They recently gave the place a nice update by painting the walls and replacing those old-school menu boards you see in Chinese takeout spots all over America with TVs. This is an unassuming Chinese restaurant in a strip mall not far from I-95 that serves terrific food. The hot and sour soup is well-balanced between flavor and heat. General Tso's and sesame chicken are both good and the portion sizes are generous. We tried a new appetizer, the cold sesame noodles, and will be ordering that again. Service was fast. Given this place several more tries since my last visit and it's amazingly improved! The Singapore mei fun packs a spicy flavorful hit and is a great alternative to lo mein (wheat noodle). Anything with shrimp and veggies is a great choice too! The shrimp are always a good choice here! We had Shrimp and Snow Peas-it was delicious! I asked for extra garlic and ginger and they didn't disappoint. This place is a togo place, but it you had to eat inside you could, but very few tables. Palm coast location - Very disappointing. A friend mentioned that this place had a good reputation, so decided to try for the first time. Wonton soup tasted Smokey and no flavor, LoMain was also very Smokey - shrimp with vegetables was ok but really nothing to go back to, same for the fried rice. Very disappointed. I ordered a combination of chicken chow mein with egg fried rice... the rice tasted OK, but I got was chicken chow mush. Pale chicken smothered in a white sauce with huge pieces of celery, onion, and mushed cabbage (I think). There is no bite to this, plus everywhere else that I have ordered this dish I had broccoli, carrots, bamboo shots, mushrooms, and some cabbage. Also the chicken had some color plus it was sautéed (not smothered) in a light brown sauce. I literally threw my hard earned money away... what a waste, but I will never buy there again.​ read more

This is my go to Chinese place in Palm Coast! Their lunch specials are amazing! I get the General Tso's chicken special, comes with a mountain of chicken and a ton of pork friend rice. All for about $10, you can't beat it! Food if always fresh made to order and hot and delicious every time. A great place definitely worth trying. read more

We ordered Sesame Chicken the other night, and I had a hard time finding the meat in a lot of the pieces. It was a lot of coating, and not enough chicken. The crab Rangoon is still very good. The wrappers could be thinner, but the filling is delicious. We like broccoli, and attempt to order a side of broccoli sautéed in some brown sauce, but they charge a whopping $13 for this. I understand they have to turn a profit, but that markup is ridiculous and as much as an entree. That being said, it really is very good and tasty. Try it if you're willing to spend that much on broccoli. read more

I have been going to this takeout restaurant for 20 years -it was very good way back then prices were reasonable food was good all that is gone little by little and now it's just as bad as Chung King from a Can! This is the third time i had to call to complain about the food being dry. I forgot to tell them about it with this order and, of course, it was dry. Plus, we ordered one order of General Tso's chicken and got two orders. My husband didn't pay attention and paid for both. I called the manager to tell him we would not order from them again. Well made an order today and when I got there they said they didn't have it, one of the male employee took my order. So I reorder and they quoted me a higher price. Maybe that's why they lost it ??! We called in an order for General Taos chicken and Sesame chicken with wontons. They told us 20 minutes and they had it ready when I got there in 15 despite being busy judging by the number of people picking up orders. I added some beef lo mein and a side of sweet and sour sauce when we got there and it was done quickly. The food was all excellent. Tasted fresh and was hot. The one down side is that the wontons had kind of steamed in the container and lost their crunch but still tasted good. Prices are a little high for take out, but portions are large and the three of us get a dinner and lunch the next day out of it. We don't eat duck sauce, but the people around me were suggesting adding the homemade stuff when you order. They said it is worth the extra change. read more

I ordered the shrimp fried rice recently. I won't order it again. It wasn't fried rice. It was steamed. The dish had no flavor whatsoever.

I've been going to this place for several years now and have watched as their prices have steadily risen for what is, at best, very average food. After getting some lo mein a couple days back that looked and tasted like it had been on the frier all day (or longer), I won't be returning. $10 for some overcooked noodles I wouldn't feed to my dog was my breaking point. read more
