I can't describe how bad this experience was, u can't make up how unbelievably awful their service is I order a bowl online and it is missing multiple things, I go there to get my tomatoes and multiple other missing ingredients which is so unconventionally bad for me due to my time and I was on my lunch break, I had to explain all this stuff to my boss. Now I enter chipotle and it is a mess, only 1 worker in my sight, she didn't even speak English now I didn't know that so I started speaking and she was laughing if anyone knows who this is please file a report this is unacceptable. I have had it with this chipotle. Multiple wrong orders via door dash. The last online order that was picked up was completely wrong and I paid for two entrees with double protein which btw they never actually give you double so not sure why I bother paying for it. I reached out to corporate and they gave me *1* free entree that expired in a month. Well it expired before I decided to order again. Guess what. My husband and I are not large people. We're actually quite small and we ordered a bowl with double protein and a burrito with double protein. Def not double protein. I feel so ripped off!!! And the corporate does nothing for you. Chipotle has seriously gone down hill in the more recent years. Especially this location! Yuck! The food has usually been pretty consistent from restaurant to restaurant though the servings are always different..but after my last visit to this location, I don't know if I will ever go back to another Chipotle again. The chicken and steak was extremely burnt and the food station was absolutely disgusting. I cannot believe the amount of cross-contamination that was so clearly going on. (See photos). My ingredients in my 2 burrito bowls were completely mixed up. Wrong rice in one bowl, extras in wrong bowl, hot salsa in wrong bowl, so completely annoying and frustrating! i hated it. Per usual. I hope the new Hamburg location opening is not owned by the same incompetence or using the same employees. Honestly just close this location. Stopped at Chipotle for lunch, can you believe it's only the second time I've ever eaten at the chain? (The first time was in Cincinnati, Ohio) We had the cilantro lime rice bowl with steak, cheese, and guacamole. The rice was cooked very well, the cilantro flavor came through well. The steak did not add much flavor though, and the guacamole could have been bolder as well. It was a serviceable dish, no doubt, but a little lacking unfortunately. I would go back again to try other combinations to try to zest it up more, and would recommend others at least give it a try. read more

I generally like Chipotle, but unfortunately the situation with this location is not good. To start with the positive, overall the food is about the same quality as every other Chipotle, which is to say quite good. I always order ahead online, because I'm often ordering for multiple people, and the online ordering system allows me to be precise with the orders. Unfortunately that effort tends to be wasted, as parts of my order are almost always wrong, missing items, etc. The state of the restaurant inside is also a bit concerning. It's not very clean, especially in the drink area where there is more lemonade spilled on the counter than in the empty fountains themselves. I really wish the situation here was better :/ read more

I don't write reviews on restaurants. They're all run by people that have bad days like everyone else, and I don't believe any place truly doesn't care about their quality. It's taken two years of unsatisfied visits to write this review. I've given you guys every chance to bounce back and now, I can't go without having something awful about my meal. This chipotle located in Orchard park has just fallen off. I go to chipotle all the time, healthier option for a quick grab when I can't cook for myself but this location, consistently serving raw peppers, poorly cooked proteins, lunch hour where the employees will let you walk in and stand in line for 20 minutes before an employee lifts their head up to tell me "it's online orders only until dinner hours". Ever since COVID, this location really doesn't seem to care at all about the quality they're putting out and employees seem bothered when you walk inside. Im sure that's not true, but they've done nothing to convince me otherwise since 2020. I visit this location typically at least twice a week. I will now happily drive an extra 30 minutes to other locations or just go to Moe's to avoid this spot. I hope you guys change the attitude in this place because it really isn't worth my time or money anymore. So sad cuz chipotle is my go to spot. read more

Rude and disrespectful staff. Especially the girl with the blonde hair at the register and the man doing to go orders. Walked up to grab my pick up order and apparently she had asked my name a few times but I didn't hear her because she didn't speak loud enough and they had music blaring, which was inappropriate music in itself. Two music in a restaurant. so loud that you can't hear anything else. After I finally heard her, the guy doing the pick up orders started laughing like it was hysterical that I didn't hear her. I let it go and just stood there and waited after she said my order wasn't ready yet after I gave her my name. 15 minutes later and 30 minutes past my pick up time my order was sitting there the entire time, but since she didn't give me the opportunity to look myself, I sat there and waited for nothing, and our food is now cold. I also want to note that I have deaf parents and it's disrespectful to hearing people and a whole other level of disrespect to deaf people for an employee to laugh hysterically because someone couldn't hear them asking a question. Maybe turn the music down and you'd be able to hear. I will never ever ever return to this establishment. Not only because of the rude customer service but also because it was absolutely disgusting in there. Took me 10 times to pull out a clean piece of silverware and there was no cups for any condiments or anything. Seriously chipotle, Get it together. Seems like they are extremely rude Employees at many establishments. I don't ever leave reviews, but this was necessary. Very disappointing! I used to love going there for meals but whatever has happened over the last few years has changed everything. I have ordered several times this past year hoping each time I would enjoy the old Chipotle that I knew. However, I have yet to experience a good meal there in a long time. The chicken was very burnt, they were out of mexican corn, lettuce, and salad dressing. The lettuce that was available had a lot of brown spots on it. The rice was in a big clump and the taste was off. I stopped eating half way through, The workers there were very rude and it seemed like I was bothering them when I needed to ask a question. The cleanliness of the restaurant was very poor - food left on tables, no one to disinfect or even wipe them off. My daughter and I ordered from chipotle through DoorDash. I got the keto salad and she ordered a quesadilla, with the new chicken, pollo asado. The order came pretty quick, and when I dove into my salad, the first bite of chicken was not great. There was fatty/gristly bits in there. I'm guessing they use thigh meat; I would prefer breast meat. There was probably about 15 pieces in my salad, I'm not a huge meat eater, would've preferred maybe half that in more quality meat. Probably about seven of the 15 pieces I gave to my dog because it was fatty. I want a quality piece of chicken in my salad. The rest of the salad was really good. I ate the whole thing, but I was really hungry. We also ordered chips and guacamole. My guacamole had huge chunks of avocado in it. I had to mash it with my chip. There also was the little end of the avocado in my guacamole and a huge piece of cilantro. Otherwise the guacamole was fresh and didn't taste like it had any preservatives in it like you get at other places. My daughter said her quesadilla with the pollo asado was really good and didn't have any of that questionable fat in there. Next time I would order the pollo asado chicken or just veggie. read more

Ordered food three hours before closing (10pm according to the app) through the app and when we got there to pick it up (7:40) this sign greeted us telling us to call an automated customer service message system -- no other explanation. The doors were locked so we waited in the cold. The workers came out to the lobby to look at the line of us waiting for our food and literally flickered the lights on and off and just laughed and waved at us? And none of us got our food. Why not just put a sign up saying you're closing early instead of this message? You can't request a refund through the app so I'm out $25. Weird experience, they suck lol. ETA: I got refunded but I want to add that none of the workers in there were wearing masks so if they closed early due to covid precautions that's kinda ironic. read more
