Hate to do this because this location is usually on point, but today there were straight up trash!!! I placed an online order for two sandwiches. I ordered two Jersey Favorites. The first was on white, Mikes Way with the oil and vinegar on the side. I specifically requested the O&V be put on the side because my wife won't be home for three more hours and I didn't want her sandwich to be soggy!!! The other was on wheat, Mikes way, with mayo and mustard. After paying I found it odd that it said it would take 45 minutes before being able to pick it up. I placed the order at 2:46. I was on my way home from work and got there around 3pm. There were a few customers inside, but it wasn't crowded. My order wasn't ready yet. It hadn't even been started. The kid that asked for the name on the order said it was still being made. (He actually didn't even check). Another 5 minutes goes by and another kid asked me for the name on the order. (He actually looked for it). The supervisor came over and apologized for the wait and gave me vouchers for 2 sandwiches on my next visit and had them start making my order. I walked outta there around that 45 minute mark (sat inside the store for almost 30 minutes for my order). WTF!!! I could have just waited in line and got my order faster than pre-ordering it When I got home I didn't know which sandwich was mine and which one was hers (I absolutely hate that JM's doesn't label their sandwiches in peoples orders. The first one I looked at was hers. Guess what.......MF OIL AND VINEGAR ON THE SANDWICH!!! WTF GUYS? CAN'T YOU FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS?!?! Then I looked at mine AND THE MAYO AND MUSTARD WAS PUT ON AFTER THE OIL AND VINEGAR. WHO TF DOES THAT??? Mayo on the bread, then mustard, then make the MF sandwich and add the oil and vinegar. It's not MF rocket science!!! I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and my sandwich sucked @55 to eat..........

They only have two tables and a few barstools along the window for indoor dining, but did mention that customers often take their food across the street to the coffee shop to enjoy when space isn't available. We were able to utilize the table for two. We both ordered the Italian wedding soup, a cup for $6 each, and two sandwiches. I went with the spicy Italian on their homemade bun and my friend got the turkey pesto panini. We both enjoyed the soup and she devoured her sandwich. Unfortunately, I didn't love mine as much as I had hoped. The sandwich was cold, which isn't necessarily a problem, but the bun itself was chilled, dense, soft white bread. After picking the sandwich up a couple of times, the bun became wrinkled and slightly off-putting. I'm sure there are a lot of people who love these buns, but it wasn't the combo for me. I'd try something on sourdough or focaccia next time.

We were first time customers, and he made us feel right at home. My sister and I came here for breakfast and a coffee before starting our day. We ordered one of each breakfast sandwich because they all sounded to good to pass up. Our overall favorite was the Our Breakfast Sandwich. All the flavors were delicious together, but the basil mayo and the homemade bread were the stars. The house made bacon jam on the Breakfast Panini was some of the best I have ever had. It was mostly bacon, and not all jam like others I have tried, which really gave it that homemade touch. The Multigrain Panini was the most mild out of the three, but still full of flavor. The freshly brewed coffee was rich and smooth. The café is mostly takeout, but we were able to sit inside at the bar top which faced a large window. In the fridge and freezers, there are homemade soups, meatballs, bread, and more. These would be a perfect option for a quick, quality family dinner. If you are in a rush, there is an option to order on the website for seamless pickup. I can not wait to come back and try their lunch and dinner options.

My husband and I visited this particular DiBella's Subs in Robinson Township one time. Menu items include submarine sandwiches (e.g., salami, ham, turkey, corned beef, tuna, roast beef, capicola, chicken, cheesesteak, meatball, and veggie), salads (e.g., pasta, macaroni, and potato), and cookies (e.g., chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin). For lunch my husband ordered a 10-inch grilled chicken Philly sandwich. After he paid and had his receipt, an employee asked him if he had ordered a different sub, and he corrected her, and then she dishonestly told another employee that he had "changed" his mind. After many minutes, an employee handed him the correct sandwich. Including tax and tip, it cost about $16. The restaurant contained many tables and chairs, but we got the sandwich as takeout. My husband said that he liked the taste of his grilled chicken Philly sandwich.
