I was able to walk in and pick up their order and be on my way quickly. I only the other hand used the app to order chips and guacamole which was perfect. The boys called me later to tell me thank you and that their boys were tasty and just what they were craving. I would say the app is great, much simpler than trying to order on line. First and foremost the food was great. That's what is important right? Their barbacoa was juicy and meaty. Their corn salsa had a little more zip than other locations (in a good way). They have bathrooms with combo codes on the receipts and I became super frustrated until another fellow customer told me it was the wrong number and gave me the right one. If you're going to have that sort of lock system on the restrooms, it shouldn't be like an escape room where the customers have to search for the code because the obvious isn't the answer. There was a pretty drastic water spill while we were there. Worst chipotle I have ever been to. The inside was filthy with overflowing trash cans, and only one table decent enough to sit at because food and drinks were spilt all over the floor and tables. Store needs more training on portion sizes, for the guy in front of me and the guy behind me got two scoops of meet and I only received one. They did NOT order double meet and got the amount I usually do. I asked for some more and the guy gave me 3 little cubes of meet. Pinto Beans did not taste right and later I got sick at my stomach. There were no clean tables and when we asked for them to clean tables they had to clean our twice, for they missed half the items on the table. Main reason I am upset is the rudeness of the staff. Pretty standard Chipotle, with some things that can be improved. The corn salsa was practically frozen, and the rice could have been softer (granted, it was brown rice, and Chipotle's brown rice is always on the harder side). I ordered a quesadilla, but they gave me the kid's quesadilla - I'm pretty sure they serve adult quesadillas still, no? It was my first time ordering it, so I was a little confused and didn't bother asking again or correcting them. The girl seemed a little annoyed when I asked her to fill the last empty slot with corn salsa, when she was ready to pack it up otherwise. We were passing through Albuquerque and stopped in the late afternoon. This was probably one of the worst chipotles I have ever eaten at, and I've been to so many. I also worked at one for 3 years. The staff was SO nice, but the food was awful. The steak was piled high and dry, the white rice is flavorless, and the chips we got were not cooked all the way through. One star is too high! We used the app to order and it started with a small problem of not being ready on time. It spiraled down from there. They ignored us when we came in to get the order. Finally, the cashier called my name and handed me the order. I have been used to there being separate staff members handling the pickup orders. The drinks were missing so I had to ask for the cups. Me and my roommate come to this chipotle once a week and have never had problems until today. We came in for bowls and were served half scoops of everything (compared to full scoops regularly) and when we asked if we could be served the normal amount we were told it would be extra. I ordered ahead and got to the store two minutes after it was supposed to be ready for pick up. I stood there for 8 minutes before they even started my order. I could have ordered in person when I got there and gotten out before they even started on the mobile order. I understand that things get busy, so I was cool being patient and waiting for my order. First time here today. I have heard mixed reviews about Chipolte.. Either people love it or hate it. I thought it was pretty darn good :) I ordered the Barbacoat burrito bowl with all the fixins! All the ingredients tasted really fresh, and I was pleased with the portion size (HUGE). There was a line when we got there, but it was right at lunch time, so that was expected and it went pretty fast. The service was fast and friendly, although it does get really loud in there and at one point, I felt like I was YELLING out my toppings to the server. I like that you can see who is making your food..always makes a place seem cleaner and more honest. I thought the price was a little high ($9.00 for a burrito bowl), BUT, you really do get a generous portion size, so it really could be two meals. I eat at a ton of Chipotles; it's really the only restaurant I patronize these days. I always get the same thing, and handle occasionally overripe pico without complaint. But... At least one of this location's ingredients was so un-fresh that I seriously considered discarding my meal. It was pretty bad. I'm 3 days into a 4-day cross-country drive, with 2 kittens and a litter box in the passenger seat. So I dash in to order, pay, and get back to my boys (yes, the car's locked and running with max AC; I'm gone 5 minutes tops), then immediately open my bowl. Whoa. Something smells suddenly, strikingly bad. I bring the bowl to my face to confirm it's the source. Yep. Wish it were the cats or the literal litter box, but those still smell like pine. I've got a notoriously strong stomach (like, everyone else who ate a thing is in the bathroom and I'm fine strong), but I seriously consider tossing my first hot meal in 48 hours. Hunger wins out--and really, if day-old summertime backseat leftovers haven't gotten me, this shouldn't--but it's mildly difficult to consume something that smells this spoiled. Always wondered what all the Chipotle food poisoning hype was about, since my experiences had been consistently positive. Now I know!
