Honestly I've never done this before and I know people only leave reviews if their experience was bad. The exception is for when the place literally does not even make your food and charge you $50 for everything you ordered. We used the yelp/GrubHub service for delivery and they gladly accepted our money but then decided to not make it. We ordered at 7:40ish and they close at 8:30pm and decided not to make our food but never update us via the app or via a phone call. We just found out a little over an hour later and it's honestly too late to even bother ordering something else. Screw this place and their inconsiderate staff. read more

Ordered from here in search of a regular Chinese food place that will deliver to me & my kids on the Eastside when we're craving Chinese. Unfortunately I don't think this place is it. Delivery was quick. The delivery person was nice and the food was still piping hot! We got a combo fried rice, which was a bit dry and a tad bit too salty. The big chucks of meat were tasty but I wish there was more of it. We also got the orange chicken plate with chow mien and rice. The noodles were really thick and a bit greasy. The rice was the same as the combo rice dry, hard, and salty. The orange chicken was not a favorite for the kids which was sad because that's what their hearts were set on. We also got the fried wings which tasted better than they looked and were more of a sweet spicy wing than a fried wing. Sadly we probably won't order from here again because of the orange chicken. Decent Americanized chinese food for the price and quantity. They pretty much fill up the plate until you can't put any food on it anymore. They have a good deal of a free drink and eggroll for every combo purchase. This place didn't give me a stomach ache like Panda Express usually does when I eat there so that is a major plus. I have to say It was a considerable clean establishment. The restroom smelled decent and surprisngly clean for a small fast food joint. Tonight we order through the Yelp app which ended up being through GrubHub. My DH ordered the one item combo in which he chose the fried rice and spicy orange chicken. He says he really enjoyed the spicy orange chicken and the fried rice was yummy. The fried rice was made fresh so he did have to wait a couple extra minutes. I on the other hand was very hungry. I ordered a 3 item combo which included kung pao chicken, beef broccoli and spicy orange chicken and then I ordered all chow mein for the side. The combos come with either a small drink or a single egg roll. There is a very special taste about the chow mein that I have not found it other fast food Chinese places. I am more accustomed to the traditional Chinese food with bean sprouts and vegetables so when ordering chow mein from fast food places that have the orange noodles they all pretty much taste the same except for this place. The spicy chicken was excellent with a perfect taste of spiciness and a little bit of crunch. I love spicy so the Kung Pao chicken hit the spot and even though we ordered close to their closing time it tasted very fresh and delicious. The broccoli beef was pretty good. We would definitely order here again for a date night or what not. And by the way I am happy to report that I could not eat all the food in one setting:-) p.s. GrubHub stated that the food would be ready in 45 to 55 minutes but this was not accurate. Great customer service from Lena Food was delivered VERY HOT Lena called back to double check my order & let me pay by phone using my debit card This place was VERY good!! Lena made sure to call me & check on me and my order letting me know that her delivery guy was going to be back in the area a little later than the 30 minutes expected but I was fine with THAT long as I didn't have to leave my house to go pick up the food. They are around the corner from me, 2 blocks over so my food was HOT & fresh, it was NOT sitting out under a light or anything like that. I had NEVER heard of SPICY orange chicken so I had to try that & it was VERY GOOD!! My son wanted chow mein & Orange chicken, I wanted egg rolls with beef & broccoli and the minimum ordered for delivery must be $15 which isn't bad. I got a large order of SPICY Orange chicken for $5.99, another large order of beef & broccoli for $5.99, a large order of chow mein for $4.50 & 4 egg rolls for $3 (2 for $1.50) .y total came up to $21.23!! This was a good deal my son practically ate ALL of the SPICY orange chicken by himself & me I ate MOST of the beef & broccoli on my own, it was delicious!! This place is frankly one of the best kept secrets here, if you're looking for good, easy, casual food, these guys have nailed it with consistently good Chinese, with a chill atmosphere. The people are incredibly friendly, and the prices are beyond reasonable. My boyfriend had the shrimp fried rice, and I opted for the egg drop soup. I would avoid ordering via grubhub, go to another place (may I suggest Fortune Garden-- I know for a fact they're great). I ordered via GrubHub about twenty minutes before the restaurant closed, but I realized after the order was placed how close it was to closing. I thought I would see if it got accepted before I tried elsewhere. They accepted the order and never delivered it. I waited for an hour and a half before calling grubhub who confirmed that the restaurant had accepted the order and claimed that it was delivered and then later admitted it wasn't delivered and they weren't planning to deliver it. I was looking to find a quick bite of Chinese fast food, and so I checked with Yelp to see what people were saying about fast Chinese food in the area. This place came up and had decent reviews, so I gave it a try. Yelp.....ya let me down..this place was not good at all IMHO. I got a 3 item combo with white rice/chow mien. The 3 items I got were Orange Chicken, BBQ Pork, and Teriyaki Chicken. Sadly, I thought all 3 were just bad. The Orange Chicken had zero flavor and soggy texture..the BBQ Pork was even worse, just simply red meat of some sort, no flavor at all. The Teriyaki Chicken was funky as well, the meat was almost good, but had pieces that were not edible. The sauce, again no flavor. The white rice, the worst ever!! It was dry and hard, as if it was cooked earlier then just left open all day, if you've made rice you know what I mean. The chow mien was almost flavorful, I added soy sauce which I usually never do. I think the best part of my lunch was the fortune cookie! Oh and by the way,....my fortune said "he who come back leave with empty wallet and sick in stomach!" Food was delivered...was at my house in the specified time. However, the food I ordered was very bland. I got the spicy orange chicken but was not spicy at all and was very dry. Rice was okay...but u really can't go wrong with this item. Food portions were okay but was expecting a bit more considering the prices of each item. ( I ordered individual items vs combinations). I also ordered the broccoli and beef which was average tasting at best. It had a lot More broccoli than beef. Price for all of the food I ordered was below average. came in because they didn't have delivery service. huge difference in stopping in. the eat 24 is a limited menu, but here you can get sides of rice, small/large containers, etc. it's definitely worth coming in. lady was super nice too, likes to help you get in and out with good food. she makes sure the food is made fresh. i had to wait for fresh white rice, but it was worth the extra few minutes. my only complaint would be the inconsistent delivery option (some days they have it, some days they don't. depends on the person's availability on that day) and while i understand it, they won't do takeout orders over the phone because sometimes people don't pick up the food. would still like the option to do pickup through eat24, if thats something they can change. read more
