Terrible experience ordering through Doordash. I waited for 45 minutes, called the restaurant, and was told my order was delivered. When I said I didnt have my food, the lady told me to take it up with Doordash, that it wasnt her problem. Just blew me off like it didnt matter. On the doordash app, it said my order was already delivered. I spent another 20 minutes talking with a rep from corporate, who said something was wrong with their app, which is why the order was screwed up, and admitted it was their fault. The delivery driver supposedly arrived, but couldn't contact me because the app was malfunctioning on his end... So he just put it through as "delivered". After stating my case, they finally issued a refund, but refused to give any discount if I wanted to reorder the meal. Only a $10 credit towards a future non-related order. Last time I order from Chinatown or doordash again. read more
