Here in town from New York and this is by far the scariest chipotle I've ever been to. Someone get a manager on deck.. this place is run by non-smiling, inefficient, angsty teens. The rice was undercooked, chicken was cold and dry, and I ordered (and was charged for) chips & guac and I got home to realize the server hadn't even put the guac in the bag..?! Chipotle CATERING...Felt the need to write my very first Yelp review. I recently used this Chipotle location to cater my husband's 50th birthday party. He loves tex-mex cuisine and I wanted an easy way to feed 50 people. While the food was great, and fairly easy to serve (make your own tacos, mini tortilla rollups, salad and burrito bowls with all the regular Chipotle fixings) the cost was exorbitant. At $14 per person my total bill for 50 people was $740. YES, $740!!! The most I have ever paid for catering in my long life of throwing great parties. I paid it because I wanted the food but it was not worth the cost. No drinks included. Chips and salsa and guacamole was part of the deal. But I could have brought the entire party to the Chipotle location and fed them for at least $250 less. No bargain believe me. I've fed more people for less with catering from Carrabbas Italian restaurant, not a cheap meal. Again the food was delicious and fresh. Guacamole crazy good! No fault there. There was very little left over and the meat was gone (expected more food per person). Additionally, I had scheduled a pick up time of 11am on a Saturday morning, the party to start at 1:00 pm. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes for my order to be ready, with another 30 minute ride home, stressing about the time with no option but to wait. I was disappointed with that, especially after paying $740. All in all, great food but priced about $2.50 too much per person. Service could have been better as well. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mexican Near Me - Camp Hill, Pennsylvania

Didn't have the best experience here... The person preparing my food spoke barely above a whisper, and I kept having to ask her to speak up as she asked me what I wanted. At the end of our time together, I was beyond frustrated. After paying, I sat down to eat my burrito and discovered there was more guacamole on the aluminum foil wrap than there was in the burrito. Now, I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, but that was a bit ridiculous. Also, the size of the burrito was disappointing for what I paid for it - I can go elsewhere and get something almost twice that size for the same price. read more

Chipotle is always the best tasting and freshest Mex. food in the area and the greatest value. Have been enjoying for years in many locations -VA, PA and MA. Only advice would be to drain the grease off the pork. read more

Yesterday (4/18/22), I went in to order some tacos to go a d the servers are some of the most incompetent people I have ever met! I had to keep repeating myself in order for her to understand what I wanted (here's an idea: get rid of the glass parition!) Then the cashier charges me for TWO items! Seriously the worst Chipotle around. constantly out of food or supplies. One day you order in the next they say you can't. The portions are getting smaller and smaller. Staff is so overworked by horrible, incompetent management. I am not sure where they find these types of folks to run their establishment but it's awful! We're not going back even though it's the perfect location in Camp Hill. We typically order around 7pm either on DoorDash or in person and there never seems to be any veggies available. I'm assuming staff doesn't want to cook more even though they're supposed to open until 10pm. Today I watched the server scrape every piece of rice from the bottom of the tray. They used to replenish trays long before they hit the bottom. Today I'm halfway through both my orders when he tells me there are no veggies. Last week they were closed at 630 on a weekday. Another day they were open but no one was in the serving line. Do they have a manager? We want to eat here but why would anyone pay 10 for a no veggie - veggie salad bowl. As always with Chipotle, super delicious, high quality food. Also wanted to throw in how great the customer service is. I've been getting used to having Celiac disease, which inconveniences restaurant workers. Sarah was really helpful and kind and didn't make me feel guilty for mentioning it. She changed her gloves, washed her hands, and made me DELICIOUS tacos! One of the reasons I chose this restaurant is because I'm an out-of-town visitor and know that Chipotle is good about GF policies. It's great to be able to eat somewhere and not get sick -- but also to have people like Sarah make it less uncomfortable to make sure we're in an allergen free environment. read more

Got a burrito bowl with no modifications. Big mistake to assume they'd understand portions. There was wayyyy too much sour cream, got about 2 tablespoons of my protein selection, the rice was mushy, and the chips I ordered with guacamole had salt "crystals". I come from Chicago where there is a good balance of everything, and it was a mistake to assume consistency in this area. I choose chipotle because it is a healthier fast food in terms of nutrients per serving. Totally disappointed in this location. read more

