My husband and I decided to go to chipotle for something quick to eat. We typically enjoy chipotle as it is very flavorful. We had just moved into the neighborhood and decided to go in. Walking into Chipotle the first thing I noticed was the long line. I waited in Chipotle for 30 mins before I could even order. Once I ordered my food the staff refused to fix my bowl the way that I wanted it. They were really skimpy with the meat and fixings even though I was willing to pay extra. Once I got my food and ate it I was very disappointed as my food had no flavor. The rice was bland and so was the meat. The Guac looked old and tasted old. I won't be coming back! read more

I've had no issues with this location since downloading the Chipotle app. Ordering through the app is easy, and a great way to skip the long lines people seem to complain about constantly. It's so easy, you go when it's ready, walk right to the cashier and pay for your order. Chipotle is Chipotle, you know what you're getting regardless of the location. You can get on Space Mountain on New Year's Eve faster than a burrito at this place. Workers are fine, food is typically good, but the wait is complete torture. It amazes me that any large corporation would consider this an acceptable situation. Also, a lot of "special requests" in line slow things down and try my patience. If you do have the sort of mental equilibrium needed to make it to the register, I wouldn't eat there. Again, eating space is fine, but something about the way the line wraps around the dining area makes me feel a bit too on display and agitated. Overall, not a relaxing experience. I recommend peeking in -- if there are fewer than five people ahead of you (rare), go for it, but as take-out only. And careful leaving the lot -- it's very tight. read more

I have always been a big fan of all the food at Chipotle. I have never had a bad experience at any one. It is one of the few chains that I frequent. I have to admit that I was somewhat dissappointed at this location. The food was tasty and I did get it fast but it did not live up to the high expectations that i have of them. It tased as if the steak was sitting there for a while and my burrito was not wrapped very tight so it started to fall apart as soon as I started to eat it. This is by far the worst Chipotle ever! When you go there it's obvious that they're just trying to rush you through the line and they don't really care about getting your order right or even just giving you a friendly smile. However, I think I left my debit card there and I called to ask if they could look for it. Now I'm sure it's not that many places it could be seeing that it should stay close by the register or perhaps in a safe somewhere. I asked the young man tonight over the phone if he could just check the drawers nearby or wherever they usually store debit cards that were left behind but he told me he couldn't but took down my number and said he would check and call me back. Then he gave me some invalid reasons why he don't believe it's there. It was obvious that he was rushing me off the phone. I'm sure it was because he was trying to leave since it was close to closing time when I called. I asked him a couple more times if he could just check briefly and he said that he couldn't and then promised me that he would actually call back, then he told me to call him back , then he promised again that he will call me back. Obviously he's not going to check and that was 4 hours ago. If I did leave my debit card there I know it's my fault for not checking to make sure that the cashier actually gave me my card back but I was being rushed through the line by the staff there. So that's not what I'm upset about, being lied to and having a representative not even want to give me two minutes of his time to look inside of a drawer and see if my card is there makes me feel unappreciated. I don't spend my money at places that I'm obviously not appreciated at. Honestly I go here because it's the closest location to me but from now on I'll go further away. i frequent many chipotles and this is by far the SLOWEST, most crowded one. Bathrooms are TERRIBLE. I try to avoid this location if I can.

