Too good to go pick up. Two containers of chow mein, one with fried rice and egg rolls.
    Catherine S.

We did a too good too go app pick up. When I got the order was already ready for us in a nice two bags one big one one small one. We took it home. It ended up having in it one combo plate of chow mein like a dark color, chow mein with the crunchy noodles, eggrolls, and fried rice. then we get another quart of the chow mein as well as a mashed potato and gravy in a quart. Everything was hot and fresh and delicious. We are looking forward to going back there again in the future so we can eat inside and try something else. But this was definitely a deal off the app for 599.

Wonton soup yummy! And beef terrioki, fried rice, boneless spare ribs combo

Excellent as always. Great priced and portions! Happy they deliver on doordash! !!!!!!

    Sweet & Sour Chicken Combo
    Chinese Food I.

Today we did Hong Kong in West Warwick. For a place that has been in business for a very long time, it was appropriate to visit it sooner rather than later for a current review. Ordered today was a General Tso Combination, Sweet & Sour Chicken Combo, Wonton Soup, and Beef Teriyaki. The General Tso was very very sweet, almost candy sweet. Brian & Mike enjoyed it, I look for something less sweet. I digress. The shining star for me was the Pork Fried Rice, egg roll, and Beef Teriyaki. They shined very brightly. Rice is so important. It can separate a good place from a great place. Hong Kong has great fried rice, plain and simple. The Beef Teriyaki was super tender and not at all chewy. Feed back on the Sweet and Sour Chicken was high praise. I am happy with our visit to Hong Kong, I would certainly recommend a visit. Do an order of Wonton Soup, Beef Teriyaki, and a Sweet & Sour Chicken Combo. Enjoy, ChineseFoodInRI.com

That is supposed to be a piece of chicken. So tough I couldn't chew it!

Let me start by saying my family has been coming here for years (back to my great grandparents generation) and the food has always been consistently good. For the last couple years however the food quality has gone down hill to the point I will never go back. We ordered sweet and sour chicken combos today for takeout and the chicken in both orders was so overcooked it was barely edible, and that's not an exaggeration. The coating on most of the pieces was dehydrated and greasy and the chicken inside was so tough and dry, like jerky. It's clear they had been re-fried at least once or twice before serving it. Absolutely gross! This isn't the first time we have had quality issues. It has happened multiple times over the past year or so but never to the degree of the food we received today. One other time we were dining in and the French fries they brought out were dark and completely dehydrated. We told the waitress and she said she has told the cook/owner they can't keep re-frying them 3 or 4 times. Apparently they must precook their food and throw it back in to 'reheat' it. Disgusting, especially when people are paying good money to eat FRESH food. Never again!!!

My after another great meal @ Hong Kong Restaurant

The place is nice quality and the food isn't too pricy. The food is very Americanized but you Can still get some traditional Chinese food.

Sisters Chinese Restaurant - Shrimp and Lobster Sauce combo with Pork Fried Rice and Egf Roll

Lunch specials are available daily and additional combination plates at a higher price are available all day. Interestingly, on these combos, rice is not a given, but you get two "side orders" from which you can use one for rice. Flexibility is good. -- Crispy Wontons: Small complimentary boat arrives before ordering as a welcoming gesture -- Hot and Sour Soup: A $6 small order gets you a pretty big bowl, filled with a thick, dark brown broth that's only slightly lumpy and is more than slightly spicy. If you like heat, this one's for you. If you like great quantity and variety of mushrooms and other floaties in your soup, maybe not-- limited in this aspect. Average to above average, depending on the above. -- Egg Roll: (on a combo) Interestingly crisp and bendy at the same time, with a moist interior of cabbage and little pork pellets that have the color and mouthfeel of #2 pencil erasers (don't ask). That said, quite tasty. I'm even going to say above average. -- Shrimp and Lobster Sauce (on a combo): HUGE props for the five pieces of fairly large and very nicely cooked shrimp hiding 'neath the surface in a separate bowl from the rice and app. At first glance, not much different looking from the soup. But there's ground pork sunk to the bottom (the sauce is much thinner than most) and LOTS of egg mixed in, so it's sort of a mishmash of Boston and New York styles for both flavor and texture while looking more like Boston. I'm not a fan of that much egg, or that thinness, but for those who are, this will be a treat-- especially given the portion size and the quality/quantity of shrimp. Above average for the right person. -- Pork Fried Rice: Slightly towards the dark end of the color spectrum and reasonably fresh and moist (aside from the pork nuggets) on a Sunday afternoon. No other add-ins (no onion, scallion, egg, bean sprouts). Mostly Rice-a-Roni flavor, with faint hints of the old time New England Chinese fried rice flavor. Average.

The little lady that's the owner and the bartender makes sure everything is always hot, fresh, drinks poured well, and keeps the place clean. If you are looking for a quality Chinese restaurant that has both Chinese American food and some authentic asian style cuisine as well, this is great spot to try. Thanks

Dim sum is usually a brunch thing, but we were in the area for a movie and just wanted dim sum for dinner. The two of us ordered the congee with shredded pork and thousand year egg, bok choy, salty shrimp, and off of the dim sum menu: steam rice roll with shrimp, chicken feet, oyster sauce duck feet, siu mai x2, shrimp chive dumplings, and Chinese tea. Forgot to take a photo of the siu mai even though that's our favorite. We also asked for hot mustard and chili oil sauce because that's how my family has eaten dim sum and that's how we now continue to enjoy dim sum. Everything tastes as expected. The chicken feet were nice and soft and fell off the bone. The dishes weren't too salty. The salty shrimp was as advertised--salty and crunchy. The congee is a large portion because it's mostly rice and water, but I just really wanted it and it did not disappoint. The tea could have been more flavorful, it was quite light. Despite that, the tea is still a diuretic. We did end up taking some food as leftovers. The customer service was really fast and polite! The interior is pleasant with interesting decor (a spear/halberd? mounted on the wall). The table partitions are pretty tall so you don't see the other customers if they're seated adjacent. It wasn't very busy when we went on a Wednesday evening, and parking is no issue at all here. Overall a good place to get some Chinese food whether you're a party of two or a party.
