I stopped in to pick up my Too Good To Go order. I got 4 warm gooey delicious cookies . I tried the confetti sugar cookie and the chocolate chip cookie. They are just delicious. The worker was sweet and patient. The restaurant was immaculate. The cookies at $5.50 are a little pricey individually, but they are meant to be treat so that's fine. I would go again when in the mood for a fresh, warm cookie. read more

Forty-five possible varieties with some unusual ones like Banana Cream Pie, Blueberry Cheesecake, Peanut Butter & Jelly, and Sweet Potato S'mores. We picked up a Chocolate Chip (Brown sugar cookie mixed with dark chocolate chips) and the love child of a brownie and a cookie called a "Brookie" (Brown sugar cookie mixed with dark chocolate chips swirled with a fudgy brownie base) for $4.75 each. Now, what does a $4.75 get you? Well, quite a bit - they were 4 inches across and an inch thick. A teense over six ounces in weight. And speaking of weight, according to their website, each cookie contains 4 servings at 170 calories per serving. So, in other words, each cookie contained 680 calories (in case you're keeping score at home). We each rationed out a quarter of the chocolate chip cookie last night, and the portion size was surprisingly decent. And it was delicious! The inside of the place is beautiful and so is the whole place and there's a burger joint next-door, which is really good... but please save room for the cookies because there is nothing better!!! The service is great and everything about this place is over the top, including their croissant cookie. I lost a lot of weight and only have splurge day on the weekend... and this is WTC (worth the calories). We got the Biscoff cookie butter cookie today, and the cinnamon roll /cannoli and of course, plain chocolate chip All of them were delicious If you look at a box of crumbl (which I love too)and a box of chip city... which one is empty!! and in less than an hour. The smell when you walk in is enough to keep you coming back again and again. Purchased two different huge cookies; chocolate chip and Oatmeal filled with apple. I tasted the chip and went to work, came home and it was gone. It was so delicious and my taste buds were ready. My husband said, i left the oatmeal for you. I planned on him having that one . Really enjoyed my recent visit to Chip City in Fairfield! They serve huge NYC style cookies that leave your mouth watering even just from looking at them. They rotate their offerings each week so we opted for the Blueberry Cheesecake, Double Chocolate which was our favorite, amazing flavor of chocolate overload and the Confetti. Also love their packaging with their box along with the reasonable pricing for a good sized cookie. They have a parking lot you can park in which is nice considering it's near downtown Fairfield. This was our first time trying a Chip City location, and we enjoyed their warm gooey cookies! Some cookies from other spots are way too underdone, but these were just the right level of soft and warm in the middle. They had a good flavor selection with classics and creative ones mixed in. My favorite was probably the brand new flavor, chocolate cupcake, that they had special for the grand opening yesterday. We were in and out quickly! We visited the Fairfield, CT location today and were SUPER impressed with the staff and the cookies. There is no doubt, Chip City is hands down BETTER than Crumbl cookie!! This place is a great combination of friendly and helpful staff and outrageously excellent cookies. The staff was super patient and very helpful in explaining ALL of the options you offer. I've also been trying to call them to rectify the issue without the need for a bad review and their phone system just hangs up on me no matter what promt I choose when when given the options. Maybe just a bad experience with the employee, but the guy would not give me a glass of water after we bought two (very expensive) cookies with the excuse that "drinking the tap water could make us sick" ... After running out of triple chocolate cookies, the guy made me wait a hour for fresh ones because it takes 30 minutes to bake and 30 minutes to cool down. I came back after 50 minutes to find out he never baked them. Also, they reheat old cookies. The last time I went here, the cookie was wam but by the time I drove home (in about 5 minutes) the cookie was rock hard. I tried warming it up myself but it still didn't get soft again. Had to throw out the overpriced cookie. Also something else that's weird, they have a sign saying all sales are final. For a food establishment, that's weird and a big red flag. It also explains why they sell rock hard old inedible cookies sometimes instead of throwing them out and baking new ones. read more
