I have had the opportunity to eat at some of the finest Chinese restaurants throughout San Francisco and have eaten at some of the best Chinese restaurants in Baja Mexico (I realize this may sound ridiculous, but Mexico has some of the best Asian restaurants). It may surprise you but the Chinese influence and culture is very rich in Baja. And, I like some heat! I am also somewhat familiar with the Schahuan region style of cooking recognized for being spicy and hot! I was visiting from Texas, my cousin and kinda fell upon this restaurant accidentally! I can't recall her name but she did have great suggestions and delivered quality service. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken (reg) while my friend ordered the Sweet & Sour (sm.). The meal arrived in almost record time! I was delighted to look at our colorful, carefully assembled, plates. My meal had a considerable serving size and an even better taste. The chicken was soft, tender and juicy. With compliments from the peppers & rice, I couldn't have been more satisfied. My friend (who is picky) wasn't a fan of the mix of peppers & pineapple but I think she liked it more than she cared to admit. Overall, I had the most pleasant afternoon at Roka thanks to the everpleasing service and most tranquil of settings. It's been a long time since I've put up a Yelp review, but this experience was worth posting about. My wife and I re-located from Virginia to Oklahoma to take care of family, and we have struggled in finding a good Chinese restaurant in Tulsa, up until our dine here. Last night, we dined at China Garden--- and let me tell you-- it did not disappoint! Easily the best Dan Dan Noodles we've had in Tulsa--- but everything was incredibly delicious, and fresh. As noted by other Yelpers, it does take a bit for food to arrive, but a complete non-issue for us. All of their food is made from scratch, and well worth the wait. The owner is incredibly hospitable, and kind--- you can tell he's proud of his business, and rightfully so. So, I lived in China several years ago, and I have to say this place has fantastic Chinese food. It's as authentic as you are going to get in Tulsa. The food has that great, rich flavor I remember so well. If you want to try Chinese cuisine similar to what is actually served in the China check this place out. Or if you just want some great food, this place is worth a try. Heads up: This food is not like the bland, greasy stuff on China Buffets. It's lighter and way more delicious. If you've got a thing about spicy food, let the staff know because the food might run a little hot for you. Best Chinese food hands down in OK. Recommend the Spicy Fish Soup with Tofu. Amazing! The owners are always friendly and provide a great meal. I have eaten much Chinese food and this is authentic Szechuan cuisine, they will tailor the spiciness to your liking and I like it HOT! Our friend recommend this place to us, last night my wife and I went to China Garden , the dining room was full when we got there around 7 PM , that is a good sign, the waitress is very friendly , she got us drink and took our order , their service is very fast and efficient , we got our food on the table in no time, we order Boiled Fish, Sweet and Spicy Eggplant and Stir Squid, the food is very tasty and fresh, we really enjoyed our meal pretty much. read more

China Garden is one of a few best authentic chinese food restaurants in Tulsa, they can serve some traditional chinese food and certain types of food in different region with their own food culture in China. I recommend you to try every one, you will find some food really delicious. read more

I just wish that onions, carrots, pineapple, and green pepper were still part of sweet-n-sour, but everywhere seems to leave them off now. We were the only customers dining in altho several tables still had dishes so others had dined in also. Quiet and peaceful was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Several people came thru for take out orders but were not intrusive. Our entire dinner was less than $25 so we recommend eating here with no hesitation
