This Chipotle has been a great experience every time I visit. I usually get my burrito bowl to go, so I'm looking for quick and efficient service, which this location has given me every time. They offer generous portions too! It's a popular hangout spot for college students from in town, so there have been a couple of evenings where I swing in for a quick pick up and the place is packed. That said, the line moves quickly and they don't run out of supplies at inopportune times. In fact, the only time they've been out of anything in my visits there was late night while they were running a fundraiser (no salsa or guac), but I can't fault them for an incredible turnout for charity! I feel bad for Chipotle-these e-coli incidents have really hurt their business. This location is a few doors down from a Panera, and on a recent Sunday night, Panera was packed and Chipotle had no line whatsoever. I opted for Chipotle and was glad I did. The woman who helped me was great! I asked for extra veggies and a ton of corn salsa, and she happily obliged without rolling her eyes or skimping on extra food. Exactly what I expect when I visit a Chipotle. Clean, fast and great customer service. I was in and out in just a few minutes. I ordered a veggie burrito bowl and was informed that guac comes with it free of charge. All these years of getting the veggie bowl and this was news to me! Storing that info away for future use. I've literally been to chipotle all over the country when traveling for work, this is the worst one and I absolutely LOVE chipotle so much I still settle for this one and hope for the best if I haven't been to Hershey in a while for my fix. They're usually out of something, typically steak, they need to be trained on rolling a burrito because I usually have to get it refilled or get two tortillas, I don't exactly get the menu on my burrito either or I would understand this issue more, the staff used to pretty much suck but they've gotten some fresh blood in there that seemed to have fixed this issue, I will say the food though hit or miss has been more hit lately I hope this trend continues. My last order was a disaster. There was a ton of people waiting for their order, it was so busy. They didn't cook my quesadilla and they forgot my chips. When I asked for the chips they were super rude about it and the chips were also stale. They also messed up a couple other people's orders as well. But whenever the order isn't a disaster the food is really good. read more

What can I say it's Chipotle so yes I ate it... The service was another story. The girl behind the counter could not wrap a burrito..period. The first one was so busted, leaky and soggy I had to take it back. After I told her before paying it was not wrapped properly. She had to remake it, rolled her eyes the whole time and busted it yet again. By far the worst Chipotle I have been to and we travel a lot all over the country. Rude, extremely slow service. One person helping a long line of 15 people and doing on line orders. My husband and I eat here at least once a week because we LOVE Chipotle. Unfortunately this one misses the mark. By far the worst Chipotle we've ever been to. The staff is often rude. When we order on the app, our orders are typically much later than they say and typically our orders are wrong. We ordered guacamole and paid for it, didn't receive it, then when we inquired about it they said they were out. That should have been mentioned since we already paid for it! I stopped here while driving on I-81, it was clean and had no line, the woman making my bowl was VERY polite, said "please" and "thank you" many times, and at the end she asked "is this perfect for what you wanted?". She rolled my boyfriends burrito very well too and gave him 3 scoops of meat when he ordered double steak. The servings were very generous and the food was delicious. Probably the rudest experience I've ever had. I deliver for a delivery company and I was ignored by the cashier (which is where you pick up the delivery order) while she served 3 guests (two in line and one from the dining room) after I asked her do I stand in line or do I stand here? She just kept ignoring me after I said I was there to pick up an order. She informed me she was busy 'helping guests' . Well do I not look like a guest? I even asked where to stand to get service and she again ignored me. So the the shift manager? (food assembler) informed me if I 'attacked' her cashier I should ask for the manager? Hello? am I not a GUEST also? If not what am I? I'm picking up for a customer, which makes me a guest. So I informed her I'd let her know that I received poor customer service and I wrote it up on my app. She assured me it 'wouldn't affect them at all' referring to my review I was leaving. Well that's nice but I'm hoping this YELP review will catch the owner's eye and I intend to call the manager tomorrow. I work in hospitality myself and everyone who walks up and is there is a 'guest'. The cashier also whispered 'bitch' underneath her breath. The line was long and the place was noisy. Couldn't hear myself think much less carry on a conversation. I had the steak burrito. It was like chewing on an inner tube. The steak was tough and rubbery. I've had better at Taco Bell. Unlike other places, the meals do not come with chips and salsa. Overall it was not that good and overpriced for what you get. Best fast food place in Carisle...by far. There are a handful of sit down restaurants in Carisle that are better but not a lot (sad state of affairs here).
