In the instance of this flower purchase Acme Floral Co. had both. Acme has exceptional reviews already, but I am adding mine for those who have had an experience where something wasn't right with a product and been blown off. In this case, there was a discrepancy between my perception of the bouquet that I was choosing to have delivered, and the one that actually arrived. That is a subtle and subjective criteria, but nonetheless, I felt justified in contacting them. They got back in touch with me Right Away and indicated they would do what it took to make things right. I was impressed with both. They offered to replace the bouquet, which they did after a few clarifying exchanges including pictures. These were the owners communicating with me, by the way! Within days the situation was resolved, the replacement bouquet exceeded my expectations and I was truly touched. They might have never even answered me, they might have answered with excuses or denials. These are proprietors that deserve your trust & admiration. The bouquets are extra special as well.
