I was surprised to find the door locked. There was a sign posted saying they are currently short staffed and thus close from 2-3:15pm for lunch. I was lucky that another customer sitting in his car saw me turning away and caught my attention to let me know they were unlocking the door. It was about 2:45 so don't let the sign deter you if you go by here midafternoon. I was told that my food would take about ten minutes to prepare and that gave me enough time to go across the parking lot to McDonald's to pick up food for my children. Everyone's food was collected and I was on my way within 15 minutes.

Some of the other dishes didn't quite land for me. The fish soup wasn't my favorite, and the beef noodle soup wasn't especially memorable. The cumin lamb, however, was better than expected and ended up being one of the stronger dishes we ordered. That said, the service was friendly, the portions were generous, and there are plenty of interesting options on the menu. I'd definitely come back to try some different dishes next time.

At 11 am with a very light crowd present, all of the food was cold, completely unacceptatble having only opened at 10:30 am! Honestly I think the General Tso was the only item I had that was luke warm besides my bowl of soup. Many of the buffet dishes appeared to be leftover from the previous evening - - a good cook can tell what's fresh vs. leftover. The crab ragoons were tough and chewy a telltale sign of having been reheated. The egg rolls appeared to be refried as they were exceptionally dark brown in color. Literally no one was touching them either. The "fresh" seasoned green beans were all shriveled up. The lo mein noodles were swollen, having clearly soaked up all the juices/sauce from being stored and re-served. I think you get the picture here. The egg roll is larger than most Chinese restaurants. I like that it's super crispy and the inside is packed full. The crab rangoon comes with four pieces and they'll ask you if you want a side of sweet & sour sauce. If you say yes, you'll get a small cup of the red sauce like when you order Sweet & Sour Pork or Chicken. They don't give you those small packets like other restaurants. My usual go to entrees are always Beef and Broccoli or General Tso's Chicken. Both of them are very good. I do the B&B when I'm trying to eat healthy Chinese. The beef is tender and the broccoli is soft, but still has a little snap to it. When enjoying the Beef and Broccoli, I have white rice. The General Tso's Chicken has a lite crispy coating and the sauce blends perfectly with fried rice, instead of white rice. Service is over the top friendly. Kelly the owner has personality plus, is super witty and always makes sure you are a satisfied customer.
