chicken and pork sweet and sour with egg fried rice since i have an allergy to seafood, i bet the combination fried rice is good too! We also got a side of egg drop soup! The order is good for 2-3person, and the price is cheap compare to california. And i just want to say thank you to our server he is so nice and kind he always ask us if everything is ok, and we dont need to call him for water refills, and before we left he also give us a box of steam rice for to go and for that i will say that im a very satisfied and a happy customer because RICE is LIFE! Although we were skeptical at first looking at the highly Americanized menu, the food exceeded our expectations. We ended up getting the Mongolian beef and kung pao cabbage. Small little place that make dining personal. Food cooked by the owner is so amazing and his son treats you like he has known you his whole life. The portions are huge. Pretty good food. They've been consistent throughout( a lot better in service when compared to the Entre Restuarant), and is my new local favorite in Chinese food. I am from a big city with lots of options for Chinese food, and I was worried that when I moved to Winslow that I would not have good Chinese food ever again. No worries there! This place serves great food. All you can eat buffet is usually well stocked, unless it is right after the lunch hour or the first few days of the month :-) Staff is super nice, and remember you if you go often (as I have been known to do).
