The owner is a no nonsense lady who runs a tight ship, but she is absolutely fabulous. One thing I can say about Egg Roll Express is that it is consistent. They use a thinner noodle than most places, big chunks of meat and include veggies. A large chicken and beef lo mein and an egg roll and I am a happy camper. The other food is good as well. I haven't ever had anything here that didn't enjoy. They are CASH ONLY so keep that in mind. You can sit down in one of the booths or a table, but this place is geared mostly as a takeout place that offers some seating. Order some Egg Roll Express and enjoy!
