I used to love coming here because it's right by my job but the service here is horrible now. It's is 12:55pm on 12/11, the cashier was rude by far the most rude employee I have ever encountered. I went to pick up my online order and you have to wait for the cashier to go to the back to grab it and she refused to grab my order, instead would ignore me and just help the customers there. Usually employee will finish the payment with the customer ordering in the restaurant then grab the bag from the back since they are right by the door. She did not. She helped a total of 5 customers and would not grab my bag in between the gaps she had. Finally another employee came and she grabbed my food and I had my hand out to receive the bag and she just did a little toss onto the counter and walks away. I would now rather drive to a different location then going to this one. I thought it was just me but there was an older man who wanted Coca Cola and asked the cashier if they had coke and she looks at him with an annoyed look and says no. Apparently they didn't have coke or Diet Coke. So instead of looking annoyed how about tell the customer that you are out before making that sell. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years so I know it can be a lot but when someone is being kind to you, why belittle people. I also got to work and there was sour cream outside of the burrito wrapper and all over the bowl below it. Worst served chipotle burrito bowl ever. As a loyal customer I know what to receive since I always order the exact same thing. Hate complaining but this honestly deserved this review and this is not the first time i've encountered bad experiences from this location. As usual I order through the mobile and pick up on counter. To start off the order was not ready at the time given on the app and waited for maybe 5-10 minutes, not much but used to promptness in most cases. Literally was served half the portions of most ingredients except for cheese and sour cream, they were more than generous with that. The rest of the items on the order were the same boat. The saddest looking salad with a huge squeeze of sour cream on top. A couple of fat chunks in the barbacoa to top it all off. This is the 2nd time I've been charged for multiple items that I didn't ask for. The last time I ordered 3 chips, was charged for 2 and only given one. After calling the Google number. After NOT being connected with this store location but instead a rep at a call center. The employee sent me an email to get a replacement. When I went back today they said the email was NOT good enough. I ordered 2 drinks and was charged for 4. I ordered 3 guacamole on the side and was charged for 4. I don't feel it is a simple mistake as when you order at Chipotle it is ALL MADE TO ORDER. To be charged extra when the order is given makes no sense to me.? I'm going to have to triple-check the order before paying and hold up the line. Horrible Experience and Scary!!!  Walked in and the guy took a good minute before he put his gloves and stared at me. No welcome No how can i help just stared. Anyhow I said may I have 4 bowls please all white rice and pinto beans except 1 with out beans.  He threw the food in the bowl splashing everywhere. He said what protein each meal? I said I rather give you my order 1 by 1 because I have had bad experience in the past and my orders have been wrong. OMG I must of said something wrong because he rolled his eyes and put his hands in his waist MAD shaking his head.  I asked "Are you ok" he said yes why I responded because your being very rude and throwing my food in the bowl.   We continued with the order and he was still rolling his eyes and he almost got my 4 orders wrong ‍At this point I just wanted to get out of there I felt ABUSED and missed treated I paid for my order and asked to speak to the manager. As soon as he heard me say that he was mumbling something refused to give me his name nor did he had a name badge or anything so I took a picture. He was fuming came across the cashier desk to confront me almost snached my phone. I was SCARED for my life NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO OR RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION  As soon as the manager came out the guy continued to help others, still giving attitude to others who were at no fault ‍ It was apparent that the worker is a bully even the manager didn't know how to react all she said was ill have a talk with him. While waiting 30 minutes in line (only 4 people ahead of us) the employees were joking around and too busy chit chatting as if they were in highschool. We are finally next and there was no chicken. Mind you the chicken was in the back getting literally burnt (no employee over the grill btw)! they were out of rice and we had to wait longer until our order could be taken. Place overall was messy and seriously unprofessional, there were plenty of employees but all too immature to handle work. Went in at night around 845pm and that was a mistake. I wanted to try their brisket. Long story short, very small portions along with having burnt small pieces. Maybe it was like that because, they ran out or it was going to close in a couple of hours. Everything else was cold too and stale (Rice, Tortillas). Don't go to Downey location after 8pm. This place has always been my go to spot near my home. No complaints on the food BUT we went on Saturday around 9:30pm and the young guy helping us (couldn't see his name) was RUDE. Horrible body language and demeanor was very unprofessional. As we ordered our bowls his responses were blunt and rude with an annoyed face, as if we were an inconvenience coming in. Even with a long line, he was friendly & engaging while still managing to get the orders out as quickly as possible. I know the job isn't easy having to deal with so many customers, but he delivered above & beyond service today. I hope Chipotle takes care of this guy because he is a GEM of an employee! read more

What is going on with this location? I've been a customer for 5+ years and the past few months everything has changed. The line is always long after 5 pm. Be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes to order. Food is hit and miss and they may be out of what you want. No rice or no protein. Soda machine may not be working. Employees seem over worked and stressed. They will rush you and pile on tiny portions. If you ask for more it's only a tiny scoop. The whole place is dirty and restrooms are horrible! This last time I went I was given no receipt. Don't order through the app because portions s will be small and you may get someone else's food. The rice is sometimes crunchy and inedible. The last order I purchased I had to throw away. The carnitas was all fat and the meat was crispy like it had been there for many hours. I'd give a higher score if the employees were nice or heloful. They make fun of ppl who r different, walk differently, etc. That's disability discrimination. Everytime I've been there they've made fun of me. I tend to walk different and need a small cart to maintain my balance and they always make degrading comments including thinking I'm homeless bc of my walker(cart). I've said something to corporate but obviously they didn't do anything bc it keeps happening. It's unprofessional and ilegal but they don't stop there. They make degrading comments about overweight ppl too. I've heard them. The foid is great most of the time but it doesn't make up for staff's treatment. There isn't a place for disabled to sit. The chairs r hard wo much support and assistance devices block the walkway bc they have narrow walkways. Whoever owns it doesn't care about meeting the disabled accessible standard at all. The food is good most of the time but the rice is overcooked or dry at times. Staff do try to short you but as long as you as for more (like salsa) you'll be ok.
