This worked out well as their dinner buffet is around $12.98 total including a drink. They have cold snow crab legs and peel & eat medium shrimp. That's mostly what I had. I also liked the clams in sauce. Other items are your typical spring rolls (not so good), spicy chicken, pizza, sushi, fried rice (a bit bland), Lo Mein and a plethora of desserts including ice cream. Seriously a great buffet! Our tour bus stopped here with about 50 people. We were shown to our tables quickly and had us all situated in record time. The food was fantastic & the service excellent! The lunch price is alright, around 8 dollars for lunch. Dinner is a little more expensive, but only by a couple dollars. The buffet area is fairly small, offering a variety of food however there is also not much to pick from. It's pretty busy during lunch time because of the cheap price. The food overall is decent. Nothing too special, it's your average Chinese buffet. Not a lot of fruits during lunch, just watermelon and banana. They have a sushi bar, and even offer choices such as pizza and fries. The service can be kind of slow. My father asked for hot tea and water and he didn't get it until asking once more from the front desk. read more

Great for the family or a group, many options to choose from they have something for everyone, but their main dishes are seafood. I truly liked that they serve bean sprouts separately, and my aunt LOVES extra bean sprouts in her Chow mein or low mein. Close at 10pm but DONT COME HERE AFTER 8pm. They stop cooking. You're pretty much their CLEAN UP CREW. By 9pm they have already put away their sushi bar. Everything looks VERY OVER COOKED AND DRY. Very uncomfortable seats and the food was mostly deep fried food and I really didn't enjoy.

As a European, I can gladly say I've never tasted something as bad as this . But this isn't the end! Our waitress could barely speak any English not even enough to attend kindergarten. The food was tasteless, while we consumed our food with "joy", we got introduced to the restaurant mascot, Charlie the cockroach! We got saved by our ninja waitress, who obviously perform martial arts, she has definitely done this before as I haven't seen this done with this amount is skills. After our little introduction, we had to visit the bathroom. What I found in there was beyond my imagination! A toilet so technically advance it didn't need toilet paper! Decent spot, if you are craving an Asian buffet experience. Do not come here too often because I do not have any favorite food item here. Therefore, it is not a destination for me. Only time, I come here is for family get togethers. For the price you pay, the food is fine. Good selection of choices. Service is okay. 3.85 stars Oh so close to 4 stars. I'm comparing it to other buffets. They had SUSHI, half way decent sushi, including salmon nigiri and a good selection of rolls. I walked here, not that hungry, so I was so excited when I saw sushi, crab legs, and oysters in the mist of all the other chinese foods. The service was great, fast and friendly, always looking after their customers. I was so proud of myself for NOT overeating, as we so often do at buffets. My family and I love this place! My mom and I come here about once a week before I go to work. On 12/12/18, my mother and I came here before starting our days and came at 10 am when they opened. We walked in and only 3 trays were filled with food and they didn't seem to be in too much of a rush, even though there were already 5 customers in there waiting for food. They only had potstickers, desserts and some soup out for serving. Tables were still dirty from the night before. It's 10:20 and they only have about 1/4 of their buffet ready. It's 10:40 and they have everything out just about, except for Lo Mein (which I feel is a critical part of Chinese food), I didn't hardly get to eat anything before I had to leave for work because they were not set up for their opening time. Our waitress was standing around and didn't bother with refills on our waters. We were still charged full price with NO apology for the waiting or anything. When I had made a comment to the "manager", she didn't seem concerned at all. Very disappointed in today. Hope they don't do this again and make people wait again. read more

Honestly I was so disappointed this used to be one of my favorite buffets in Bakersfield it was really upsetting to see fly's and maggots in the food no! Tonight was my first time, and unfortunately also my last. Cost is $13 plus cost of drinks. The food I had was luke warm at best. The broccoli beef was cold and the only bite I took had cartilage in it. When new food was brought out, it was dumped on top of what was there instead of switching it out. Egg rolls were soggy, fries rice had no taste, orange chicken was slimy and had no taste. Gravy for mashed potatoes was basically just brown liquid. Items on the desert table were either stale or tasteless. Very disappointed with this place. I came here on a wednesday afternoon around 3 so i'm guessing lunch was ending and dinner was going to start. The selection was pretty good. They had lots of variety, even with american food (like chicken nuggets, pizza, and fries [for kids i'm guessing]) But the CHINESE food was pretty good. My only complaint is that the steamed white rice was on a buffet tray thing, not a little cooker steamer, so the rice was different than how i was accustomed for steamed rice. Also, there was NO CRAB DURING MY VISIT. Probably too expensive to set out on a wed. afternoon where business might be slow? either way, i think they could have cooked a little bit of crab and set it out. So i was also dissappointed about that. The sushi bar was good though. Great variety of sushi, lots more than at any other chinese buffet i've been too. And it was all prepared GREAT! They were actually pretty big rolls, and i enjoyed them =] I also liked how they had TVs on and stuff. Took the family here for dinner last night because I was too lazy too cook. At first glance it looks like the typical dirty little Chinese buffet. But the food was actually fresh and tasted close to authentic. Service was good, had 3 drink refills in a timely fashion. The sushi bar stayed stocked and was attended by a cook making fresh rolls while the supply of prepared sushi was being taken. Overall it was a good experience.
