The service is great, they are very attentive and kind. The inside is very clean and the lighting is very relaxing. The chicken and broccoli was very goopy and the chicken tasted spoiled. I had to throw it away. I ordered chicken teriyaki and that chicken tasted sour as well, as though it was spoiled or had some type of spoiled marinade on it. This happened to me twice. Last, the waitress is no longer there I guess, so there is one person trying to work the front and serve tables. It's not working out. The new owners need to get the old server and chef back if they want to keep Hong Kong's long-time customers.

It is sad to say I am no longer a loyal customer to this establishment. The new owners have taken a restaurant with a beaming reputation that is decades long and have turned it into a culinary wasteland. What was once one of the busiest corners in Arctic is now a ghost town. It is a shame to see a business that was superseded by such a strong reputation be diminished by the lack of consideration by new management. To all new and occasional customers be forewarned this is no longer the place you have heard others rave about!!!
