I ordered a grilled chicken salad and requested only cucumbers and once that request was made the gentleman(food preparer) behind the counter proceeded to grab a premade salad out of the stainless steel refrigerator and opens it up without gloves and before he reached into the styrofoam container I verbally asked the gentleman at the register and the gentleman(food preparer) to "please put some gloves on before you touch anything in the salad". Gloves should be mandatory when touching or preparing food for the public this is definitely a safety hazard and could cause germs or even worse some type of virus to spread throughout the restaurant and to customers as well. When,I was leaving as well I noticed that the staff starting laughing and speaking in their native language.

I'm always a fan of Panda Express and everything was very good - the one exception was the spring rolls, as they were very veggie-tasting and a bit mushy inside, IMO. We got two spring rolls and two egg rolls (but I think you can get 3-4 of each, if you like, vs. splitting it up) and their egg rolls are usually pretty good, though. I'm not sure of the cost of this but I would get it again - it was served in typical Chinese takeout fashion (aka little boxes). One minor complaint is they only gave us three fortune cookies, not four, but perhaps that's typical, even with the fourth meal upgrade. That being said, everything was hot and fresh, and I'd do takeout from here again when in the area.

Seen few reviews here and there, but one review that stood out was from the folks over at Uranus Indiana Fudge Factory & General store here in Anderson, they did a video review of this establishment and my partner and I been wanting to try it ever since. So today we decided to place an order, we at first were going to use door dash, but the prices were bit higher than the website, then we deicded to order through the restaurant and then pick up ourselves. I will state the owner did state that prices would be going up soon, and well after having a meal here today I can see why the prices might go up, everything in the world is going up in prices so it happens. I would still order from them again though. So this is what we ordered: 1 order Steak & Shrimp - steak medium, 1 extra ginger sauce (s) 1 order Steak & Shrimp - steak medium, additional: broccoli, mushroom, zucchini, Salmon, Yum yum Sauce (s), Ginger Sauce (s), 1 order Takoyaki 1 order crab wonton 1 order Ginger Sauce (s) We did do an order of Shumai, but because they did not have it, it was substituted for Gyoza and that was fine. So to start out, we were new trying this place, and I tend to order more items than some people typically might do when new, then my lady and I share seeing what we like or do not like. I will say the steak and shrimp were awesome, she really loves how the steak was prepared. There is a sauce that comes with the hibachi meal, but honestly we were not a fan of it, I just did not thin the mayo in it mixed well, but the ginger sauces does really well with it, to point where I pours some over my fried rice to enhance the flavors a bit more. The Yum Yum sauce does taste good, but I felt it was more for dipping than anything, and then there was another liquidly tanish I think sauce, but unsure what that one was for, but it had good taste / flavor as well. So With the extra veggies I got in my order i split it with my lady and we felt everything there was fresh and tasted yummy. The piece of salmon we got we both split that as well, and I got to say I love how they prepared the salmon, to the point I may get that next time, as I am huge fan of having fish from time to time. As for the appetizers, The crab wonton is a bit different than how crab rangoon is made, but it was not that bad, depending on mood we might get it again. The Takoyaki, was something I was really curious about, so we got that to try it, and it was as well yummy, and they make it with what seems to be octopus in it. The Gyoza was as well yummy. In general everything tasted yummy, but that one mayo sauce that comes with the dish, just not a fan of it, in my opinion it may go better with sushi toppings than with hibachi, just my opinion. some things pair well or better than others. We will definitely be coming back again in the future whether they raise prices or not. The Food quality and flavor is point on, in our opinions, enough to bring us back.

One of the differences here, many of the sauces are high in sugar content, so they don't want you to put them in your raw ingredients (burning the sugar in the cooking process). I didn't see the chili oil or the garlic water that I expected. They do offer a few seafood options for your bowl, but be careful, some is precooked, others are small, so they will overcook easily. Nice variety of veggies, options for noodles or rice, and a variety of basic protein (but those are in a raw state, not frozen, again likely tied to their grill temp) The staff was very friendly, and very willing to assist. The building has been separated into 2, the "bowl" on the east, and signs for a seafood restaurant to come on the west I would put it in the middle of the pack for the Mongolian places I have tried, much better than the experience I had at Hudat, but not as good as The Flattop
