I like Chipotle's food fine. That's never an issue. What IS an issue with this location in particular is that they always run out of something: today it's taco shells (not the first time). Another time it was cheese. They never have iced tea any more. WHO MANAGES THIS LOCATION!?!? How do you run out of anything at 2:30 PM? I dunno, all i can say is not every location is a good location. Came here for a weekend lunch and was kinda saddened by the behavior of staff and food quality. All but one were in the walkway between the kitchen and the back area discussing what appeared to be personal issues regarding work. None greeted the patrons sadly. Eventually one young lady tended to me who appeared annoyed. She definitely had a "tone" but you can tell she was trying to manage it. So i dont blame her one bit. She was the only one who spoke to us and had to get an additional person to cover the register. I mean seriously, there are people getting food and no one was at the register. We got our food and sat down. The pork aka carnitas was very very dry and did not taste fresh. It really tasted as if the prok was cooked and placed in the fridge over night. The rice also tasted old and stale. The mild or medium sauce tasted as if it were refrigerated without a cover. My wife had the chicken which didnt taste fresh either. In the midst of eating, you can still hear and see staff complaining and arguing about things. At some points it looked playful at other times it didnt. Sadly, they didnt acknowledge that thier behavior is unprofessional. Definitely not coming back to this location. read more

The worst damn Chipotle I have ever been to! Waited on line for over 15 minutes which was not a problem because I love the food. After I pay the cashier doesn't even pass me my bag, I ask for a shopping bag but she tells me those are for bowls! I'm like it's snowing outside she then takes a bag and throws it at me. I'm like WTF!! The customer behind me is even more shocked she says she didn't throw the bag so I ask for the manager and he comes as I tell him what happened I see a camera and I tell him he should review the tape. I will never eat here again! They have the upstairs closed but I ignored the sign and came up alone to eat because people on the line are talking and breathing over me as I try and eat!! I loveee this place!!! The people are absolutely friendly and can cheer you up just from a greeting. The service is swift and and excellent. I always get the shell tacos with chicken, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce! Yummy u gotta try it. The margaritas are just right as well as the beer! Nice place to go for a quick snack. Lines may be long at this location but the pace is steadily moving that you don't even notice. Oh yeah the Guacamole is great too!!! read more

The most amazing Guacamole I've ever had from a chain is from Chipotle. The food is consistently fresh and always good. Not too expensive, and a good change from the normal lunch food. If you go during lunch or dinner time expect to wait in line, but it moves fast. The servers are really nice too. read more

Highly disappointed!!! I have been coming to this Chipotle for a while off and on. My last couple of visits have been quite unpleasant. The food is not being prepared properly. The rice is often clumped together and today I had stale chips. The wait time is average, but their system can improve with proper management between the takeout orders and orders being placed from walk ins. Proper preparations should be made for lunch crowds. On three occasions within the past month I had to wait for a new batch of meat, rice, or even sour cream to come. New management is needed. It is clear no one here cares about the outcome of the food or retaining customers! Money wasted !!! read more

I frikkin love this place. Not hungry enough for a whole burrito/burrito bowl? It's not on the menu but ask for a quesadilla with your meat of choice and they'll whip it right up. Come in at the wrong time and the line can go on for days but it moves quickly. Sure they have their off days, under cooked rice once, too salty guac another time but definitely more home runs than strikes. They aren't stingy with the toppings either. One of the worst Chipotle locations I've been to. Portions are incredibly weak. Usually Chipotle tricks you by doing a lot of rice and very little protein. Here they don't even do much rice, one flat scoop. Meat portion is enough for 2 bites. And they rush and yell. It's very unpleasant. read more

