I was feeling Chipotle today so decided to try the new Honey Chipotle Chicken & 1/2 carnitas. Had it on white rice with pinto beans and shredding cheese with a side of guacamole & chips. The honey chipotle chicken had a deep Smokey flavor and was so so. Lots of rice but very little meat added so value wise, it was poor value. I got a fountain drink(lemonade & the berry drink), very good and I also purchased a bottle of the organic lemonade which wasn't good even compared to the fountain one. I wish for a better rating and maybe I'll go earlier in the day next time. I need to add the staff was extremely friendly and the place was pretty busy. This is my favorite Chipotle in town! I don't wanna hear "it's not real mexican food waaahhh" because we know its not. It is a special and delicious meal that is great for what it is. What I like about this location is that they have a drive thru- and they load you up! I mobile ordered a Steak Burrito and a Steak Bowl both with black beans, brown rice, and salsa. On the Burrito, we asked for guacamole and sour cream. On the bowl, I got the bell peppers and onions mix. We got our order excited to eat it because we haven't had chipotle for awhile. We get home and comfortable to eat and come to realized that we got two steak burrito bowls and were missing the whole burrito. I was missing my bell peppers and onion mix as well on the bowl and it was just a handful trying to enjoy the steak burrito (use our own tortilla we had to try and make a burrito). This is the worst location sadly. I work by here and figure it's convenient it's not convenient when my order is wrong. This location always makes my order later. It's not as tasteful as the other locations and when I asked for double meat I get less meat.. I paid for guacamole and chips. Disappointed in this location. I'm a frequent Chipotle customer in another region, but was on travel. Visited twice in the last week and both times the rice was still hard. The rice was barely cooked and crunched in my mouth. I ordered online at home using the Chipotle app. The app informed me that my order was ready for pickup and would be in one bag. I went to the store to collect it, but found that none of my items were prepared and several ingredients were out of stock. This was a waste of time and inconvenient. The store associate did not show an ounce of empathy or understanding. When I asked for a refund, she said I need to go through the app. I requested a refund through the app, but encountered barriers to reach a live person for assistance. The AI chat bot "Pepper" apologized and suggested a store member could help, then closed the chat immediately. I will not return to this Chipotle location, that's IF I ever return to Chipotle at all. I already visit their locations sparingly. You'd think there would be a system for store locations to cancel orders if they cannot be fulfilled, rather than wasting customers' time and money to visit a store that is incapable of providing items they advertise. Other customers for pick up were also frustrated since they had ti wait for their order. Part of the fact they got behind might have been because there was a large bus with college students when I arrived. I ordered two burritos and instead of warming up one tortilla at a time, they warmed them up together. I did ask for onions n cilantro and they did give it to me. The manager? Worst service ever, door was locked at 9pm. Sign said online orders only. Myself and several others waited to have our orders brought out. We watched them ignore and clean, when finally they let us in, did not change gloves, did not have the food to fill orders, would not issue refunds, would not give info to obtain a refund and refused to give manager or area manager phone number. What they did do was fill up bowls of food for the homeless outside while treating us like a nuisance. It's been long since I've last visited Chipotle. I decided it was about time I visited again. Im sorry to say this is not the chipotle I remember. They didn't even know what a their secret menu Quesarito was! Even after explaining it multiple times they misunderstood me and started making a quesadilla. I gave up trying to explain it to them settling with a very disappointing tiny expensive tortilla with a minuscule almost paper thin amount of cheese. I understand there are peak times when the restaurant is busy you may experience delays and lower service quality but when you've got a line halfway through the restaurant continuously and are only focusing on one order at a time thus holding up the line even further just so the same preparer can make the online orders. I feel this could've gone much faster if someone else was preparing those online orders separately while the other gets the line moving. Maybe they were short staffed the day I arrived but waiting twenty minutes for my disappointing meal just was not worth it. I'm sad to say I will probably not be returning to this location. I may try another location to see if I have better service but honestly if it's as disappointing as this one they may just lose my business. read more

I have given Chipotle three visits. The first the food was very good and the second and third time were pretty bad. The second visit the chips were stale and very salty, the third visit the chicken was so salty I had to eat the other items in the bowl and did not eat the chicken. Take out order. Paid on the website. The order was missing the chips and guac. The two burrito bowls were pathetically light. Evidently they were understaffed, because they were out of chips, fajita mix and other toppings. We returned the meal but was told we would have to request a refund through the web site. The staff person who 'helped' us was not the manager, didn't care that our order was incomplete (but they gave it to us anyway), and just whined about them being understaffed. Oh, and the trash cans were overflowing and the place was a mess. I'm never going back to that location. I have gotten 3 orders via the app. Since covid-19 and each time my husband has gone to pick it up it's not ready at the time I asked for it to be ready at... and today it was cold by the time my husband got home... so my question is how long had it been done before they put it out on the shelf for my husband to pick up.. the first two times they had not started the order, so at least it was still hot! But to be cold is like what the heck... They need to work on time management... I'm a detail oriented organizer and someone is dropping the ball on efficiency and organization. The burrito was fire but the chips were insanely stale. by far the worst. you see, chipotle never has good chips. 9 times out of 10 they are a pain in my mouth. although, whenever they are occasionally good they are the best chips i've ever had. you see i have to get them everytime just in case but it almost never is those good good chips i'm craving. they taste like cardboard, but like actually. now other than that i enjoy my chipotle meal except on one occasion the cashier was so baked he kept forgetting what was going on and what we said, also he just looked like he ate sand in kindergarten. Ordered door dash since we are STILL working from home. Wife and I shared a meal because...well...you know.....COVID-BOD is what it is! It's a good thing we did! We both had enough to feed us both. The flavor was super good. All tasted fresh and the various flavors were amazing! I haven't eaten in a couple years at Chipotle and it's my own fault!
