I've been to Delicacy a few times now, and I have to say it's pretty darn good. The prices are very…read morereasonable, the service is friendly, and the food is consistently tasty. The restaurant is a little different from many Chinese restaurants I've visited. Communication can occasionally be a challenge, but the staff has always been helpful and welcoming. One thing I'd love to see is a chili oil or chili crisp option. They use chiles in some dishes, but the only table-side heat option I've seen is hot mustard. The food is the real highlight. The Kung Pao Chicken is my go-to order--lots of flavor with just the right amount of heat. The Crispy Scallion Chicken was also very good, although the sauce was a bit thicker and sweeter than I personally prefer. The spring rolls were excellent, and while the egg rolls were tasty, they were slightly chewier than I expected. The lunch specials are an especially good value. For under $10, you get an entrée, rice, and a spring roll. For just 50 cents more, you can substitute an egg roll. That's hard to beat these days. The restaurant can be a little difficult to find the first time, but it's definitely worth the effort. I'll be back.
