This chipotle is lacking is so many different areas I don't know where to start. First, I came mid day on a Sunday but they seemed to be running out of everything, scraping the bottom of each bin again o get food. Not great with the prep. The line moves very slow so be prepared to wait. I ordered a side of guacamole and I was told someone would bring it to me, fine. After I saw they refilled the guacamole and were handing it to customers I went and asked for ours, and had it thrown across the counter towards me with an eye roll. Another customer let the cashier know there was no forks left and she came around after rolling her eyes at him as well. It was very obvious she did not want to be there. My main complaint is the place was filthy. There's food all over the floors and the tables do not look like they were wiped down at all throughout the day. The front counters are filthy. Customers left a tray on the table and it was there from when I came in till when I left, despite them having some downtime. I'll travel to a different location if I want chipotle again. read more

Ordered online because that is the only option to get food there ..It took 45 minutes to make 1 bowl and there was only a few other people waiting . They claim that they can't do online orders and walk in orders at the same time so the online orders are the only option. Need a better system. I've been to a few Chipotles and this one is different. I was here at night and they were out of food, or they just didn't want to have any on hand. The girl sneezed on the prep table and slid my tray down to where there was still only some shredded cheese and plain salsa. The last time I was there was today. I'm the first one going in and my order was placed online so I assumed it would be fresh. I was confused when the guac was brown. I ordered extra guacamole so I had a nice little plastic container of brown stuff. The salad was just nasty. I think this was my last attempt to go to this restaurant. Other Chipotles are usually pretty good. This place sucks pretty consistently. read more

Worst location. First and foremost, the service is always slow regardless of time or day. Secondly, every single time I have went here they refuse to strain the beans or sauce, leaving your meal soggy and unappetizing. In response to me asking to strain the beans, they always provide an indifferent or aggravated face -- POOR customer service! Do not visit this location if you want a regular chipotle experience. Placed an online order at Chipote Mexican Grille - Cinnaminson that was paid by credit card and given a pickup time for 6:30 on Saturday night. I got to the store at 6:40 and the order wasn't even started. At 6:45 they told me my order would be ready soon and I watched them get the shells for my taco, the bowl for my salad and press the tortilla for my burrito, they put the meats in all and that's when the girl stopped and told me my order would be a few more minutes and she walked away. It's also when they stopped working on my order. At 7:05 I asked how much long it would be before I got my order, I was told they were working on it now. I knew this wasn't true because I was watching them the entire time, once the girl who put the meats in my selection walked away they stopped working on my order completely. My order sat there on the counter while they dropped food from other orders they were working on into my food - how disgusting is that? And they expected me to pay for and eat that??? This place is filthy and they have no organization. I was so disgusted that at 7:15 - 45 minutes after I was to have picked up my order I walked out of the store without my food. What's the point of ordering on line and given a pick up time if they're not going to start the order until 1/2 hour after you've been waiting. I know that some places get busy and you can expect to wait for your order for a few minutes but this wasn't the case. I am disputing charges for the order I did not receive. This store needs to have the health inspector check it out and be closed for filth. If I'd have known the Cinnaminson store was this dirty and slow before placing my order I would have gone to another branch to order my food. With doing that I might have gotten my food on time. Been here several times, the restaurant is always so cold you can't sit inside. Staff is more concerned with talking to each other than accuracy. Last time I went in the staff had several tables covered with pizza and other take out food, maybe I'm picky but I don't want to see random food spread across four tables and staff coming and going to grab something then walking back into the kitchen. For relatively new place it's already getting dirty, may not have ever been swept. Food was okay, burrito was more like a sheet of tin foil full of food, not even close to wrapped. The food at this new chipotle is just as good as I've had at any other one. There are some really nice staff members working here. My biggest complaint is that they don't have unsweetened, freshly brewed ice tea for a drink option like many other Chipotles. It's also pretty small, so if you are planning to sit down be prepared to not have a table available. read more

