This place is the leader in passive aggressive behaviors. I've had multiple documented instances where I have asked them to omit ingredients due to allergies, and they don't do it because someone in my party is allergic to onions. When I call them directly to complain they hang up on me. When I submitted photos of the order to GrubHub directly they canceled the payment to the restaurant for the items that were requested, which then resulted in the restaurant complaining non-stop and black listing us. They aren't the best Chinese, but sometimes they are the only ones open...even then find somewhere else. Check another delivery service. Call somewhere else and hope to god they understand enough English to get your order correct. And if you really really want Chinese. I discovered this place since it is one of the few places close to my new job, and after ordering there now consistently for about 3 months, I have to say I'm definitely a fan. They give out very nice portions, are very friendly and will accommodate special orders/substitutions, and the food is delicious. The food has been consistent in quality, and they get it made really quick, usually 10-15 minutes. My company has also placed a couple large delivery orders here too and they have always come on time and as specified. FWIW though, we did order these a couple hours in advance. All and all, this is a really great Chinese food restaurant for the area and I'll definitely keep going back as long as the food stays good! read more

I also love the fact that China kitchen will also let you buy their lunch specials all day long! Most places cut them off by 3pm. I'm guessing with China kitchens close proximity to Joliet Junior college they're making a killing! Either way it works for me! Check this place out!!
