I mean I could eat Mexican food everyday of my life who are we kidding! I had to review this Chipotle because of their outstanding service. My sister does not share the same affinity for Mexican food and I was jonesing for a Chipotle burrito. While my sister ordered the people that were working were kind, courteous and patient. They answered questions and gave suggestions as to what she might like based on what she had told them. They were also very friendly when I ordered. As I got to the cash register the lady that rang me had me laughing and smiling. I just felt so good about the whole experience I ended eating my entire burrito on the patio! Love the freshness of the food. The chicken is very flavorful. I wish they had lime slices available for the. Irritated bowls, but otherwise, this is one of my favorites. I love the pico and the fresh guacamole. One disappointment is that chips do not automatically come with an entree and what you do get when you pay for the bag is a minimal amount. I will keep coming back, I just won't pay extra for chips. read more

The food is consistently good, the staff is always friendly, quick service even when they're busy, and I feel like I'm making a healthy choice when I eat there (although I'm sure the sour cream and cheese add a few calories...). If you are looking for a delicious fast food burrito store then look no further. In my opinion Chipotle beats out Moe's and Qdoba in overall taste and freshness of ingredients. Horrible service. SO slow to take orders and put together orders, 50% of the workers just stand around staring at each other while the other half work at a snail's pace. We were overcharged for a meal, they charged us for 2 burrito bowls when it should have only been 1. Chicken was burnt to a crisp, should not have ever even been served to customers! The cheese quesadilla was literally a cooked tortilla with maybe 1/4 cup of cheese on that huge tortilla. Tasted like cooked tortilla. Overall extremely disappointed in whole experience, service and food. Won't be returning!!!! read more

I have always loved Chipotle, and have this year switched from the burrito and burrito bowls to the salad bowls to cut back on carbs. Thus, I have discovered the salad dressing they have for their salad bowls!!! Completely ADDICTIVE! I ask them to pour it right on the lettuce for me before adding any other ingredients. Who needs rice or a tortilla? That dressing is to die for. read more

I have been several times and the service has seemed ok. Usually clean and organized. The food is bland but edible. It is hit or miss when it comes to the quantity of chicken that they give you---just depends on who is working that particular day. read more

I love Chipotle, I mean really love, but I have to say that this is the WORST location I've ever been to. You can count on poor customer service and consistently inconsistent food quality. Not only are the workers tripping over each other taking turns screwing up (like putting other peoples' food on your tray, forgetting to give you cups every time problems) but the skimpy size of my veggie burrito has me wondering if it's worth the cost. This place isn't beautiful, but the food is definitely fresh and very tasty. I lived in Central America for years and Chipotle makes rice just like the families there did. Never gummy or sticky. Plus they have great spicy salsas. They will mix and match several if you think one is too mild or spicy. After I chow down at this place, I'm good for the rest of the day! I like that they will check with you while you're eating to see if you are happy. Once I went back up to tell the manager how I especially enjoyed the burrito and they invited me to come back in and have one on the house. Now how friendly is that? read more

Like meatheads, I ALWAYS like Chipotle. Everyone is nice, you can get Dos Equiis and Margaritas and eat an epicly-large burrito all in less than ten minutes. My only complaint is that I put so much stuff on mine every time that I need them to use a second wrap as a band-aid, though they always just try to double roll it. when the same circumference is used, it will still spill out the side, just apply it after you roll it like I said please. The opposite of fast food. They have fresh ingredients, freshly prepared, spicy but flavorful marinated meat and all served faster than fast food. Qdoba has more sauce options however I prefer Chipotle's taco or burrito to Qdoba's regular taco or burrito. Not sure why you would say its expensive. McDonald's Extra Value Meals are $7 nowadays, so $8 for a drink and burrito or tacos with fresh, healthy ingredients is about right. Try the veggie burrito with fajita veggies for a healthier, cheaper option, which includes free guacamole. read more

The best quality of food for a fast food restaurant! The food feels fresh and it's all organic and it feels clean if ya know what I mean. Of course it's not as cheap as other fast food restaurants, but the quality of food makes it up, if not makes it better. Of course it's way better for health too. I currently live in California and I'm visiting Illinois. I've eaten at many Chipotle restaurants and when I say this is the worst Chipotle ever, I mean it. This is not a one time visit worst, this is consistent. This has nothing to do with the food, the food is still delicious as always. But It shouldn't take 15 to 20 minutes to get something to eat especially when it's not even peak hours, the counter they make your order on is consistently dirty, and the people that work there look like the hate their lives. Like every business you know what time it gets busy so you can plan accordingly but chipotle does a good job at under staffing the place at what seems like all times of the day. I don't blame the employees for any of these issues though, this is simply poor managing and every principle that comes with it. read more
