I don't usually do this but, am compelled to share my experience with Prevailing Auto Details. The business failed to deliver on a promised auto detail service that I won in a drawing. As evidenced by the screenshots below, a service date was established, but the business claimed their technician was unable to locate our address. This doesn't seem likely because Google and Apple map aps bring you right to our address. ‍ The owner's decision to cease communication with me entirely and not honor the agreement is very troubling.
