I ordered from Door Dash. We received The order and I was missing large chips and two chocolate milks from the kids meal. When I called back up to the store they insisted that I had a children's chips although I had the receipt showing them what I ordered. The staff was more than rude on the phone, the dash I went back up to chipotle to get the order and they wanted to argue with her as well. But each order ( 2 steak bowls and I'm not sure what the other was) but there was so LITTLe steak .... it was like ok, where's the meat? I've been to dozens of Chipotles and this is the only negative experience I've had. To start with, the line wrapped around the back of the restaurant and I waited 20 min before I even got up to the counter. There were about 7 people behind the counter and they didn't know who was in charge of what ingredients, constantly asking the next person what to do. The counter was a mess, with food everywhere. This is one crowded Chipotle! If you want dinner on a weeknight after work, your best bet is to place an order online like I did. I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes, but I got to Chipotle earlier and my order was waiting on me! I would have spent 45 minutes in line alone, as the whole store was packed. But with the order online feature, I just walked up the cashier and was out. My order was right, the food tasted good, as usual. First off, I could not give a damn what you think of my image, I'm happily married and definitely am not worried what a 20 year old thinks of me. Second, don't you have a freakin job to do!? I love Chipotle ... Just not this one. I almost always order ahead. Food is wrong 1 out of 3 times. Chicken gets burnt too often. I have been ignored and bumped in line by a staff member getting their food even when ordering ahead and showing up 5 minutes after pickup time. Never dine in here! You will have the other customers standing on top of you watching you eat. The store is way too small and has little to no area for the line to develop except for by the tables which are all community tables. plus the parking is horrible. So sad, so sad. I was a regular here and this location has gone downhill. Morgan no longer works here and Nicki switches between the line and back of the house (though it seems more of the latter than former). As for the rest of the staff, there are still a few employees with great personalities and customer service skills. However, they're now in the minority. One day, I only asked for a side of chips, a side of Sofritas, and salsa (the latter two for dipping) and the guy on the line quipped, "Wow. I wish more customers ordered like you." Wait....excuse me? Not to sound pretentious, but you're getting paid by an awesome company to fulfill customer's food orders. While I understand food service is difficult and my order was simple, if you don't like what you're doing...you have options, dude. (sigh) On another occasion, a guy was training beside the register and bagging items. My boyfriend (politely) told him we're eating in and would like a tray. The bagger let out a loud, visible sigh, took a tray out, slammed our food down. With his head tilted and pursed lips, he pushed the tray to him. "Um. We had chips as well." Guy essentially tosses the chips towards my boyfriend (who was not amused). I mean...what? Are you having a bad day? If so, why are you taking it out on customers. Stop. They're only getting 2 stars. I ordered online and it was very user friendly. I even paid in advance. Pick up time was 6:45PM. I got there a little early so there was a wait with two other online orders in front of me. I got the Chicken Fajita Bowl with extra Chicken. Paid extra, but don't feel I got anything extra. I always get mine with the Hot and mild salsa, plus sour cream and it was just dry, void of moisture. We ordered two side of guacamole and it was grayish brown. I reluctantly took one bite and discarded mine. Not one of their better performances at all. They need to step up their game significantly IMO. In looking at other reviewers, I agree with portion control and attitude of some of the workers. However, there are some good folks here as well. My chief complaint with this location is cleanliness. This place hasn't been open that long, but I'm guessing they've not cleaned the vents since that time and there is literally dust hanging from the ceiling. Don't bother coming to this location if you want to place in order in person, been there a few times in the past few months and usually met by a small sign saying they are only taking online orders. The few times I was able to order in person the staff was rude and seemed like it was in imposition for them to stop filling online orders to wait on customers in front of them. Most times they would help one person and fill 3-4 online orders. If you want to be an online order place only then lock the doors and set-up a window to hand out the orders. Went to the new location near the Courthouse and was definitely worth the extra time. Staff was pleasant, location had a separate line to fill online orders, was in and out in a flash. This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to!! So I order online, time comes to pick up and my sister goes in to get our "food" and she comes back out to the car mad. I asked her was happened she then tells me "well first they didn't want to give me the cups for the drinks we ordered and they made a big deal about the kids meal chocolate milk" I said what! She then tells me that she opens one of the kids meals and it had one the quesadilla and the rest of the tray was empty so she had to ask for the rest of the food and was given what they left out in the plastic containers where the put the lemon/lime and they girl with red hair was so nasty rude! Asking my sister "ANYTHING ELSE YOU NEED?!". We got home and we open another kids meal and guess what nothing but a tortilla!! I said oh heck no! I'm going to go I side myself this time, so we go back and the red head girls is there and I specifically ask her for the manager and I can hear her already mumbling, the manager comes and talks to us meanwhile I'm listening to the red head girl saying "I'm not doing that order again ummm!" I usually like Chipotle -- this location needs a Health Department Review -- the floors are so covered with dirt, food -- flies on things, tables are dirty as are the chairs. If you want too receive only 3/4 of your food this is definitely the place to order from. Last thing i want to do is complain about service. First off the food is always delicious. I places and order for pickup about a month ago, when i got home i noticed theyy did not put my salad dressing or chips in bag. We hit up this Chipotle often and we return time and time again. It's a clean joint and the food is pretty on point. I will say that I do agree with the previous reviewers-- they do skimp on portions, buttt, it's still a huge pile of food and often times, I take it home with me for later. Now that I have read some of the reviews, I am curious to try the Chipotle on West Broad and in Midlo, and check out the difference. I'll report back with my findings. :) read more

One day I envision myself on my deathbed like it is in The Giver, and I'll be able to ask for any kind of food I can think of. I never bash business' as everyone has off days nor do I leave negative reviews. But this chipotle is the worst customer experience Ive ever had. Yesterday I placed a very large order online (through their own APP) with my first and last name attached. Keep in mind I placed the order 2 hours early to be sure they were not rushed. I show up to chipotle and 1) I was told there was no order 2) they then changed to saying my order was already picked up by someone else. I get mistakes happen, but the manager himself was EXTREMELY rude removing any responsibility from chipotle. I asked "how can someone just walk in and take an order, a larger at that, without providing a name for the order" and he proceeds to tell me that their system messes it or someone didn't check. He never apologized. So I was out 100$ worth of chipotle. It was not the mistake that causes me to write this review, it was the terrible way they made me feel it was my fault then the staff began to all give me dirty looks just bc I asked to have my food made again. I will never come to this location EVER again. When I got there it was about a hr til closing, 5 girls on the line all over the place, rushing for what!? I don't know because no customers was in there. I'm about 8 months pregnant and was with my daughter ordering two burritos. They seem kinda rude and rushy for no reason, but I'm not paying those KIDS any mind. My daughter makes her order. I get my order together and the girl is loading HUGE amounts of portions ON MY BURRITO! I knew it was full but I don't work there, I don't know how to fold a burrito she does, so I'm thinking she got this because I seen way bigger and ppl wrap them just fine! So while I'm paying (wondering why my total is a lot and why they are the only location that don't do the Halloween burrito special) Anyways after paying everybody is looking at this girl having hard times wrapping my burrito, the cashier, the man behind me and including my daughter and my daughter made a comment about what was happening and I then turn to say IS THAT MINE? My daughter said they flip and slug my food out one wrap to another AND AT THIS TIME ITS ANOTHER GIRL TRYING TO WRAP MY BURRITO! And still she COULDN'T wrap it. I told them they can just make me another one because at this point my food looked a mess for the PIGS! She still trying to wrap! After two wrap and two ppl playing in my food!
