Great little addition to this small town. Food is always good. I have gotten the veggie lo mein, General Tso's chicken, egg rolls and fried rice. All have been good.

Can't beat the General Tso's chicken. Great service. Food is hot and fresh. Orange chicken is a good backup.

I can't believe I'm the first person to review this joint..... mwa hhahahahahaaa. Seriously…read morethough, I work in the sticks, and I was excited/weary to see a Chinese Buffet in the area. A co-worker and I went to get the 411. AMBIENCE- this place is located in a strip mall, next to a doctor's office (uhm...) and some other store, perhaps a pet store (uhm....). It's a drab blue color on the outside, and the inside isn't much prettier. It's a lot bigger than it looks from the outside, with plenty of booths, but really no decoration what so ever. SERVICE- the lady and her husband are surprisingly efficient in their ability to cover the whole restaurant. Of course there were only 6 parties there, and it is a buffet. Still, they were prompt with clearing plates, getting refills, and getting the bill. MENU- it's about what you would expect for a $5 lunch buffet- "Bur Bon" chicken, general's chicken, and the other standard buffet items were present. Salad bar is very small, and plenty of fried finger foods for the less daring. They have a honey chicken and peanut chicken which are pretty much what they sound like. Ice cream machine and standard desserts (almond cookies, puff pastries, etc...). FOOD- let's be frank, it's a buffet in Elwood Indiana folks. ELWOOD. But for what it is, it certainly satiated my craving for Chinese food. Is this the greatest food I've ever had, no, but I set my expectations accordingly. OVERALL- $6.00 + tip for a buffet and drink???? Hell yes. China Buffet, I plan on seeing you on a week to week basis. Nothing to go out of your way for, but people in the area, this is pretty much your only chinese option. It could be worse. Celebrity Rating- Shogun of Harlem (Sho 'Nuff)

This is the first time I have reviewed a Chinese buffet. When I was younger, I used to love Chinese…read morebuffets. Then, I started enjoying them less and less. It finally got to a point when I would tel myself if I thought going to one was a good idea, don't do it. In the town of Bluffton though, the power was out in half of the town so my options were limited this evening. Coco ended being very enjoyable. The best entrees I had were the Honey and Pineapple Chicken, General Tso's, and the Hot and Spicy Chicken. The Honey chicken specifically was magnificent with it's tropical sweetness. The crab Rangoon, dumplings, and eggrolls were all solid. The Rangoons were especially noteworthy for their bigger than average size. Nothing was bad but I thought the Mongolian beef had too much grizzle to it. Service was very friendly! The lady at the counter asked where I was from and in my Southern Alabama accent, I told her Alabama! I asked if zi sounded different and she said yes. She asked if I would come again and I said it's possible.

Jeff and Susie are great people as owners though a bit hard to get to know. There is a decent variety of typical food items on the buffet. They are very consistent on their offerings and taste. Lunch buffet sells for a little over $12. Here are the items I prefer: -Black Pepper Chicken: sweet, crunchy, light on the chicken, nice pepper taste without being spicy -General Tso's: little spicy at times. Little sweet at times. Lots of soft breading and smaller pieces of chicken -White Rice: perfectly cooked every time -Pot Stickers: good, about what you get at any other place. Fried nicely. -Egg Drop soup: good, thicker, similar to other places -BBQ pork: very tender and moist. BBQ sauce is not spicy, adds moisture -Brócoli and Chicken: tender chicken in a nice mild brown sauce. I would prefer this without the broccoli -Sauteed crab and shrimp: sauce is a little soupy. Doesn't add much flavor. Shrimp often over cooked. -Crab salad: smaller chunks of imitation crab is a lightly seasoned mayo type sauce. Cool and refreshing -Watermelon: fresh and cool -Ice Cream: nice variety, self serve
