This is the worst Chipotle we have ever eaten at. By the time I noticed half a dozen flies flying around in the dining area and the very dusty glass over the food being served, one of my children had already started ordering. Otherwise, we would have left and gone to Chick Fil A across the street. Things only got worse. They wouldn't make one of my children a big quesadilla on the order line. They only make big ones if you order a quesadilla online (what the heck?! Does anyone cater to customers anymore!?). They put gobs of rice in everything. They automatically packed our order to go without asking us if we were eating there or not (we planned to eat at their outdoor tables away from the flies). Just all-around an unpleasant experience, and the cleanliness and customer service were the worst of it. The food was okay, but not as good as Chipotle usually is. I would give Chipotle 0 stars, but unfortunately it's not an option. This is an encounter I had a while ago, but will not EVER go back and will continue to boycott Chipotle PERIOD. I've been to the Hamburg location a few times and it was nothing special and thought it was hard to hear what was being asked from the staff preparing my order. So I decided to take what I thought was the easier approach and place my order online. I ordered from my desk at work around 9:30 in the morning to be picked up around 5 on my way home. Just a couple of burritos, nothing to crazy. I came in to pick up my order. Staff was just walking around doing god knows what, another staff member on the phone and my order was nowhere to be found. Why? They haven't even started it. I truly don't understand how two measly burritos are not ready with and almost 8 hour head start; I guess it's just one of the great mysteries of the world. When I got home I did write an email to corporate about the situation. The only positive thing I have to say is that I got a response to my email almost right away and I was offered a couple of free burritos. When I went to redeem the my gift certificates I got crap about using two at once. Who cares? I can understand having stipulations on using some coupons and fliers that come in the mail. But your trying to impress someone to retain their business. Just give me the damn burrito. Actually, on second thought keep it...I won't be back. read more

Staff were rude. I never ordered chipotle so I was looking at the menu, they rushed me with my order as if they had a huge crowd behind me. (there weren't any customers) they were very sloppy making my bowls and gave me what tasted like a week old bag of chips. Staff needs new training and better management . read more

The app let's me place an order and I get to the restaurant and wait outside. There is no indication unless you get close that it is closed until noon! I've been waiting in my car for ten minutes. Update: had the worst experience ever here on 10/29. Line was so long and took forever. By the time we got to check out no one was there. All the orders started piling up and no one was there to cash anyone out. We waited at least 10 minutes before the manager finally came up to cash us out, meanwhile at least 6 employees were working but no one could cash? Watched the manager continue to talk and ignore the pile up of customers. It was ridiculous. Not even an apology once she finally cashed us out. My food was disgusting as well. My steak was chewy and the guacamole didn't taste right. The tables in the dining area were all disgusting. Never going to this location again. read more

I usually love chipotle but this location was disgusting yesterday. When you walk in you see a puddle of water on the floor with food and garbage swept over to the corner with the broom still there. They were out of cheese, which is what? one of the 10 items you get to choose from. all five napkin dispencers were out. all the medium lids were out. the ice dispenser was missing the lever off of it so you had to pull it yourself to get it. i paid extra money for the organic lemonade in the bottle and wasn't given that, told to get lemonade out of the fountain machine. read more

I cant even begin to express my disappointment in my latest chipotle order. I will start by saying this location is extremely busy every time I drive by and I think quality of finished product is 1000% being compromised for their need for speed of order fulfillment. I've watched the staff throwing orders together as fast as they can so I should not have been surprised at the state of my order. I ordered a bowl. Let's start at the bottom. The rice was completely raw. Like literally raw. It's hard to tell in my picture and it the grains should be plump like cooked rice and the picture depicts hard grains. It was like biting tiny rocks. The fajita veggies were water logged and tasteless. They forgot the sour cream. I got the carne asada meat because it is my favorite of which there was 4 pieces of meat on my bowl. I'm not even joking. Once I noticed the rice was not cooked I started picking apart my bowl to try to get the edibles and there were literally 4 pieces. Luckily I checked the bag before leaving because they forgot my chips to go with my side of guac. Speaking of guac there are only a few ingredients and yet they forgot the lime and the salt. This location is so trash, it really deserve 0 stars. Half the time I go here and it's online order only, then there's like 10% chance they are just completely closed.... All of this is during NORMAL business hours. Whoever is the owner of this franchise needs to sell the location because they have 0 idea how to run a business. For the times I do actually get food online the order is 50% of the time wrong, paying for extra protein and never getting extra protein or just missing core ingredients like the fajitas or corn salsa. When they are actually open which is rare, they are missing so many of the ingredients on the line. Whoever is the general manager or franchise owner of this location needs to be fired. read more

