I live by this location unfortunately and I am continually disappointed here. I love chipotle's product and i hate to give them a bad review but this location is definitely the worst I've been to. I go to chipotle to order hard tacos but half the time this location is out of the taco shells. This REALLY bums me out as i usually go in with an appetite for only hard tacos. Usually, i will reluctantly order something else instead but my last trip there i had to leave without ordering as i was tired of paying for something i didn't necessarily want. This is my first 1-star review on yelp as i usually only review places i love but im tired of making the trip out just to be disappointed and have to scramble through a lack of choices to find somewhere else to eat. When this place first opened up it was awesome. Generous servings is what I've come to expect at any Chipotle b'c, well, I've visited many from the east coast to the west and several in between. This place is stingy man. It wasn't before but now it is. The people that work behind the counter are rude. One day we went there and I seriously had to ask for "extra" of everything or else my bowl would've looked ... empty. The lady who took my order was not very nice about it at all, like she was doing me a favor gracing us with her presence. The cheese quesadilla I used to get my daughter was filled with delicious mozzarella cheese. Lately, unless I ask for extra cheese, the quesadilla comes out hard, crunchy and barely any cheese on it. I think in general we just get crappy service in Buckeye but b'c I once knew this location as an awesome place to eat, it's extra disappointing that the service has fallen through the cracks. The food is no longer consistently good. And paying for increased prices but less food is just plain disappointing. I won't not come here b'c it's still a "healthier" alternative than other fast foods but I'm not happy coming here either. read more

This is one of the worst Chipotles I've ever been to. Unfortunately my family and I do eat here often, but it's only because we like Chipotle food, we do not like this one in particular. The staff is less friendly than any other location, the often run out of items, they either have too few people working or too many doing nothing productive. I've witnessed the staff bickering with each other, so awkward. The portions at this store are ridiculous. They are less than other locations and if you ask them to add, they look at you with like you have completely annoyed them. So I love chipotle but every time I come in it seems that their serving portions get smaller and smaller every time. However the person in front of me had a big ass bowl full of food, they get to me I get 1/2 spoon of rice and chicken, full scoop of beans. Now the 2 ppl behind me get 2 large spoonful of rice, beans and meat. Why the hell is that??? Now I'm walking out and I see 2 Chipotle employees with big ass bowls full of food...meanwhile I feel like they're getting over on me. Chipotle is good. We visit this restaurant every so often, and two times in the past week. We haven't had any problems. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, which makes Chipotle stand out. The employees here have listened and aren't stingy with the amounts, but also do a good job when you say to add a little of something. I'd certainly rather eat here than the other icky fast food places nearby! read more

The place here seemed like they were still working out the flow and made mistakes with work different customers in front of us, but rectified it nicely. The woman's bathroom was... Unclean. I have to agree with another post for this location. This one is not as good as some others I frequent in surprise az. Their rice is sticky almost every time I come here. Nothing here tastes like other chipoltes. The prep line sucks. They just glob your stuff on one pile so that you get one bite of pure sour cream or beans, etc. Also my biggest peeve is that the food is never hot enough. The food quality is always as expected. You come here when you want something good and filling. I ordered 2 burritos and a burrito bowl. Everything went well, paid for my food, even used a coupon. The only thing I didn't enjoy was when I was eating my burrito bowl was the mild salsa, the tomatoes still had the core on them. I know how tedious it may be to core the stems out of the tomatoes, but I hate eating my food and chewing on the brown hard stems of tomatoes. So please encourage your prep cooks to core the tomatoes before making the salsa, that extra step would have gotten you a 5 tonight. Besides that, always a good experience. read more

The wife and I have moved to buckeye recently and have never had a good experience with this chipotle location. Food is always of low quality and short of portions or missing items from our order. Very frustrating when other locations will go above and beyond for their customers but the Watson location seems to be ok with low standards and low quality of food. Horrible customer service tonight at 8:30, went in with a few friends and we all ordered pretty easy orders, and one of the orders was told NO salsa and yet when we got home there was some on it and the girl it was made for couldn't eat it for being too hot. The girls on the line had attitude like we were a huge inconvenience to their night, and it seemed like the girls on the line and the girl in the back had problems with each other and they weren't afraid to show it in front of customers. Our cashier was super friendly and I believe her name was Amanda, I hope that was her because I don't want someone else getting credit for her great demeanor (she had two braids and was super sweet). Why can't there be a decent Chipotle around my area? Went for lunch with my wife yesterday and the dumb girl and guy making our lunch scooped up the beans and didn't drain them so I got a spoon full of liquid that went running out and they had to switch tin foil twice. He then scooped the mild salsa and got a spoon full of liquid and I had to ask him to please drain that out of my burrito as it was running all over the place. He couldn't get the burrito closed because the soggy shell tore and I though he was going to do a new one but nope, just closed the foil up around it. I got it to the table and the burrito was a soggy mess and my basket was full of liquid. My wife's salad had a half inch of liquid in the bottom of her bowl and she threw 3/4 of it away because it was soup. I love Chipotle but hate the two locations that are close to me. read more

