Yes! If you're in the mood for hot dogs and fries type food be sure to check this one out. My wife didn't want breakfast so she picked this place and was not disappointed. The corn dog was tasty but the star of her order were the onion rings. Wide cut and full of flavor. The vibe is so fun as it's in an old gas station. Indoor and outdoor seating options are nice too. The staff were friendly and made the experience fun. It's definitely another on our must stops in the area, bonus - it's directly across the street from a fantastic coffee shop! read more

HOLY HOT DOG! I am NOT lying when I say these are the best hot dogs I have ever had. We stopped by on the way through town on our way back to TX due to seeing a sign on the side of the road advertising, The Best Hot Dogs! Well, I can say that is true! I double checked Yelp to get confirmation from my fellow Elites and there it was. Almost a five star rating, so we had to try it! We tried the Chicago Dog and the Polish Dog and both were SO good! My husband was so excited because the Chicago Dog actually came with REAL relish. That is very hard to find at most "hot dog" joints. We arrived shortly after opening due to our travels, but the staff was so nice and even allowed us to park our RV in their lot while we waited for our order. You can tell from the photos that I took, the place is an old gas station, and the ambiance makes it feel like they've been there for years! Super cute and there is even one pump left in the outdoor seating area. We will surely be back when back in Holbrook! read more

From hot dogs to Italian beef, Greek gyros to Italian subs, Cubano sandwich to charcuterie salads, Reuben's to awesome fries, you can't go wrong here! I have had just about everything and have never been disappointed! My faves are the Cubano and the Reuben. Their battered fries do not disappoint! They are small with only a couple of tables inside but a nice patio outside, and I do recommend calling ahead so your food is ready. When I get there to pick up my food, my mouth is watering! Plenty of meat and a soft bun (Amorosa?) dipped in au jus. I've had many including Chicago and this was awesome. Tender not too spicy, just enjoyable melt in your mouth. - Chicago dog, legit Vienna beef dog, snappy bite with green relish, tomato slices, poppy seed roll and sport peppers made it legit and delicious! The chili has an unusual flavor that is secret, I thought sausage at first but was told no. It is thick, not runny but was good on their seasoned fries. Delicious! We came back the next day! And had Cuban sandwich which I liked the presses serving similar to a panini press. Ham, pork loin, cheese, mayo, mustard and a thinly sliced pickle to make it all come together. Wife had meatball sub. I will say kind of a standard meatball sub. Good, but nothing blowing us away like the Italian beef. I loved the gas station vibes from when I worked in then as a teenager. Super clean, great food, owners on site hand making food. Where do you get this?? It is a must stop when in Holbrook. Instead of driving by, tack a short break (not McDonalds) and enjoy some quality food and hospitality. It is what the old Rout 66 was all about. The prices are reasonable as well!!! Found this charming stand via BringFido - enroute to Albuquerque from Sedona, Monday 1pm. Wonderful converted old gas station with a retro vibe. Old license plates adorn the fence around the outdoor pet-welcoming patio. A couple of high tables inside where you place your order. Friendly helpful lady took our order. They offer a nice range of dogs, sandwiches and salads. We got a cowboy chili dog, a gyro and cheese curds (!) - all tasted great. Generous amounts of meat on the gyro, fresh red onions and tzatziki sauce. Overflowing topping on the dog. A great quick stop for lunch, our puppy got a bowl of fresh water too! The menu is simple but diverse and has a nice mix of nostalgic and cultural dishes Greek Gyros, Chicago Style Hot Dogs, Italian Subs, Mediterranean Salads, Italian Beef and Cuban Sandwiches. They also have Sorbetto Italian Ice. I got myself a Chicago Dog and a Gyro. The owner was nice and came out and chatted with me. Stopped at this cool, renovated gas station, which I never noticed before, to see what they offer and was pleasantly surprised. The Chicago dog was different- never had one with tomatoes and bell peppers and my partner ordered an Italian sub. The surprise was the Greek fries served with feta, kalamata olives and tzatziki sauce on the side. I could have that as a meal and will, next time. Stopped here on our way through town. First impression: extremely friendly wife and husband duo who own the restaurant and are so sweet and welcoming. Ordered Chicago style dogs and the Greek fries. They were ready within 5 minutes and they were absolutely amazing! Very fresh produce, and perfectly steamed bun. I have no notes and I am a hotdog connoisseur. Cute little place in Holbrook to grab a tasty lunch. We ordered at the counter from a nice woman and then sat outside at one of the tables. Our food was delivered to our table pretty quickly. We ordered a regular Chicago dog combo that came with fries and a beverage and also ordered a chili cheese dog. The prickly pear lemonade was good and refreshing without being overly sweet. The Chicago dog was good, the fries tasty however we weren't real fans of the chili dog. The chili is not what we're used to - it was a very pale, ground beef chili that to us didn't have a whole lot of chili flavor. I'm sure others love it, it just wasn't what we expected. The thing I find odd is that there were only two dogs on the menu - chili dog and Chicago dog. The true Chicago hot dog has been faithfully reproduced in an old gas station in Holbrook AZ. Very friendly and efficient staff. The presence of Italian beef and gyros made it feel like a home from long ago. We tried the gyro meat on the Greek fries and it was tasty. We were full so didn't get to try the Italian beef. This place is an old gas station and it's remodeled very nice. The food is delicious. I definitely recommend the onion rings as they are bomb. The hot dogs are Vienna and they make a great Chicago dog. The chili is a bean less chili and very good. It has outdoor seating available, but it was way too hot to sit out there. Great place! The owner and his wife give great service! Very attentive and everything is fresh. I got a chili cheese dog. Poppy seed bun. All beef dog topped with homemade chili onions and cheese. The chili is delicious. Absolutely full of flavor. I would.prefer cheese sauce over shredded I think it would elevate the dog. 8.6/10. The Cuban was amazing. Pickles crispy and fresh. Delicious mustard woth whole grains in it. And the pork tenderloin is marinated sliced delicate and absolutely packed with flavor. The bread was hot and cheese melty. Rare for me to rank higher than 9 anywhere this sandwhich gets a 9.8/10. The fries are battered. They were good and crispy. A little salt.out of the fryer would go a long way for me. 6.8/10. Really sad as I wanted to like this place. Visited on Aug 1, 2025 at 3 pm. Great service at the front and greeted with a warm smile. The problem was that the hot dogs themselves were cold in the middle as if they didn't cook them long enough. I don't mean cool like they had been sitting a while, but they tasted out of the fridge cold. Ate half of one and threw the rest away. Staff was receptive to criticism. I just told them I didn't want a refund or anything but just tell the chef to leave on the grill another minute or two. Two stars because of great service otherwise would be a one star. read more