I really don't know where to begin. Every, AND I DO MEAN EVERY, time I come to this chipotle, I'm disappointed. From the cold food, to the skimpy amounts they give you and their rush to tell you it costs extra for a little more, to the negative attitude and vibe as soon as you reach the counter. The food barely has taste. If you never had Chipotle before, don't visit this location. It will make you hate it. If I didn't have it before at other locations, I would think it was the worst food. I can not agree with any of these reviews. CHIPOTLE IS KNOWN FOR A LINE. If you got at lunch time, around when everyone gets off work, or close expect a line. I go when I figure it shouldn't be a long line. And I typically never wait longer than 10 minutes (sometimes there's NO LINE) The food is delicious! I get the burrito bowl (white rice, chicken, black bean, mild, a little hot, sourcream cheese corn, extra lettuce, and I use the green hot sauce on the side!) or the burrito (brown rice, black bean, steak, corn, sourcream, mild, alittle hot, cheese and extra lettuce but with the red hot sauce and a bit of chipotle) the service is nice here. they are loud talk with a smile. But I will agree their cashier tends to walk away from the register quite a bit but it doesn't bother me much because I've worked as a cashier and understand that sometimes it's for the greater good. out of ll the chipotles I've been to... this was the best. I have never seen such poor customer service from employees and managers in a line restaurant. This Chipotle location needs to work on their method of training, starting with the manager and then employees!! The portions that was given was also under the "said 4 oz" that the general manager explained to me, that was regulation... I am highly disappointed in this Chipotle location! The food was good but the customer service definitely left a bad taste in my mouth... I was offered a free meal or my money back, and yes I'm going to take one of those two offers but my main concern is that the company resolve this issue! I've never been at a slower moving Chipotle. Lots of workers milling around; line not moving forward at all. I've been waiting twenty minutes and have barely moved. The line in here is always absolutely absurd and they are so slow. The employees are nice, which is why they get 2 stars, but I HATE going here. I usually order online ahead of time. In theory, this would mean I wouldn't have to wait when I get to the register, right? False. This is a popular restaurant and there are often long lines. This means as a restaurant you have to become more efficient. Instead I witnessed the cashier leave to take a phone call while a customer waited to pay for her food. I watched four people on the line take quite sometime to complete one order and a manager that seemed like it was his first day. I don't know about what goes on between the four walls of this place during regular business, but on May 17th, these guys were champs. We had a large catering order for our event, UChicago's Relay for Life, and they went above-and-beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This is ON TOP of giving us a bunch FREE. This Chipotle is by far the worst location I've been to. I must say there was not a long line so I was in and out, but that's where the compliment ends. They are so stingy with the ingredients....I had to ask for more rice, beans and cheese, and when I did the worker acted like it was coming out his check. The young lady that rung me up was interested in her personal conversation with her coworker than ringing me up. Line is slow and out the door all the time every time. Expect a 45 minute wait minimum. I was there one time and got up to the counter and was told "we're out of salsa" Bootleg-Mexican , Mexican people I know won't eat here. The staff is mostly African American who hook up the big booty sisters with big heaping scoops of steak and gobs of cheese and sour cream. What do I get? I get a racist 'whiteboy' scoop of steak and wilted lettuce. The spoon was barely a quarter full. I get home and most of my burrito bowls were upside down, open and spilled in the bag. read more

Just left the Beverly location and just spoke to the kitchen manager of this location complained about the quality of the meat I ordered steak tacos the steak was inedible every piece that I received was nothing but fat my son had a chicken burrito bowl with chicken was tough and inedible as well,they're suggestion was to bring the items back it is not efficient for me to come in for lunch and then have to spend another hour taking it back and forth then she said she would replace the items if I came in within 48 hours I have no certainty that this will be even better if I should elect to do this please don't go to this particular location I don't know if the others are any better but this one here sucks read more

I love this chipotle. I come here atleast once a week. The food always seems to be fresher and the service is speedy. There may be long lines but that's because the foods delish but either way ur in and out within 15 mins. The staff is pretty awesome too! One day I forgot my wallet and they gave me my burrito on the house!!! I always recommend this chipotle in particular to all my people, so I suggest you come here as well read more

Was not happy at all but i was too hungry and tired to fight. Since the big food issue hit the news this location needs to really try to win customers back. I've never seen the seating area with no customers that was my first red flag. My past experiences were all good if i got there at 11:00 a.m when they first opened but anyway it was like 4 people total working and the line didn't move, a lady was already giving hell it looked like a scene from tv show "What would you do"? Working with the public can be toxic so once the lady stormed out w/o her food they lost 1 girl to the line so it was 2 plus the cashier. I ordered the chicken salad bowl fajitas were burnt? Usually I go to the Chipotle in downtown Chicago and its great. The food is prepared the same way at each venue, but at the Beverly location.. It's mediocre. This is by far the worst location EVER! It's not the cleanest dining area. The restrooms are... a tad scary. (no bare ass to toilet action) Maybe they need to hire a maintenance crew. The only reason I visit this location is because two of my friends were recently employed there. Other than that... The Beverly location is a poor example of Chipotle. read more
