For a chipotle, this was a 5 star experience - clean place, happy servers and located in a good location. The food tasted good too.

Although the workers were friendly, there were some problems with the Chipolte. The soap dispenser in one of the bathroom was broken and it made me wonder about workers and guests spreading germs and causing foodborne illnesses. This seems to be a health department violation. The tables in the restaurant were dirty and had not been wiped off. I will not go to this location again. They need to get their act together. read more

I love chipotle, I was very excited to see one opening up in Crescent city. My first visit, the staff were nice and welcoming, but the manager was rude, responding to my question as if I were stupid. The food was not fresh and it was bland. I get it was a very new business, so I let it go. The last time I visited this Chipotle, the same manager was working and still just as rude. The food was terrible, it was again very bland, did not taste fresh, and the salsa did not taste right. Again I love chipotle, and this one location does not change my opinion, I just wont visit this location. It really is just a waste of money. read more

Crescent City Chipotle, seems new, and really up to date. Clean restrooms, nice staff, lots of smiles! Chipotle food is always good and we enjoy visiting different ones in different cities. Worth a stop if you're passing through, horrible weather here year round. I don't understand why anyone would live here. read more

Good Chipotle! The first thing I noticed is that it was drive through, first time I'd ever seen that. Otherwise it was a standard Chipotle. The veggie burrito with free guacamole is the way to go. The staff at this location works incredibly hard. Unfortunately, when we visited an hour before closing on a Sunday night, a family of 20 had just walked in and began placing their orders. It took us over 30 minutes to order and get our food. Not sure if that was bad timing or if they have a staffing issue here. read more

We arrived at 8pm on a Friday night (they were open til 10). The place was filthy with every table dirty and garbage scattered all over the floor. We were the only customers, except one man who walked in behind my husband and I. After she slopped some black beans on my tortilla, the server claimed to be out of both rice and chips. Not really okay, but she'd already started my burrito, so I proceeded. As I got to the end, I noticed a second food prep table. With large amount of rice sitting in it. Which I pointed out to my server and asked if she could out the rice on my burrito after all. She said no, because that table was only allowed to be used to prepare food for prepaid app users. I reminded her that I was a customer standing in her store, cash in hand, asking to purchase food, but instead she was saving the food in case someone else came in to order it later is a different method. So... if we used the app while we stood there, we could have rice but if we paid at the counter, we could not? What sort of ridiculous logic is that ? We pointed out this lapse and were told that she was doing the best she could with what she had. She NEVER said I'm sorry or even acknowledged their policy might be flawed but her hands were tied... nothing resembling customer service. She just got angry and defensive about her stance, and refused to let us have any of the rice. It was all I could do not to use my app to order three sides of rice and go thru the drive thru. We didn't. But words of advice - skip chipotle and go next door to Burger King- it can't possibly be worse. read more

Definitely not as good as other Chipotles but maybe they need some practice. Staff was friendly but slow. Very skimpy on the meats compared to other locations. So skimpy, I had to order double meat to compensate and even then, it wasn't as much as other locations. A disappointing experience. read more

It doesn't matter how backed up you are. You can't take 50 orders in the standard line for an hour before starting the online orders that have already been paid for. After submitting order at 7:03p, the app estimated it would be ready by 7:25p, but the staff told me it will be ready at 8:30p. Almost one hour and a half. I had to go through GrubHub customer service to cancel because it was marked as if Chipotle was working on it, and they wouldn't help me inside. read more

Parking is impossible the entire place is packed with employee vehicles. assuming an overstaffed team would make the entire process smoother unfortunately, definitely not the case here. The manager is doing a horrible job with proper flow and training of simple orders. I understand they just opened hopefully they will fix the overstaffed store and weed out the lost employees. The location is nice and clean pricing is oddly reasonable for chipotle. I ended up waiting in like for a while, but the bathrooms smelled like a brand new car they were so clean! Opening pains are over! and this is now a go-to for a lower cost, more nutritious, as well as delicious, food option. I've gone twice with a group of people and there were ample clean tables available, friendly and quick working staff, and great food. So tasty! I placed an order using the App. I was trying to participate in a local fund raiser but the App did not give me an option to enter the code. When I picked up the order I told the lady at the window this and she just held my bag out the window and said "can you just take this". A man asked her what was going on and came to the window. I explained the situation to him and he just said "there is nothing we can do to help you". I feel if the restaurant is going to offer a fund raiser they should be much more helpful with the customers who are trying to participate read more
