Haven't been to a Chipotle in at least 5 or 6yrs. Went yesterday to pick up a vegan burrito bowl a couple vegan hard Shell tacos and even copped a bag of chips taking that chance of them being stale (at one of the staffs suggestion) but was not disappointed. My burrito bowl was lettuce rice black and pinto beans vegetables corn pico de gallo a little cheese sour cream and Guac. My tacos were basically almost identical minus the corn pinto beans and Guac. Rounded it out with Chips. Ai was pleased and satisfied. The service was great. Staff were on their game getting me in taking good care of my order sending me home to a satisfying meal. All in a reasonable period of time. And at a reasonable price. The place was a buzz with several people already there and folk coming in. The burrito I bought was thick and full of goodness service was quick but that didn't mean they cut corners. Very clean place. Super nice staff. Funny taking my Latin mom to chipotle ! The portions were too big for her. She kept telling the employee that she was gonna share and she wouldn't be able to eat all that. This place is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I live nearby and used to always come here but this recent time is the last. The employees are rude as fuck, they lie about being out of items when they have tubs FULL of it behind the kitchen door. The Night time manager lady with the gray hair and glasses, the skinny twink looking kid with his eyebrows done and hat halfway on his head, and the assistant manager with her hat always lowered are HORRIBLE at doing one of the simplest jobs ever! It amazes me how lazy these people are. They have no integrity when "doing" their job. I placed a pickup order recently that said guaranteed 20 minutes from placing the order and it took a fucking HOUR!!! Shit is crazy! Ive found pieces of meat in my guac, hair in my food, and food thats been pretty much thrown in the fuckin bag (the younger manager with her hat lowered). The time before that the cashier (Estrella) pushed my food across the counter so i hard i had to catch it so it didn't fall on the floor. These lazy ass, half wit people should not be working in a food environment. Go take your shitty attitude and shitty work ethic somewhere where customers wont be affected by it. Food was good but other issues. We went for a fundraiser for Lake Center Middle School so we drove out of the city to go here. They didn't seem to be able to keep the food stocked, place was busy. Half of the tables were dirty and they didn't have enough staff for the large crowd that showed because it was a fundraiser. The Diet Coke had "out of order" on it and 0 had no syrup. I told the gentleman with glasses and he said he'd look at it or refund our drinks. We ate and didn't bother to get a refund since the machine wasn't fixed and it was a fundraiser for school. The problem was the receipt didn't show a donation amount. Hopefully they do another Chipotle but the one in Norwalk on imperial. Will the school get its funds? The mobile order said my food was ready. I arrived to find all these ppl standing by the register, looking angry. I asked the cashier for my order, but she kept insisting I had to wait my turn because everyone before me is waiting for rice. I had to tell her 3 times that I got a quesadilla. One of the worst Chipotle locations in the area. This is the third time they screw up my order when using the app. Just got home to see they forgot to add my Vinaigrette for my salad, gave me the wrong sides and forgot my side of queso blanco. The order wasn't ready by estimated time. A burrito that was in the order was extremely sub par, the meat just tasted off and had a ton of lettuce. Frustrating part is there is no way to get a refund. The app has a bot and there no way to get a live person for assistance. So I'm out $ for their incompetence. If you order from here, check your order to make sure nothing is missing. As for me I'm done with this location. My patience is running short with Chipotle and their poor customer service options to address issues. Let's say I get a Bowl.. 1st question is what kind of rice..let's say I pick brown rice..they'll add a scoop but it doesn't even fill up the plate.. sometimes on the person before me or after me I see them spread it out but for me for some reason they leave it as is..then beans..let's say I say Black beans ..less than a simple scoop is added all fast like if they really don't care. Then someone else takes over.. you get your protein lets say Chicken..i mean it doesnt even fill up their scoop.. they look at you with a you better not say anything look.. and i see it in other customers..they want to say something but these employees are so trained to use their command presence that you have no choice but to keep moving on..let's say I pay EXTRA for queso..they add a strip..I mean a quick I don't care strip you add other stuff corn..sour cream or even Guac! which is what they call it..GUAC! then "Large" chips that if you look inside with inflation i guess they're only filled a Quarter of the bag..and don't get me started with the freshness cause they're not..the right portion of seasoning YES but stale not fresh. Anyways..then you see what your paying and you feel like horrible paying what you're paying and wish you could've said something or just stopped your order and left but you dont..and you open your bowl and see that the flavor is not all there. I'm very disappointed because this is the closest one I have and I repeat..I love Chipotle even if it Pricy but this place is either not up to their standards or they're just trained to not to care about what they're giving you.. Don't get me wrong ..if you don't like the portion they're giving you..you can ask for more rice, beans, corn, lettuce or whatever they don't charge more for and they'll do it..BUT LOOK HOW ANNOYED they look when they do it. My vinaigrette had spilled in the bag and the chicken was burned :( this was the first time ordering a salad since that's the only way I can get vinaigrette. I thought a salad was supposed to have more lettuce however it hardly had any. Additionally it was only the outer leaves of the lettuce which were wilted. I did go back in the location to let the employee know my dressing has spilled and he gave me another one. I appreciate him giving me another but it didn't fix the taste of the burned chicken or the wilted lettuce. read more