Customer Service was not a pleasant experience on an overall scale. Not a great experience at ALL. 1. Why did employees decided to clean kitchen walls during 6pm-7pm RUSH HOUR TIME/DINNER TIME? Especially at 6pm-7pm when steak is cooking? Are you not afraid that the spray bottles will get in the steak, while food is cooking? Sanitation policy? 2. Why were there only 1 grill/cook making steak while other employees and CUSTOMERS were waiting for food? 3. Where was the supervisor or manager at the time? During rush hour time? 4. Why did the supervisor or employee decided to do inventory at 6pm-7pm when that's the prime time for dinner? Prime time to greet guest and shorten the line... 5. Why did employees allow guests to wait while only 1 person was on the grill? 6. What's the policy around customer first? All hands on deck? 7. The server did not listen to my request. Since we waited long for steak, my only request was to get fresh TORTILLA. He did not listen and decided to throw out the rice and did not listen to my tortilla request. Instead his face expression was very grouchy that I asked for only 1 fresh tortilla. How do you manage food cost? If he knew that the wait will be long, he should have said "I'll give you fresh tortilla when the steak is ready, rather than making it first and let it SIT THERE." 8. If your server seems to be okay giving 1.5-2 scoops of chicken to other guests, why did it seem okay to give me less than 1 full scoop of steak, when I waited with 7-10 guests for steak? Is that how you serve an upset guest? Just because I asked for fresh tortilla, he was mad at me? Just because your team did not support the line, and the team was efficent, it's okay to take the anger out on your guests? And lastly, how do you manage food cost? By not listening to your customers request? And throw out rice, when that's not what the guest intended you to do? 9. Other employees felt the tension, and mumbled to each other "should give her free chips & dips." Great idea!! But for the next visit, does that resolve the problem now?????? 10. Cashier decided to say at the end "I can give you free guac now if you want...." If you are serving an upset guest, you just give it to them--- don't give them an option to say no or walk away mad. It should have been offered not asked. Again, how do you train your employees on customer service?? Where was the supervisor??? 11. At the end, where was the supervisor at the time? Busy in the back office or too busy doing inventory during 6pm-7pm dinner time? 12. How are the employees trained with customer service? If team on site should really consider learning from Chick Fil A. They are a fast food restaurant, but they serve with kindness and care. 13. Walking in Chiptole without a greet, but a wait in line, and angry empoyees watching each other work. Team needs training on TEAM WORK, ALL HANDS ON DECK, AND SMILE. Have you considered to cross train your team? But if you did, maybe there wouldn't be a long line. 14. Do not watch your cook suffer, while 7-10 guests waiting for steak at 6pm-7pm. Let me help you. 1. Greet your guests. 2. Hands on deck 3. Do not clean walls, floors and do inventory during prime time/dinner team. 4. Shorten the line when needed. 5. Cross train your employees, demand team work 6. Address the issues right away, if you want to give something free do it now. If you are wrong, don't ask the guest if you want free stuff-- give it to them now. Make them feel that the problem has been resolved not after spending $8-10 the 2nd visit and bring friends to get FREE GUAC... Like come on---- after this visit you think the guest will come back to spend money at this location? NOOOOO. Address the problem now- not later. 7. Train your employees on customer service, and make sure your supervisor or manger is present when resolving issues like that. Tell you supervisor to drop the inventory sheet or production sheet and HELP THE LINE. 8. Or corporate or District Manager..... you should consider hiring the right MANAGER... so you can help your new business out? 9. New location is very convenient for work. Food is as expected from the chain so its good. No ice tea? ! This is a huge mistake lol, the lemonade was the only fountain non soda option and tasted like yellow water. Staff is very friendly though, plenty of parking n seating. Staff very nice and polite but service is slow. The burritos seem to be made smaller than other Chipotle's. The ice tea and plastic ware was out for the second time in as many weeks but they do replenish when told. The food tastes good and I never have a complaint about the freshness. read more

The food here is very good, the same as all Chipotles. The problem lies in the management. They never hired enough staff to operate the store properly. My 17 year old daughter got what she thought was a part time job here when they opened. She wound up working 35 hours a week, sometimes up to 10 hour shifts, 7 days in a row. They had her working the line and the online orders at the same time. Sometimes the line would be stretched around the store and she was expected to serve customers and fill the take out orders at the same time. They really need to hire more staff as most of the originals have already quit. She just gave her notice and will be looking for a true part time job. read more
