I ordered online from this Chipoltle last night using Uber eats. I ordered the burrito bowl. Half chicken and half brisket. It was a $19 bowl (delivery, fees, tips, taxes extra) I normally would happily chow down on this meal. However, last night's bowl had 95% charred meat (I couldn't tell the difference between the chicken or the brisket) and barely any meat at all actually. I've been noticing more and more that if I order in person, the staff are nice and the bowl is over flowing with all the good stuff. If I order online is a high chance that I'll get what seems to be burnt end pieces, and just a handful of ingredients. PLUS it costs more than if I ordered in person. I understand about the convenience of having something delivered. I pay for that convenience by way of fees & tip.

This place is usually busy and it can be hard to get a seat. If it is summer I will order take out and then eat it outside on a bench or bring it home. Eating in is nice too and people do clean up after themselves. The food is fresh due to the high turnover. The staff is friendly and will patiently explain if you are not sure of the process of ordering or what the food is. I always get the bowl as I find it less messy to eat compared to a burrito. My favorite is the barbacoa where the meat is so soft and tender. Not dry at all.

I often passed by Chipotle in a long line up and today was my very first visit here. Came with my buddy A around 4PM and so lucky not seeing line up at that time. I got Carnitas($8.95) on a bowl with Guacamole($2.21 extra) and the food was freshly made! I got a to-go box and so did my friend since the portion is so big to finish. Good thing, we did! I really like the pricing and portion and how you choose from burrito/bowl/tacos or salad for the same price. I don't get the negative reviews here and will go back next time. Hopefully I don't see the super long line up during lunch. Going to avoid peak hours for the next time too, just so I get my table to sit. No wonder Chipotle is often busy whenever I go to Metrotown.

I'm not too sure how people can rate Chipotle lower than 3 stars. Staff were all friendly and greeted you with smiles. I love how quickly the queue moved and their assembly line of efficiency. It was fast food without it being too bad for you. For $8.95, you can get a huge burrito or all the fixings and toppings with rice in a bowl. I ordered chicken and the pieces had a good grill to them without being dry. I found my meal not overly salty or bland. I squeezed some lemon on mine and it was perfect. Next time, I'll add some guacamole too. Bonus, they serve beer here too!

I feel like Chipotle is slowly shrinking their portions over the years. I ordered a shredded beef bowl ($10.50) and pop ($2.10). It used to be so filling but no longer is the case. I feel it is still one of the healthier fast food options out so will come back for a quick lunch. This location is busy, but I managed to find a seat to eat my meal.

I like this location. It's a bit hard to find and outside of the mall area. The bonus is It isn't too busy here and you don't have to wait too long for your order. The portions are a good size and the service is pretty good. Quality is close to the downtown location but maybe not as tasty. I still like that they have more locations. Hopefully they will open even more locations. I think they have the best burritos in town.

Good Chipotle location and good food. Staff are nice but they are too light handed on the portions.

The top is a chicken bowl with no rice, no beans and added avocado. The bottom chicken bowl with no rice and extra lettuce and salsa.

Great food and some flexibility with health conscious options for individuals making it easy to arrange a complete meal that has a desirable end result. The chipotle team can be a little light on the preparing and adding the requested amount of veggies most times, however the meal has always filled our cravings for a slightly authentic Mexican dish. It's a good alternative for a family fun meal with locations that accommodate to group settings, however chipotle also has the convenience of having your meal on the go for those racing for some eats during a work break. This is definitely a place we look forward to returning to. We always love seeing improvements in the service and hope the education of the staff towards the meal options they have at the respected locations also improves as well.

Get the bowl and the pita on the side! That's the best way to enjoy your meal at Chipotle.

Believe the hype, folks, because this place is amazing. There's a reason why there are always a long line-up here, but do not let that discourage you because the workers are efficient in putting your meal together and getting your order ready to go quickly. The burritos here are massive and the guacamole is fresh, so come hungry. You can make your meal how you wish but seeing whole chicken grilled behind the assembly staff is a good sign that they are using real meat and nothing processed. Chipotle prides itself on using real, hormone free ingredients and it's good to see that it's true. As mentioned in other posts the clientèle can be obnoxious and because you are in close corners there's no real way to avoid it. So come in, get your food, and take it to go. So let the people hate, but this place is amazing.

