This location service is beyond horrible. Racist to be exact. My daughter was waiting in the car since 10:45AM for food. App said order is ready for pickup at 11:25AM. I went to drive-thru and waited 20 minutes (the lane stopped that long for 1 car). I went inside hopefully to pick up my order and be on my way. NOPE, I was being ignored from left and right from ALL Employees at the Pick Up station. So I went Dine-In Lane, I stood there right at the Cashier. She saw me and then immediately went over to the pick-up area. Talk about experience, NOME of the employees, in luding manager come to ask a single question or give me any attention 20 Minutes of completely being ignored, they looked at me then looked away. What am I an alien? I guess they only expect to serve mexican only? One lady that work at the dine-in lane give me the Smirk like what an asian guy doing here? We are in 2023 and Racist still exist. Did I give up? I left the building and went back to the drive-thru lane. So Technically, I have tried all chipotle's fck up lanes at this restaurant. I have never been this frustrated. I introduced Chipotle to my wife and daughter for the first time and this is what I get. A Piece of Sh!t Service. $31 for a bag Full of Frustration. I wanted to ask if the ingredient contain pepper because of my 3-year old. Nope! Cant ask when they dont want to even service. And in the end, My order was missing items (Milk, Baby Fruit). Chipotle Mexican Grill - Been sitting here for the past 15 minutes - Fast Food Near Me - Davenport, Florida

I recently went to the new chipotle in Posner park. I always get a salad but I couldn't get that because the lettuce was brown and soggy. It looked disgusting. When I asked the worker to please replace it with fresh lettuce, they claimed they didn't have anymore. I think they didn't want to open a new bag. I was going to get a salad anyway but when she mixed the lettuce, it was so soggy that it looked wet, gross! I told her that they should not be serving that to people but she didn't seem to care. I got a chicken bowl with not lettuce. Additionally, they are super slow. Only 1 person working the assembly line while the others roamed around doing nothing. They had a long line and they didn't seem to know how to handle it. We waited for 1 hr in line. The chicken was burnt and my daughter's guacamole came out of the burrito because he lady wrapped it too tight. Horrible experience. They need guidance! read more

Stopped by with my wife to get a salad. We had to park over by the Starbucks because there was no parking as they are very limited. The line was soo long and very slow which I didn't care for. I also notice that the seating area was dirty. As I was eating I did see one of the workers attempt to clean but she didn't do much at all if any. I ordered the chicken salad and my wife ordered the steak salad. I thoroughly enjoyed my salad which was really tasty. I am not sure if the guacamole comes with the meal but I am thinking they just didn't charge me for it because it states $2.50 but I was glad because that's too expensive for a plop of guacamole. I believe the prices when up because it wasn't a cheap salad. I tried my wife steak and it had an awful flavor. Nonetheless I think I will order to go if I ever go back. My first time at Chipotle! The location is great, but the restaurant is pretty small. I wanted to try it so I went with the hubby and our two. Glad that my daughter was familiar to explain the concept of ordering. As I got closer I noticed that the portions were big. My daughter had the rice bowl, and I shared my steak burrito/ white rice with my hubby, my son had a chicken burrito with white rice. It doesn't have the best most authentic flavors, but it is not bad; the taste was okay. The quality of the food is good. The burrito can be messy so be careful! As far as service, we did not have a problem with any of the servers; they were focused on what they were doing. Did I fall in love with Chipotle? NO! Will I come again? Eh, maybe as an alternative. She gave the pico away to the previous customer then only charged us for one order of chips. She then went on and gave us an attitude and walked away from the register instead of giving/charging us for the chips. If i could give 0 stars I would. I love chipotle and unfortunately this is the only one near me. Every time I go there is a line out the door because the employees waste time flirting with each other and laughing around instead of working. Every time I order online for pick up they get my order wrong. A few times I had to drive back to tell them that they didnt add the guac that I had to pay extra for or added sour cream when im allergic to dairy, they take the container back, make it again, and then when I look its still wrong the worst part is that I order the same order every time , a bowl with rice, beans, meat, corn, guac, and lettus. This is easily the worst Chipotle establishment I've been to. Literally every time I walk in the line is to the door and the pickup line is no better with it always being backed up. The workers are extremely slow and it appears that they are always understaffed. They are always out of an ingredient (today it was black beans and peppers and on Friday it was the same thing). They were even out of the caps for the sauce cups so they had to cover it with aluminum foil. I honestly think that they need to improve management because Chipotle is never THIS bad. read more

Not sure what's happening with this location but the wait for the drive-thru pickup line is one of the things dragging this location down. I live nearby and almost everytime I see/wait in this line it can take 20-40 minutes to get to the window to pickup your food. The chipotlane is horrific. You can easily spend a half an hour in this line and it's easy to see why. Once you get to the window after they give out the food for the previous car, they don't even come to the window when the next car pulls up. They do whatever it is they're doing on the inside and choose when they want to come to the window. Almost every time your food is sitting there ready. If they had any real drive-through experience, they would hand out food until all the completed orders were handed out. read more

