Today I had a very bad experience at the Chipotle in Clark. To start off the workers were very disrespectful. Every time I go to this chipotle workers look very miserable and unhappy to be there. I waited about 5 minutes to order my food today when I was the only person standing in there waiting to order. Next the worker claimed that they were out of cheese but we saw the cheese right in the back and he wouldn't give it to us. The worker also put a gigantic scoop of sour cream in my bowl after I had just asked for light sour scream. Then they gave me a large bag of chips with approximately 7 chips in the bag which should have about 20 chips. The chips were then very stale and disgusting. Workers also failed to tell us we weren't allowed to eat in the chipotle after we had bought the food and planned on eating in there. This left us having no place to eat our food. This is not the first bad experience I have had at this specific chipotle it happens quite often. Then after having so much trouble the food was absolutely disgusting and cold. Overall I was not happy with my experience at chipotle today especially for the amount of money I payed for a meal. This was probably the worst 43 dollars i spent on a meal for me and my friends. read more

Review: Terrible Service - Missing Items & No Attention to Detail I ordered food for delivery, expecting a simple and accurate order, but the experience was beyond frustrating. Not only did my food arrive late, but every single attachment I requested--sauces, utensils, and condiments--was completely missing. It's incredibly disappointing when you pay for a meal and don't receive the basics that should come with it. It shows a complete lack of attention to detail and customer care. To make things worse, there was no way to quickly fix the issue since customer support was unhelpful and slow to respond. This Chipotle sucks. They claim to give out "Law Enforcement Discounts" but only give discounts to Police Officers. All the other Chipotles give all branches of Law Enforcement the "Law Enforcement Discount " except Clark Chipotle. They should then call it "Police Discount". By the way, Correction Officers in NJ are having their title officially changed soon to "Corrections Police". State Corrections already had their title changed and soon county corrections will have theirs changed as well. What's going to happen when that happens? Corrections Officers title will change to Police for idiots like Clark Chipotle staff that do not realize that Correction Officers have Police Powers. Eff this Chipotle! read more

I got horribly sick because of there unwashed unsanitary lettuce! I was sick for 2 days my stomach was terribly aching and I threw up multiple times I felt HORRIBLE. A friend of mine even said her friend has had the same reaction because of the poor use of prepping foods before serving its basic common sense to wash all vegetables before serving especially when serving to the PUBLIC. Very dangerous to play with people's food like that never know something worse could've happened!. Poor service as well workers are rude. read more

Saw a tiktok about this location closing their lobby early even tho someone had ordered. I work in food industry. You don't close/lock the doors until all the orders are gone and paid for, if not you should be calling to confirm they're still coming to receive their food. If they ordered and paid for it before you close its the employees responsibility to make sure it gets where it needs to go. read more

I must say I always leave the Clark Chipotle very happy. All the staff is friendly, they all smile and they have a very nice manager. I'm well taken care of, the lines or short and I can't help but come several times a week. I highly recommend this location.
