Used to really enjoy the food from this location, but it's gotten really bad over the last couple of years. I did a pickup order through the app and they left 4 of 9 ingredients off of one burrito bowl, and put corn-salsa on the second burrito bowl which I didn't order. We got a side of chips and guacamole and the chips were insanely salty, pretty much inedible, and I'm a fan of salty food. The food was 25 minutes late when I went to pick it up. There was food (rice, meat, beans, grease) smeared all over the floor in probably a 20-30 square foot area by the ordering counter and the pick up shelves. It was never cleaned the entire time I was there. It seems like the staff is really overworked or has just given up at this location. I just felt bad for them. I submitted a complaint via the app, and I was credited 2 free soft drinks which I had to use within 30 days. I wrote an email complaining about that, and the credit for the soft drinks was removed and replaced with a "buy one get one free" meal that I have to use in the next 30 days. They also significantly screwed up my order prior to this one. I've never written a review or complained in my life. I know mistakes happen and orders are late. I'm pretty damn tolerant and patient, and I try to be understanding of the stress that the workers are under. But what the heck happened to this store? Where is the management? And the "solution" that Chipotle came up with was just pathetic. I'm sad because I really used to love Chipotle, but I'm done with them for good. read more

I ordered an hour ahead of time to make sure all would be good. I've had very bad experiences with Chipotle in the past but was intruiged by the new brisket offering. Showed up (still two hours from closing) and the order was not ready, and in fact they had no brisket ready to make our order. Waited 20 minutes with no updates as our rice and beans sat on the line becoming frigid. They actually had plenty of employes working, but they looked like the six stooges. Murrayhill Chipotle take out ordering by phone is horrible. Twice now we have had huge issues when "trying" to order by phone. When Chipotle pulled the walk tru pick & choose the least they could do is provide a real person to take orders. As my wife said "it was a disaster". Ordered a Bowl with chicken. I asked for it to be split into 2 bowls. They put a good amount into both bowls, so I thought they misunderstood. They told me they usually don't split and will give an extra bowl instead. She was very nice and bought my 2nd bowl for me as an exception. Also bought the $30 giftcard for a free burrito of my choice on my next visit. The coupon IS the receipt. Great deal. One more thing. They are very generous if you ask for more toppings. I am not sure why people are unhappy with what they give you. Just ask for more and they'll be happy to do it. read more

Always love the food here, but they really need to train some of their staff better. I was third in long line of hungry people waiting, but were being completely ignored. Staff in the kitchen were busy cooking. No problem. Two staff over on the side were cranking out online orders. No problem. But...two girls were standing at the register chatting, literally doing nothing and one guy was kind of lost and wandering around. Finally, a female comes out of a backroom, surveys the scene, and jumps into beast mode to start filling orders for people in line. She enlists the help of the lost boy and glares with clear annoyance at the two oblivious chatty kathies, who still are deep in conversation. It was painful to watch, really. At long last their purpose was revealed, as one bags and the other runs the register. Apparently, the lone female (beast mode girl) was the only one who cared enough to help the in-store customers and she was fantastic. We were all surprisingly patient, given the ludacris nature of the scene. Fyi, there is another Chipotle just down the road with far less of a wait and has great staff. read more

My roommate and I go out of our way to come to this chipotle and have been for the last 4 months...the people that work here are awesome. They always are in a good mood and have guac and never run out of sofritas (hopefully I spelt that right) On average we come to chipotle three times a week. I would be giving this 5 stars normally but giving 2 stars today because the last 3 weeks maybe even longer (it feels like) have been grueling. It's been way too hot to eat outside and since they don't have any A/C inside, it's miserable. We just ate there today and it seemed like it was 80 degrees inside. I was sweating! This place is usually okay but today was terrible. 2 of the 3 people I interacted with were nice and helpful but one girl wasn't and seemed annoyed that they had just run out of steak and that it was terrible of me for wanting to wait until I could have steak. Then, they gave me medium salsa instead of mild which I specifically asked for, didn't cut my quesadilla (I have asked in the past to have mine cut and they say they usually cut them and it's opt-out if you don't want it cut). I've been doing online orders since March with the location due to the inconsistency and lack of care the employees have, I will not be back. First off I am vegan, so I don't eat meat or cheese, and I get extremely ill for days if I have dairy. I ordered the vegetarian bowl, which has no meat or cheese on it unless you add it on. I ordered for pick up last weekend and there was cheese on my bowl. I decided to give them another chance this weekend, and there was meat mixed into my burrito bowl. I thought maybe at first it could have flung it from my boyfriends bowl, as he ordered steak but it seemed odd that there were tiny pieces through out the burrito bowl. Very disappointing as this is somewhere we were going to often. I ordered chipotle online and walked in to pick up the food. Completely shocked to find people working without gloves or masks during COVID-19. People walking in are chatting, laughing, ordering food without masks on within a foot away from the food. Their lack of precautionary action taken place is unacceptable. I'm so glad to have a chipotle in my hood. The Washington square location is so horrible I would have to drive to Tualatin. This location is by far the friendliest! I have eaten here 10 times minimally and have not got sick like the other reviewer. My husband eats here at least 3-4 times a week. They do get a little caught up in food prep sometimes and neglect the line but I guess you would be waiting for food prep if everyone was on the line helping. Either way, the manager hooked me up because I was talking about a bad experience at a different location and I love that he did because I wasn't even talking to him and he overheard me and wanted to make it right. I love that. The food was great today. I get bad grissle chicken once in a while at all of the locations, they have all been good about replacing it if I let them know. I was excited to learn there was a promotion offering delivery. I ordered delivery right when they opened. Delivery was prompt. However, I think I ate yesterday's leftover chicken that was kept in the refrigerator and not even reheated. The chicken was really cold. I'll keep this short. We ordered our food online which seemed convenient and fantastic. The wait was 40 min. Picked up the food at 9 pm. There was one other customer in there, point in check, the store was not busy. Took the food home, and what does my husband discover after a few bites?! His chicken burrito bowl was not cooked. See picture attached. RAW chicken served to us. How could almost an hour pass of cooking time and check time and this was allowed to leave the store this way!? Are there no protocols in place?! We of course threw the food away but my husband still felt ill the next and stayed home from work because of being sick. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. How does that even happen?! We have attempted to talk to corporate several times and they have been nothing short of defensive and argumentative with us. My guess is because this happens all too often and is nothing new to them. Disappointed to say the least. We wanted to get past the E coli issue last year and continue to support their business, but we learned our lesson the hard way. I really love chipotle and usually when I have the choice to pick a fast food restaurant if there is one close by compared to any other restaurant I will go there, this particular chipotle is nearby my house and so I come fairly often. For the last 3 to 4 times I have come to this location over the course of the last month I have received nothing but passive aggressive anger and snappy comments from every single one of the staff, recently I came in before the store opened and asked if I could place an order they told me that they did not open for a few more minutes so I went and sat in my car and then when they did open I walked back in and tried to place my order and the guy looked at me and then walked away even after they were open. After I patiently waited and respected their timeframe already. I'm very frustrated because throughout the other times I have come they have been rude, snappy, and have messed up my order literally each time, it's very frustrating to have to come back and have them fix it. And when I tell them there's something wrong they act like it is my fault after I specifically instructed them on my allergies/adjustments for my meals. I know that some orders could be hard but not putting cheese on a lactose intolerance persons meal does not strike me as that difficult. read more

