I placed order through the app. My order was 40-50 minutes past the quoted time. When it was 20 min behind, I asked about it and the last upfront then proceeded to print out the order to be processed. There wasn't a clean table in the entire restaurant. My burrito shell was hard and just horribly cooked. They gave me a small chip instead of a large. Almost all the fountain drinks were out of the soda listed. If you want soggy, cold tacos, go here! TL;DR: The greeter didn't greet, they didn't drain the beans or sofritos before putting them in the taco shells, and drizzled the hot sauce all over everything - even the outside of the shell. Take your time and make the tacos as they should be made. I'll gladly wait an extra few minutes to have them made properly. By the time I got home, it may as well have been taco soup - with no actual crunch at all, bean and sofrito juice a half inch thick on the bottom of the container, and lukewarm. Obviously the staff doesn't give a f about any semblance of their product or customer service, which sadly means that management is failing too. I'm baffled why this place is so busy. We are still in a pandemic. Chipotle opened, without any changes. There was no protection for the staff. If they don't take care of the staff, the less they take care of the client. COVID-19 is still among us. Things cannot continue as it did before. My order was to go. When I arrived, there were many orders on the shelf as well as in the front area, near where the customers sit. This made the order not easy to find. Because of the unorganized amount of orders, those who ordered for pick up have to touch each bag to find their order. There were no special windows or visors to create a proper barrier between the food, the clients, and the staff. The only protective measurement that was added was that the staff were now wearing mask. I'd like to thank you for reaching out and offering a free meal. However, I would like my money back for my order. I do not want a free meal, coupon, or gift card. I believe it would benefit everyone if more protective measures were made to protect client and staff during this pandemic. Go to this Chipotle location for lunch every once in a while. They have NO customer service and are only worried about pushing the masses through the line. They have NO COVID protocol and although the signs ask to lease six feet between customers, the servers are encouraging tighter spaces and are annoyed when you say you are going to wait until the 12 people along the serving line move through. The lone one star is for the tasty guacamole that did not disappoint. The lack of additional stars are due to the God awful customer service. Everyone else seems perturbed with the line snaked around the restaurant, which I could care less about because after all it is Chipotle and it happens. Every Chipotle I've eaten at throughout the nation has normally been encased in a glass door and windows, which you can see the length of the line through, especially during peaks hours, and you have the choice to keep on driving or get out and brave it patiently. My wife went in to grab some burritos to go and told me they laughed as they threw a ton of lettuce in her burrito and when she got it home and showed me it looked like a salad, you couldn't even see anything except lettuce and sour cream. How hard is it to get an order right? The last 4 times I ordered online for delivery or pickup...the order was not right.
