Unfortunately one of the techs broke the oil pan screw during the oil change and I was informed that I'd have to drive to a close mechanic for drilling and repair. Long story short, the manager followed me to the mechanic, gave me a ride home, picked me up and drove me back when finished AND ended up doing the oil change and repairs for FREE. The vehicle does not even begin to apply the brakes before rolling 10 feet. It is an extreme danger to drive. I got in the car with them to test drive in order to demonstrate the issue. They claimed this was the expected performance of the brakes and that they had been fixed. I was taken aback that they would lie to my face in this manner repeatedly, and instead they refused to address the issue, claiming that I had been rude and claiming that they had fixed the brakes. I'd say it's rude to gaslight your customers and hand them the keys to a deathtrap. I'll be attempting to stop payment and/or bringing the case to small claims court. Unbelievable.