Food is always cold at Chipotle. No matter what location I go to. Idk how that's possible. At this particular location every single table was dirty when I went in. There was no soap in the restroom to wash my hands. They completely forgot to give us our kids meal quesadilla. They had to come give it to us at the table after the fact. Once we sat down to eat they had no line or customers and they just stood thier talking instead of going out to clean the tables or sweep the floor. Came this evening after going to 2 other Chipotle's, that had old food and we're extremely dirty. (Paramount & alondra & Apollo) I must say this has to be the best Chipotle bowl Ive had in a while. I am a fan of businesses - chains or not - that support youth fundraisers. Chipotle is one of them. My daughters' elementary school had a fundraiser here last month. For the most part, I was satisfied with the food. It was served hot and fresh. The only hiccup was when I noticed that our drinks were not packed. Easy fix. The employees do this for you during COVID-19 restrictions, though. This place has really gone down in the past year. A couple weeks ago, I was told there was no chicken and it would be a 10-15 minute wait, so I moved on, and then literally the next person had new chicken. Zero communication with the kitchen. Three strikes, you're out. I work in the field all over the San Gabriel Valley and down into this area. Chiplotle is my go to for lunch and I eat at a lot of them. I have over 10000 rewards points so so do the math. I'm pretty familiar with the chain. I will cross this one off my list. The portions have no standard and I feel like my lunch is at the mercy of the mood of the person dishing it up. I got half a scoop of rice which is cheap. It didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. The beans were thrown in there and the woman serving literally shook out some of then chicken from the scoop before putting it in my bowl. This has happened here before but after 3 times of feeling like I'm paying sit down restaurant dish prices for what equates to a fast food snack, I won't be coming back to this one again. While Chipotle will still get my money, of there is a franchise owner of this one, they will not. I'm not even going to get into the lack of cleanliness like food scraps on tables and debris on the floor or the personal convos that have no business taking place right at the serving station in front of customers. When I got there John (worker) was working so hard! He is keen on providing excellent service. The man in the kitchen also moved quickly, proving verbal cues to John when trays were ready. I appreciate their speed. The food however was a bit bland, the beans and meat tasted as though they had no seasoning/salt. I ordered chips and cheese as well! The cheese wasn't hot. It was room temp. The bag of chips was filled less than half, I asked John if he could give me a new bag which he did. Sometimes the chicken can have a bit too much salt, but other than that it is pretty consistently good. I do appreciate the later close times now. I used to love coming here because it's right by my job but the service here is horrible now. It's is 12:55pm on 12/11, the cashier was rude by far the most rude employee I have ever encountered. I went to pick up my online order and you have to wait for the cashier to go to the back to grab it and she refused to grab my order, instead would ignore me and just help the customers there. Usually employee will finish the payment with the customer ordering in the restaurant then grab the bag from the back since they are right by the door. She did not. She helped a total of 5 customers and would not grab my bag in between the gaps she had. Finally another employee came and she grabbed my food and I had my hand out to receive the bag and she just did a little toss onto the counter and walks away. I would now rather drive to a different location then going to this one. I thought it was just me but there was an older man who wanted Coca Cola and asked the cashier if they had coke and she looks at him with an annoyed look and says no. Apparently they didn't have coke or Diet Coke. So instead of looking annoyed how about tell the customer that you are out before making that sell. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years so I know it can be a lot but when someone is being kind to you, why belittle people. I also got to work and there was sour cream outside of the burrito wrapper and all over the bowl below it. When I went back today they said the email was NOT good enough. I ordered 2 drinks and was charged for 4. I ordered 3 guacamole on the side and was charged for 4. I don't feel it is a simple mistake as when you order at Chipotle it is ALL MADE TO ORDER. To be charged extra when the order is given makes no sense to me.? I'm going to have to triple-check the order before paying and hold up the line. To start off the order was not ready at the time given on the app and waited for maybe 5-10 minutes, not much but used to promptness in most cases. Literally was served half the portions of most ingredients except for cheese and sour cream, they were more than generous with that. The rest of the items on the order were the same boat. The saddest looking salad with a huge squeeze of sour cream on top. A couple of fat chunks in the barbacoa to top it all off.
