When it was 20 min behind, I asked about it and the last upfront then proceeded to print out the order to be processed. There wasn't a clean table in the entire restaurant. My burrito shell was hard and just horribly cooked. They gave me a small chip instead of a large. Almost all the fountain drinks were out of the soda listed. I told someone about the soda and they said it wouldn't be taken care of until tomorrow. Just reeks of mismanaged chipotle. Probably lots of people that weren't trained or ill prepared by management. The food is good, as all Chipotle's are, but the staff acted entitled and rude and kept trying to skimp on all of the ingredients. I was disappointed since I decided to give them another try (I haven't been here in a couple of years since I switched to Qdoba, which is literally 2 seconds away from Chipotle and the staff is always so friendly there and they don't upcharge for guac or anything else), but this just reaffirmed my love for Qdoba. If you want soggy, cold tacos, go here! TL;DR: The greeter didn't greet, they didn't drain the beans or sofritos before putting them in the taco shells, and drizzled the hot sauce all over everything - even the outside of the shell. Take your time and make the tacos as they should be made. I'll gladly wait an extra few minutes to have them made properly. By the time I got home, it may as well have been taco soup - with no actual crunch at all, bean and sofrito juice a half inch thick on the bottom of the container, and lukewarm. We are still in a pandemic. Chipotle opened, without any changes. There was no protection for the staff. If they don't take care of the staff, the less they take care of the client. COVID-19 is still among us. Things cannot continue as it did before. My order was to go. When I arrived, there were many orders on the shelf as well as in the front area, near where the customers sit. This made the order not easy to find. Because of the unorganized amount of orders, those who ordered for pick up have to touch each bag to find their order. There were no special windows or visors to create a proper barrier between the food, the clients, and the staff. The only protective measurement that was added was that the staff were now wearing mask. I'd like to thank you for reaching out and offering a free meal. However, I would like my money back for my order. I do not want a free meal, coupon, or gift card. I believe it would benefit everyone if more protective measures were made to protect client and staff during this pandemic. this afternoon I placed an order for my family of four. 2 salads, 2 kids meals. Upon arriving home we realized we didn't receive the salad dressings, salads were missing toppings, the kids juice boxes weren't given to is, same with the kids fruit as sides, the one kids meal was a chicken quesadilla and instead both were cheese quesadillas. Go to this Chipotle location for lunch every once in a while. They have NO customer service and are only worried about pushing the masses through the line. They have NO COVID protocol and although the signs ask to lease six feet between customers, the servers are encouraging tighter spaces and are annoyed when you say you are going to wait until the 12 people along the serving line move through. The lone one star is for the tasty guacamole that did not disappoint. The lack of additional stars are due to the God awful customer service. Everyone else seems perturbed with the line snaked around the restaurant, which I could care less about because after all it is Chipotle and it happens. Every Chipotle I've eaten at throughout the nation has normally been encased in a glass door and windows, which you can see the length of the line through, especially during peaks hours, and you have the choice to keep on driving or get out and brave it patiently. My issue is with the serving employees. They screw up your order (and the patrons in front of you) and then give you attitude as if you yourself scooped the wrong meat, salsa, or beans, etc. Don't get mad at me because you screwed up and I politely ask you to fix it. Yes, for $8+ some of us actually want our food prepared the way we requested it. And please stop talking mess to one another in Spanish about your customers....Some of us (especially Californians) understand you! I observed the ladies working the line be extremely rude to customer after customer, especially those that asked minor questions. Why are these employees so disgruntled? You'd think they worked at Walmart or something. It took 20 minutes to get thru the line to just order our food and there was less than 10 people ahead of us. I'm writing this review as I stand in line. I just placed my order for my burrito and it's been sitting on the counter for 5 minutes. For some reason there is a bottleneck or something going on that nobody can seem to figure out. Either that or a large catering order. Or maybe a difficult customer. Still something that the employees could have had under control as to not waste my time along with everyone else in line. My wife went in to grab some burritos to go and told me they laughed as they threw a ton of lettuce in her burrito and when she got it home and showed me it looked like a salad, you couldn't even see anything except lettuce and sour cream. My burrito was folded up like a towel is folded and not rolled. If it was I who was ordering and not my wife I would have questioned the manager on spot. As much as I enjoy Chipotle I'm not so happy with the size or portions of their burritos. It seems as if they have been cutting down on their portions. If you say extra or normal on items apparently they put light everything in your bowl. Taste was just as bad. The chicken was so cold and the lettuce was gross. Stay far away from here. I'm sure the food is good but staff need to pull their masks up over their noses and two of them were chewing either on gum or on the inside of their masks. One female staff member kept pulling on her mask when she spoke. Good thing her only job was bagging the food once it was all packaged up.