I used their mobile app to order food and ended up having to wait an extra 25 minutes at the window. When they came up, they said, "We don't have half your order." And that was it. I had to ask if I was going to get a refund since I paid on the app and they said, "Just call this number and they'll do it." Then closed the window. I live near here and used to order frequently. But I have noticed a definite decline in customer service. Today, I preordered my food to pick up at 5:00 pm thru their drive up window. The process is supposed to be fast. Order and pay via their app and just drive up and pick up my order. Easy, right? No chance! I showed up about 5:10 pm and there were 15 cars in front of me (this is now the norm at this location). But several cars were at the window for 10 to 15 minutes. Why so long to drive up and pick up a bag? When I got to the window, I spoke with the manager and he said a lot of customers are very rude and will show up too early for their scheduled order and then they refuse to pull their car to the side so other customers can drive up and pick up their orders. I agree that it is very rude of people to do that. But it's also the responsibility of the store manager to refuse service to people like that. He said he has called the police on them but he needs to do more and refuse service to them. They are ruining the food of all the customers behind them who have scheduled specific times to pick up their food. I waited in line 24 minutes, today, and my food was stone cold by the time I got it. I will never go to this store again. This is about the 5th time this has happened to me. I'm willing to let a couple of bad services go, but it's now the norm at this location. They need a stronger store manager who will stand up to the rude customers who refuse to budge from the drive up window. If you allow them to get away with it once, they will continue to do it....and that is exactly what has happened because I witnessed it happening twice in the drive up lane today. read more

They pretty much always forget something from my order - I even called to get a refund when they forgot an item : they said they'd credit my account but never did. I complained to corporate about this location via the app a couple of times but no response. Tonight I tried again - got our food and had to throw it all away, because something was totally OFF - my son said it tasted weird, then my husband dug in and said the sane thing - so I tried and yes same thing : everything tasted like soapy or dirty water - so weird (and disgusting). I called them for a refund, since we are throwing it all away -- let's see if I get my $36 back or if they forget to process my refund again! Sucks! I'm giving five stars because the rice, beans, chicken and lettuce were amazingly delicious in my bowl. My brother in law picked it up and ordered through the app I'm not sure how long the wait was but it was delicious nonetheless. Very pleased with the quality of the food at this location. I recommend if you're hungry to stop and eat at this chipotle. I must add I ate chipotle in the Bronx in New York and was disgusted and gave up on chipotle but my brother in law surprised us with chipotle today and wow it was just breath taking truly amazing. This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to! My food is alway wrong. Never returning again

My husband and I have always liked Chipotle, so when we found out one was coming to Posner Park we were excited. So when it opened we popped in for a bite first chance we got (after the Christmas rush). We arrived about 7 PM on Saturday. It wasn't very busy, and the food was served fresh and quick. I did notice it was very loud inside. Not the music playing but just noise, like we were standing in a giant tin can. Then after we paid for our food and turned to sit down there wasn't one clean table. I chose the least messy one and bussed it myself sopping up some liquid from a cup with a napkin. I went over by the door to get some hand sanitizer and it was empty. The floor was littered with napkins, straws, and dropped bits of food. For a new place with fairly expensive prices for fast food, you would think they would have some pride, and at least care if customers were sitting at dirty tables. Hire a busser please. The two stars I give were for the food only. It was good, but only average. read more

This is my first bad review but I feel it's worth mentioning. This location is awful! They are always out of something (chips, taco shells, etc.). They also have a drive thru lane for mobile orders. Well that's a joke. You order ahead and choose an available time but your food will never be ready at the time you've selected. I'm not sure why they let multiple people select the same time if they can't manage that amount of orders. They will also make you drive around to the back of the line if they don't have your order ready at the time you ordered it for. You can sit in the drive thru lane for easily 30-40 minutes waiting on the order you've already paid for. read more

Food was fine, usually when I go to a chipotles, we're served our food really fast. We were in line for 35-40 minutes. No joke. The servers had no type of hustle, and had that "I hate my job" attitude. They didn't seem to care that the restaurant was busy. I don't know if they were short people, but the cashier was running to take the trash out between customers. That wasn't what was slowing down the line tho, it was the ones serving the food, who aimlessly walked around the kitchen like there wasn't a line out the door. I love Chipotle's food but this location sucks. The communication is ridiculous. I've placed a handful of orders and typically order a salad. Well the salad dressing is always missing. So I figured this time around when I order I'll give the store a phone call and kindly remind them to include the salad dressing with my order. I've phoned the location multiple times. And NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. All I want to do is ensure my order won't be messed up like it has been so many other times.
