This Wendy's would be the reason why people don't stop at Wendy's!! We normally love Wendy's and the food here was good bit the customer service is terrible. Something was stuck up in the catsup and asked the server to come and look and she told me no! Refused to take a look. Extremely rude horrible attitude. It took 3 people to put together a grub hub order while everyone else stood in line. We will continue to go to Wendy's just not this one on Watson. Will instead go to McDonalds The manager needs to either get new help or supervise the help they have to be courteous! read more

Stopped at Wendy's for a quick dinner and immediately regretted it. The employee who took my card was incredibly rude and acted like basic customer service was too much to ask. On top of that, being told an extra ranch costs $0.55 while only giving one sauce for a 10-piece nugget is just ridiculous. No one is stretching one ranch that far--be real. My husband and I ate dinner here tonight, the bowl of chili was no where near being full, being charged $3.29 for half a bowl was a bit of a surprise. The air must have been off because it was so hot , I was sweating as I ate(usually I have to wear a sweater because I am cold) My husband tried to use the restroom but they were out of toilet paper & had no paper towels to dry his hands after he washed them. Yikes. My husband and I went through the drive through. He hasn't been feeling well and wanted a salad so we ordered 2 ceasar salads and a small chili. The service itself was fine, employees weren't rude or difficult. When we got home and sat down to eat we noticed the ranch dressing my husband asked for wasn't there and they gave us two Caesars. We asked specifically for one of the salads to have one ranch instead and they even put it on the sticker on the bag. Also, wow the chili was really disappointing. It was mostly liquid like they scooped out what was left on the bottom of the pan with barely any meat or beans. With both the salads and small chili costing $22, they could have done way better than this. We've been to this location many times since we live right down the street. The employees at this location are extremely rude and incompetent to the point that they should be homeless. They constantly make orders wrong, avoid answering the phone until it has been ringing for 10-15 minutes, misgender customers over the phone just to be rude, and talk over customers accusing them of doing things that are literally impossible. There is absolutely ZERO way to order a junior BACON cheeseburger without the bacon in the Uber Eats app as that option DOES NOT EXIST, but the low class idiot working there tonight just felt like talking over me and hanging up. Stopped here on your way to Tucson. Waited in the drive thru for about 10min before anyone took our order. Ordered 4 biggie bags, had to repeat the order multiple times, got to the window and was told 4min wait for the nuggets unless we wanted spicy. We waited the 5 min for the nuggets. Pulled off only to find out that 2 of the burgers were ice cold! Went back in the drive thru waited forever and a day for them to help 2 cars which took about 15min. If we hadn't been driving already for over 5hrs and starving I would've just said forget it! Service is beyond slow! Would never stop here again no matter how hungry I am. This was your average Wendy's. Our order wasn't too big: 5 meals, 2 of which were kid meals. One kid's meal was missing a toy. The other was missing French fries. Both issues were fixed right away. The lady who helped us was very generous with dipping sauces and dressings. She gave us multiple of each. The bathrooms were a little dirty, but nothing too gross. The place could use a slight update in the dining room, but overall an open area with lots of seating. I did like that they had dispense your own drinks. It was a free choice one so you could choose from over 50 different drink choices. The Harvest Salad was delicious and filling. The 4 for $4 is a great deal and could be split among 2 people. The bacon cheeseburger was average. The bacon was very crispy do that was a treat! The fries are gross. They are over salty and get cold quickly. read more

The lids and I have been out all day doing our Friday funday routine. It was getting close to that time between lunch and dinner not knowing what to eat. So we decided to stop by Wendy's since we hadn't been here in almost 2 years. The last few times we had Wendy's at this location it was drive-through only. And like I said it was almost 2 years ago. Today was the first time actually walked inside to sit down inside the restaurant. I think the atmosphere and the decorating seems very outdated and that's what makes it look rundown. Because honestly, the location has not been there that long. There were a few people eating inside. We approached the counter and a couple of young kids wear taking orders at the register. They were very friendly and they answered all the questions we had about the menu. My son had chicken tenders I had a burger and my daughter had their bacon cheese fries. I think they all tasted just OK for fast food I guess just plain Wendy's is what it supposed to taste like. The only reason I don't give this review more stars is because we were really looking forward to the Frosty's. That was one of the main reasons why we stopped in. When we were done with our meal we went back up to the counter and my kids and I all had a small frosty. They had vanilla flavor and I had the chocolate flavor. As soon as I tasted mine I knew something was off. Not that it was bad as in it had been rotten. But it tasted as if it hadn't been mixed well enough. Before I mentioned anything to the kids they tasted theirs and they said the exact same thing about their Frosty's. So after two spoonfuls they went in the trash. By then we were so bummed out, we left. I normally say something about my food to a manager but if both flavors tasted bad than I'm guessing replacing them at that moment was going to be pointless. Manager threatened to keep my food and throw me out because I ask the young man at register to stop talking and let me finish. Well, This use to really be our Go To location for quality food. However, Covid is not an excuse for poor service and lack of following instructions. However, when ordering g here multiple times now either via Drive thru or Doordash the order is always wrong or something is missing. I'm hesitant to order anything that has items I want eliminated, especially mayo. Scraping mayo off bread is just a mess and irritated the heck out of me. So I just don't bother eating when it's made wrong. An Asiago chicken sandwich Does NOT come with mayo, yet they seem to forgot how to make it and make a chicken sandwich with mayo and tomato instead. First I want to start by saying that I've almost always had a pleasant experience with the staff here. They are usually polite and courteous, and some are bubbly and friendly. However, they are hit and miss when it comes to food orders. I ordered a Baconator once and had to go back to the counter because it only had one small piece of bacon. I ordered a hot honey chicken biscuit that had a drop of hot honey on it, and no extra sauce packets in the bag. I could deal with those things. What I cannot deal with is them serving me a breakfast biscuit with a dead fly heated on. That's a dealbreaker for me. Sadly, I noticed after I took my first bite. I called the store and talked to Cathy and was offered another breakfast for free or either I could come back and get a free meal. Drove through the drive-thru on a road trip. Every time I pass by this location on I-10 I find myself stopping here because they've never done me wrong. I absolutely loved how quickly I was able to get through the drive-thru and my order was correct (yay!). One of the best Chicken Asiago sammies that I have ever had. I mean it.
