Simple review- ate here once, food was ok. Second visit, I waited 5 minutes to order, and they never took it. Two other customers waiting. I usually go to Chinese places an order my go to items to test if they are any good. I was thoroughly impressed! That eggroll is one of the best I've ever had, possibly in my life! It was so crispy and delicious! I wasn't too happy with the spring rolls because the breading inside was mushy. There's way too much breading on it or wrap or whatever it is. However I'm not letting that affect my rating. The crab Rangoon was some of the best I've ever had. The sweet and sour sauce was just the right thickness and very very tasty! I use to love this place especially the delivery service but I went in today and after I place my order I sat down and waited and I watched the kid who took my order sneezed and didn't even try to wash his hands and the lady who puts the order in the bags I watched her rubber her nose at least five times and not once did she washed her hands and on top of that they got my orders wrong(not the first time) and refused to give me a refund, after going back and forth they finally did but it wasn't without attitude and my refund being thrown into my hand, I said thank you and told her she should wash her hands after rubbing her nose. I have been craving Chinese food, but live in East Nashville and didn't want to go out. No Chinese restaurant has particularly good reviews, but this one delivered to us. They were friendly on the phone and upon delivery. We ordered shrimp egg rolls, crab rangoons, General Tso's chicken, beef lo mein and shrimp fried rice. Best takeout Chinese in east Nashville/Madison area. They are on the App Store! I was shocked but the ordering process was so easy and everything was perfect. I was kinda nervous to try this place because honestly it looked a little run down and not in the nicest area. But I was so happy and surprised that I did. We eat from here at least once a week. Their general tso chicken is great. I request it extra spicy and they always kick it up. The beef and broccoli is also very tasty and they have some of the best lo mein I've had in Nashville. Prices are what you would expect from strip mall takeout greasy Chinese. Reminds me of the little Chinese takeout places in NYC I used to stop at on way back to the house. read more

Ordered lunch for me and my roommates...food took over an hour to get here and we ordered fried rice and got French fries instead. Why would I order French fries from a Chinese food place? When we called back, we were told that we ordered French fries and that we were not going to get our fried rice. What happened to the customer being right? To be honest, I've never even seen the building before, but I've ordered from this place a great deal & I've never bee unsatisfied. My order is always correct, it arrives in a timely manner, quality taste, you get a very good serving size, service is very nice & the price is definitely worth it. Directions to where I am are pretty difficult & even though the driver usually has to call to ask for directions, they find it quick & are efficient in delivery. I would definitely recommend ordering from this place & I need to make time to actually visit it. read more

I came into the store today as first time coustomer hoping to find some good food. I ordered a soup and beef teriyaky to go, drove less than a quarter mile up the road to my destination. As I picked up my paper bag I saw soup leaking out just as the bottom of the bag fell out. The lid was NOT on the soup. NEVER AGAIN. We loved this place. One of the only good Chinese food restaurants in the area. Tonight we ordered delivery and got our usual. I got my order confirmation email, said it would be there within an hour. (We ordered several hours before they close. We were not cutting it close by any means.) Once an hour and a half went by and the food hadn't come, I started to get nervous so I called the restaurant to ask. Nobody picked up. I have called 10 times now (they are STILL not closed, at least according to their website) but nobody is answering. If it were a case of the delivery driver being at fault, I would have expected them to at least answer the phone so we could figure it out. Now I've waited 3 hours total, never got my food, AND have already paid for it. I will be calling in the morning to hopefully get a refund, but even so it will not be worth this experience. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! an employee named JOSEPH takes the wrong order and says he NEVER makes mistakes and his boss can back him up on it. He then says he ONLY receives complaints from our address and doesn't think about the mistake he had made. Doesn't think to apologize for the mistake he made and was even saying that we're not his only customers and doesn't care. He said to call back later when I asked to speak to his boss saying she isn't there but to call and ask for Cindy. He did not even know how to speak to his customers on the phone. He didn't even know how to say "no" right, he said "naw" or "yaw". Being young is one thing, but being ignorant just doesn't have any excuse for it. read more