Chipotle is hands-down one of my favorite restaurants as far as fast food goes because it always felt slightly healthier and always delicious. This chipotle in Orchard Park is the dirtiest, overcooked, over seasoned food and honestly the location itself is also such a disaster and feels so dirty. This specific location always gets my to go order wrong and usually is out of some ingredients and they just don't bother to tell you and still charges you i.e. their salad dressing. My first experience with a Chipotle was in Las Vegas with my friend Joey. Since then, I've been hooked. This location is located park of a segmented strip mall. This Chipotle is located where Home Depot is. The location has a steady stream of customers which is good so your not waiting in some crazy long line to get food esp when your raging hungry. This place would have gotten a 5 star but this review is based on two separate times I came to this Chipotle location. One night I came when it was about 45 minutes to closing. It looks like they closed up the grill and whatever was left in the warmers is what you will get for the night. Lots of it didn't look fresh or appealing like how normally most chipotles are. I ordered a Burrito bowl and got half and half meat. Over all I thought you couldn't get a crappy Chipotle but this evening I did. Stuff didn't' taste fresh or as robust. The 2nd time I went back was during lunch. Everything was fresh, the grill had alot of food being cooked etc. This is what Chipotle is known for. I got the same thing, a Burrito bowl and my bowl was heaping with food. the last time I was there, it seemed like I ordered a kids meal. This time, this Chipotle has redeemed itself and will be coming back for sure. I can't get enough of Chipotle and will be back. Just writing this review is making my stomach growl and my mouth water for a burrito bowl now. read more

I have enjoyed Chipotle for years with no issues. At the location on Milestrip, however, my opinion has drastically changed. As we were walking in, the outside garbage can was overflowing with garbage. The inside can was just as bad. While my daughter was looking at the menu, the server yelled "Excuse Me!" to get her to order. The portions of meat and Guacamole were small and they were also out of chips. We then waited waited 8 minutes for a credit card machine error. We decided to eat inside because we wanted to eat while the food was still warm. While we were eating, chips were finished cooking, I watched 2 different employees eat a chip from the large container they were in- one of them while looking directly at me. I noticed a lot of restaurants starting to skimp on previous portion sizes that used to be offered in their restaurants. During Covid and pick ups, it seems restaurants feel they can get away with this. I ordered a large queso and a bag of chips. I really like Chipotle but I hate this location. We've eaten here several times and it's usually a swing and a miss. Fajita veggies usually completely burned, rice is consistently hard, and the chips are generally stale. Tonight was especially bad. This location is floundering. The poor employees desperately need help with the mobile ordering/in-store customers and I don't think they are getting it. We waited in line with 6-7 other people for 15 minutes without even a greeting while the entire kitchen put together mobile orders. By the time they got to us food line was a complete mess. We ended up with underdone steak, hard rice, and a barely wrapped burrito was spilling out everywhere in the foil. I didn't even ask for the vegetables because they were completely burned black in the bowl. We asked two separate employees to try to fix the burrito (asked for a double wrap or at least a spare tortilla). We were blatantly ignored and the next customer was helped. This is likely because the long queue of customers and the stream of mobile orders was overwhelming. We also got queso and chips only to be disappointed with stale/wet chips and a queso that tasted off. What a waste of 30 dollars. You guys need to give your employees a fighting chance at quality and customer service and increase the amount of people working there. read more

My immediate reaction when walking up to any Chipotle: WOOOOO! My immediate reaction walking inside THIS Chipotle: yuck. The place was a mess, from crap on the floor to overflowing garbages. I was there around 6:00 pm and there were people in the dining room but no substantial line. Went to order and the kid making my salad bowl could not hear. "What kind of meat?" "Carnitas, please." He proceeded to try to scoop every other meat, one by one, except the pork. I had to point to it over the sneeze guard. Then I got about a half spoon of meat. I must admit that I love Chipotle. I do. I just love the fresh vegetables and yummy toppings that they offer for the salad bowl that I always order. I feel good to have a meal that is veggie based with just enough meat and toppings. Seriously, that fresh mild salsa and corn relish are enough to dress the greens, black beans, brown rice and fried green peppers and onions that I choose. I don't miss the dressing or the cheese. Since when did Chipotle decide it was OK to start serving stale chips? The last three visits I've had, the chips have been so stale I've had to throw them out.