Went there tonight with my kids to enjoy what is normally a good meal. Sadly, I was very disappointed with the food today! The carnitas that I was served was mostly chunks of rendered fat and very little actual meat. And the sour cream was ladders out like soup. It had the consistency of 1/2 n 1/2 instead of sour cream. The peppers and onions that I was served tasted like the cook tossed them on too hot of an oily grill because they tasted of burnt oil and not of green peppers and onions. Very disappointed tonight. Will not be back for quite some time. read more

This place has been hit or miss every time I go. Last time I went everything seemed way overcooked. I went in the other day to get a bowl and had to repeat myself 4 times to the man behind the counter that was three feet away from me because they play their music way too loud in there. It was beyond frustrating. They always seem to be in a huge hurry and really aren't that friendly either. Also, the parking lot is complete hell. Good luck pulling in and out. I've been to this location at least ten time since it's opened, but today definitely warranted a review. Today I got a burrito that was legitimately kid sized. My sole complaint is in regards to portion sizing. It's really hit or miss depending on who's working, and I'm not going to complain because I've worked in the food industry and wasn't a fan of people like that... Anyways, this location really needs to make sure they're apportioning fair amounts of rice, beans, and meat (I'm looking at you chicken). Anyways, always a friendly staff. Hope the next burrito I get doesn't look like half the size of one I usually get (always the same thing). read more

Literally have been coming here since they first opened. Recently I have needed to slightly cut back on salt. I asked them if they had unsalted chips, the cashier said they didn't but would actually make me a batch without salt!!!! I was beyond impressed. She told me it would be a few minutes while she makes a batch and gave me a cup for a drink while I waited. Amazing customer service. I only wish I would of gotten her name to give her a good review. Just left this Chipotle and not very impressed with the food or customer service. The young ladies behind the counter struggled to make eye contact when taking our order and then gave very small portions. Normally, the portion in my steak burrito bowl is so large that I have enough for two meals. The quality of the food was not up to par, either. The steak was not hot nor was it seasoned similarly to all the other locations I have visited across the country. The freshness one normally experiences was missing as well. The place was clean, though, which is a good thing. Should have gone to the location on Carlisle Pike. read more

Newest location of Chipotle in the central PA area-so happy about that. The whole building looks amazing! Their food is good. They charge you by what "filling" you get: then you decide whether you want a burrito bowl salad etc. My favorite part, picking your veggies, salsa, guacamole (extra $), sour cream....be careful because even their mild can be a bit on the spicy side. All in all very healthy and you can see and pick exactly what you want on it. read more

We stopped at this Chipotle a few hours into a long a car trip and chose it soley based on Yelp reviews. We were not disappointed - This was by far the best Chipotle I've experienced. Despite the fact that we stopped around 12:30, there was hardly any wait. The serving staff is FAST! They were also pleasant and friendly. I am a fan generally of Chipotle --albeit a little over-priced and too large portions (i know some folks love that) -- I tend to get 3 Tacos (you can order less ala carte fyi) and I add on mild and corn salsa .. the corn salsa normally has the heat I desire. Today, a this location, the corn salsa lacked flavor (it looked like just plain corn). Not sure if it's a this location thing or a complete Central PA thing..I've only lived here less than 1 year. I find that Thai isn't as spicey as I would get in other areas. I've had the same experiences with Chinese (says Schezwan -- lacking heat?)? Did the Chipotle corn salsa get altered? Is this a Central PA thing (folks don't like heat so chains dump down their recipes accordingly)? So annoyed after waiting in line for bland Tacos...lead to my first yelp review ever read more

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. The employees need more training. My burrito was extremely lacking in rice and black beans. (I needed a magnifying glass to find the rice in my burrito.) It was so empty, but yet the guy folding couldn't fold it and ripped a hole in the shell. read more

No supervision on the front end. The place gets busy and the people up front become frantic and start making mistakes and aren't as friendly as they should be. Several times... including tonight... the person checking us out did not know what came with the meals. Also, the quesadillas were not even cut. Another issue is that they often run out of items... this visit was black beans and the last time we ate there they ran out of chips! Not exactly hipster southwestern without black beans and chips. If Moe's was closer that would be our go to for sure. read more