Really, I still dont know what the big hype on Chipotle. I have to say I'm not impressed and not expect to return. At Metro town mall, there is big lineup to order the food. The line up moves quickly. Okey, let's see what is good: - Fast moving lineup to the counter - Burrito assembly runs quickly with some minor delay. - Burrito is filled with rice, beans, hot source, cheese or sour cream, etc - Interior two sections: Quick byte area where you eat standing or high chairs...the other side is where you can sit down like regular eatery - Sofritas are available at this location (Note, I did not try) Now the critical points: - I am big fan of Mexican spicy food however, food is not spicy at all. - Burrito did not feel any flavourful. - Ordered Chicken Burrito but I only got few pieces of Chicken. ( Not Impressed at all) - Price steep, Burrito 8.95 + pop medium size 1.89 = with taxes C$ 11 something. I cant say or comment anything on customer service as it is quite busy place and staff try to move people through quickly.

Chipotle in Canada! I didn't know until today. It was pretty busy and most of the seats were taken. However, people didn't take a long time to eat so seats became available. Originally wanted to order some soft chicken tacos but they only had the hard shell tacos available. Ended up getting the hard shell tacos. Tasted just like chipotle. Nothing special. Also ordered the guac and tortilla chips tasted as usual. Staff was friendly and service was fast. If you are ever craving chipotle just head to metrotown and you can shop around too.

    Taco chicken salad. Seriously delish!
    Liz O.

Super tasty and convenient Mexican food. Very filling for $10. The Taco chicken salad had everything in it and the chicken on its own was very well seasoned. I'd go back for lunch or even take away when I don't feel like cooking!

Chicken burrito not the steak one I ordered.

There are always a lot of people. It is best to just use the phone app to order or you'll be waiting forever, especially if using the counter. That said, getting the food is pretty quick, especially considering the amount of people. There's quite a bit of seating available, but they're usually filled up with people. It takes some time to find an open table. The quality at this location is pretty good. I usually get ice coffee with varied amounts of cream and sugar and this one gets it right most of the time. The staff lady at the metrotown location was giving a snarky tone when teaching me how to use the app on my phone. She then sighed when she took my order. She definitely gave strong vibes that she didn't want to be there. Other McDonald's I've been to just lets the customer show the coupon number shown on the app to the cashier which is way easier. I ordered a big mac. I'm pretty sure they added a little too much seasoning because it's more salty than I'm used to. I eat at least 3 or 4 big macs every month so i know how a big mac should taste. It was still edible though because I don't mind a little more salt anyways. It was just not what I'm used to. One positive is that the dining area was very clean because every table was spotless. Staff were diligently wiping tables and cleaning garbage. 3 out of 5 stars based on this visit. But they really should change out the extra salty burgers and cranky cashiers.

The place is brightly coloured, with yellow and orange walls. Staff are friendly. No complaints. I had the alambra carnivoro. This thing is pretty epic. Basically a pile of fajita fillings (meat, peppers, onions, peppers, cheese, and more meat bits) in a pile, served with soft tortillas and a pile of sides (rice, refried beans, salsa, and guacamole). I just sat and stared at the big beautiful dish. Maybe I was super hungry, but it was very delicious. I left satisfied and happy. Definitely worth checking out if one needs a Mexican fix in the area. The refried beans and rice were not the best I had and that was usually my favorite part. The dessert was Passionfruit cheesecake. Initially they said it was out of stock and would replace with tres leches cake (yay my fave). But they somehow managed to find the Passionfruit cheesecake and served that. It was not good at all. It didn't taste like cheesecake. Good thing that's usually not on the menu. R had the tacos instead. I tried some of that. He got the Birria, asada and pastor. Of those, I prefer the pastor. Very tender and flavorful. The horchata was pretty good but at $7, I thought that was a bit on the high side. We may come back for taco Tuesday ($4 each with min 3 purchased) or burrito Wednesday ($14) in future. I'm glad this place is being used again after the Greek restaurant closed when the owners retired. The layout is still the same. It can get really loud at any of the tables by the speakers. The music kinda drowns out any conversation. Parking is available behind. Walking distance to both Patterson and Joyce skytrain stations. Or there's the bus stop nearby.