I give this particular location a 2 star, because of the service. The people aren't friendly and it seems to be poor management. Also the food didn't seem to be as well seasoned as other chipotle. Usually I like chipotle, and so does y boyfriend but if the people aren't friendlier next time we go we will leave, before we purchase. This place is a joke. I placed an order through the Chipotle app at 1:15pm with a promised pick-up time at 1:45pm. I went inside the restaurant at around 1:55pm to pick up my order that are usually placed in the pick-up shelf, and the entire shelf was empty. I had only ordered a Chicken Burrito Bowl. So, I then stood in the general line, and when the food handler acknowledged me, I explained to her that my pick-up time was at 1:45pm and that my order wasn't on the shelf. She asked for my name, went to the back to find my order, and returned to the counter and told me that she couldn't find my order with my name on it, and if it was a possibility that if I had ordered my meal to be picked up at another location. I pulled up my email confirmation, verified the pick-up address with her, and then she told me to go look at the shelf for my order, with a snarky tone of voice; this was after I elaborated to her that my pick-up time was at 1:45pm, and that the shelf was EMPTY! I annoyingly walked to the cashier, brought my issue to her, she goes back, and lo-and-behold: she brought my order out! There were other pissed-off patrons whom have been waiting for their mobile orders for a long time, too. I guess for this location, ordering your food via the app will still be an inconvenience on every aspect. I'm glad I'm visiting from out of town, or I'd think twice before coming back to this location. read more

Mmmmm Chipotle. The location is clean and organized. The employees are friendly. The food is yummy. The only way they can improve is if the employees had a little more experience. The woman who assisted me and my husband was extremely distracted. She would ask us if we wanted something and then direct her attention elsewhere during our answer, then ask us the same thing again. I'm a chipotle die hard. I could eat it everyday but this chipotle here in Buckeye is HORRIBLE. Horrible service. Their employees are the most rude employees I've ever come across. Their store is always closed for no apparent reason. Love this area! It's always clean, fast, and friendly. The staff is always nice when you come in, greeting you with a smile and a "hello". Occasionally during busy hours, the tables get neglected but it gets super busy in this restaurant. I'm so glad they have vegan options as well. Only giving 1 star because I have to... Ordered 2 salad bowels both were saturated with at least a half a cup of black bean juice... Horrible the lettuce had very large stems & was wilted from the hot bean juice. When I called to talk to the manager she requested me to come back, once I was home already. I'm just lost we had 1 other customer in front of us, it was not busy so I just don't understand the lack of caring when it comes to a paying customer. Don't order a salad from the Sundance store in Buckeye AZ especially for delivery. They will send you the order with no dressing so you just enjoy that dry salad and when you call about the vinaigrette not being included they will refund you a whole 15% ($2.70) on that $18 order with delivery fee tax and tip ... little additional info they know they doing it their blender is down has been for weeks and not expecting for a couple more weeks (go to Walmart for gods sake) and they continue to sell products they can't supply and take your money. Yes it's just vinaigrette but 3 orders in almost $60 with promises of escalations gift cards emails etc it's just fraud. They're selling a product and charging for a product they don't have. Visited this Chipotle while going home to San Diego. I ordered the steak burrito. My family had to watch me remove several pieces of fatty steak from my mouth that was impossible to chew. My husband was overcharged a steak burrito price when he had a carnitas burrito. It took a long time for the cashier to reverse the overcharge. The barbacoa that my daughter had was not very good. We normally don't eat fast food but there wasn't much else between Buckeye and San Diego. read more

The food is nice and fresh. However, the food isn't the problem. So today we went to the Chipotle and the staff was nice and polite we ordered 11 kids meals. It wasnt until they realized, that my friend was using coupons that her kids had gotten from school. the school gave out coupons for kids who read a certain amount of books. Then all of a sudden the staff had a problem with the orders. The staff then became short and sassy and started giving partial servings of the food.