Yes, I know that Chipolte is a nation wide chain and everybody raves about it but I was not impressed. My chicken burrito collapsed in the middle of my meal because it was to big and I had to eat the rest with a fork. My hubby had never eaten here before, but pregnancy cravings got me to drag him to take me to Chipotle. NOW! (Seriously, I was shocked someone I knew had never eaten here, but this seems to be the only location in Brooklyn so it does explain a lot. WTF? They need to expand on that note...) So I ordered my usual - Barbacoa burrito with rice, pintos, corn, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese, guac and lettuce all wrapped up in a giant tortilla. The thing was huge and I was excited. I told my hubby to order a burrito but he didn't listen and got the tacos instead and hahaha he had to order another set of tacos because he wasn't full. Though we both agreed these tacos were far better than the one's in the "hood" and we live in Sunset Park - taco central. Props go out to the reviewer who can eat 2 of those things, I barely finished the first one but it was so delicious you bet I finished it! This location was nice and clean, upstairs and down, bathrooms were clean and ice cold(?), food was prepped as quickly as they possibly could, but the only downside is it sucks if you never ate here before because the employees are so used to being in a rush they get a little impatient if you are too slow. My hubby wanted to know something and the guy was getting a bit annoyed, so if you never ate here before and don't know how to order here's a tip: It's just like a subway but with tacos basically lol. Pick your bread (tortilla, soft tacos, crispy tacos, bowls, salad) Pick your meat and beans(Steak, Chicken, Beef, Pork, Veggie/pinto or black) Add your toppings (Not many to pick from and guac is $2 extra on tacos???!!!) It's not hard but if you're not familiar with it you kind of want to see everything and this location is not good for that but they handle a rush crowd like no other place in this area! Also everyone says it's fast food, and they're right, but you will pay more than you expect from other places, but you will also feel like you are eating a real meal and not fast food. 1 burrito, 3 tacos, 2 fountain sodas, and an order of chips and guac were 25 bucks plus the price of three more tacos! lol read more

My roomie had an intense craving for Chipotle and dragged me kicking and screaming to this place. However, halfway through their carnita burrito with guac and I was hooked. I'm only giving this place 3 stars because I'm a die hard Qdoba fan and my bf loves Chipotle. But with that being said, I like their quesadilla's and their salads are ok. At this location, you can always expect a long line. It is located near St. Francis college, several banks, the courts, movie theater and a lot of city agencies so it's always crowded. The lines usually move quickly but sometimes it is hard to find a seat depending on the time of day you go. On the weekends they don't move as fast which is somewhat annoying, but it is not that crowded. read more

I Love Chipotle, Chipotle is my life! Seriously I love this place!! Definition of fast food, whether there's a line or not you will not wait as long as in typical fast food places. Also, while you wait you should decide what you'll have to make it even easier on the servers. Always get the burrito bowl, don't like the actual burrito. It's too big and ugh makes me not want it once I'm half way done. The bowl you can eat some now, and save for later. Or lunch like I do lol ORDER ONLINE!! This Chipotle will send you from the back of the lines to out the door in a flash. The employees work fast and efficient to give you your delicious order super fast and super yummy. Be sure to order from the secret menu! You could order Nachos, a quesadilla, or the legendary Quesarito! A burrito wrapped in a cheese quesadilla! If the food wasn't so good I would not wait on the line.. No matter what time of day the lines are too long, but worth it! Just don't go when you're on a time schedule. Staff are always friendly! This is going to be biased because I love Chipotle. This is one of my favorite locations because 1) its in Brooklyn and 2) its pretty lowkey in comparison to most Chipotles I have been to. The servers could have moved a bit faster (it did not help that a big Russian muscle head and a black guy were arguing over who orders their burrito bowl in line first....I didn't know my meal came with a free show, why not? *sips tea*) but nonetheless, I got my food. I like this location. The staff isn't entirely friendly. In fact, they seem mad all of the time! However, this location is always packed and I imagine that it takes a toll on their morale. I have worked in the food industry and I have worked retail my whole life, so I understand the effect people can have on your attitude! They always crank through the line at a quick pace, and I rarely have much of a wait. There is always somewhere to sit and the food tastes just like any other Chipotle! Ive been so several Chipotle locations and i feel this place makes the chicken very crispy-ish and almost hard. My son usually likes his chicken/steak bowl but he kept spotting out the meat when he was eating his bowl and told me there are hard pieces in his bowl. I took a bite and realized it was cos the chicken were too charred which caused the hard pieces.. He didnt even finish his bowl this time :( read more

Line moves quickly during lunch so don't be taken aback if you see the line all the way to the door. Food is fresh but my only issue is that my tacos were cold since I don't think they heated the flour tortillas enough. Just visited this nice & clean location last night. The food was great. Had the chicken soft taco, which are three soft taco's topped any way you want. The food was fresh, and I like the spicy sauce option ~ yummy when combined with the fresh veggies and guac! Sat upstairs and devoured my meal. Nice atmosphere for a Saturday night, no fuss in and out. During the workweek this place gets really crowded, but the line moves really fast. read more