First, they forget my chips, I POLITELY showed them my receipt and asked them to give me the chips. I have a job that sends me anywhere within a 50 mile radius of Portland, so it's just easier to eat out. For the past week I've been in the Murray-Scholls area and have gone to this Chipotle about 3 times so far. Every time I come in, there's this energetic woman that helps me with the first part of my order. Totally off topic, but her voice kind of sounds like Rebel Wilson's and I find it really endearing. Anyway, she's great, and she helped me again today, making sure I had fresh veggies instead of the ones that had been out for awhile. When I got to the register it was a young lady with a massive amount of hair tied back in a bun (she gave me her name but I don't remember) and she was with another young gentleman, and they were both very pleasant. I was fumbling around in my purse and realized I had forgot my debit card at home, and didn't have cash. I was really embarrassed and felt bad, and after telling the girl at the register my mistake I turned to go... Now this is why I went through the trouble of downloading this app, making a profile, and writing this review. Instead of making it awkward, or just letting me continue on my way, she very sweetly and enthusiastically stopped me from leaving and offered for me to still have my order. It's not just what they did (the guy was in on it too) but the way they made me feel so good about it. It really made my day. She said that if I wanted to leave a review that would be more than worth it, and I thought that was a great way to pay back the kindness. I've been to all the Chipotles in the Beaverton/ Hillsboro area and this one is by far the best. And here's why. -The employees are competent and attentive (Hall Blvd & Cedar hills take note.) :) -They kept the food I ordered online warm! I was taken aback by this because no other chipotle I've been to has done this. -They have specific parking for online orders! -They put a label over your food with the order name on it, so it doesn't just smudge off. -Everything I ordered online including extra fajita veggies or rice was actually on my order! This is possibly my favorite "fast food chain" per-say. Everything is amazing. The servers are always very nice are always willing to serve you more condiments if you ask for "more" of something. I especially love the the guacamole that they make at Chipotle. Although sometimes the servers don't fill up the whole container of you ask for it to be on the side or is completely fresh, it never fails to taste amazing. It's almost as good as guacamole in Mexico, but definitely the best in Oregon. It isn't a thick or watery consistency with the perfect size and amount of avocado chunks which makes it perfect. read more

So this is the closest chipotle to me and as I'm vegan, when I get a hankering for takeout, chipotle is my go to. However, I've seen their lettuce quality take a dip over the last few months. For a while it was no big, as I get it, produce at the mo may be hard to come by. But then yesterday as I opened my foil covered tray, I saw that there was no lettuce to be seen in my supposed lettuce bowl. Ok.. well there was a ton of guac, so I thought that's an ok trade off. Then I realize there is some lettuce and some other slimy green stuff that I think was cilantro, so I picked out the OBVIOUSLY rotten lettuce and cilantro but I must've missed some because not long after I had the distinct stomachache of food poisoning. So thanks guys. The one time I get takeout in a month and you make me sick. I also used a birthday gift card. Just to rub salt in the wound. I have yet to bring a take-out order home for my family and have my sons kids quesadilla actually in the bag. It's a terrible point of service. Such a ridiculous thing to get wrong every time. I was having a not so fantastic day today. I took my lunch break at 4 o'clock. I eat at this location about 3 time a week (creature of habit) because they are consistent. The young lady who helped me today asked me how my day was. I actually told her. We both laughed at the absurdities of failed software systems and crazy people.
