Very disappointed with this Chipotle. I spent nearly $70 and received half-filled bowls with extremely small portions. One bowl barely had any lettuce, and I was also charged for chips that I never received. The staff were rude and unhelpful. When I asked a question, an employee responded, "I don't know, I just do what my manager tells me to do," and offered no assistance. The general manager was also dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were yelling things like "bye" and "get out," which is completely unacceptable. The restaurant was messy, and this is now my second bad experience at this location. What's frustrating is that I've been to other Chipotle locations where the staff were kind and the bowls were filled properly, so I know this isn't a company-wide issue. I also contacted corporate and was told I'd receive a buy one get one offer and a free chips coupon, but I never received either. Overall, poor service, poor portions, and poor management. read more

Probably the most rude Chipotle staff I have ever encountered. I ordered a pickup order in the app and was a couple minutes early, the woman in the drive thru was very rude about it "you're early, we still have five minutes to make your order." I'm sorry? Calling this the worst chipotle in America doesn't even do justice for how bad they are. Every time they are out of something, take forever, workers lollygagging around, no straws or silverware out, etc... This specific encounter I walked in only customer in the store, come up and they are out of steak at 4pm on a Sunday when they aren't even busy. Waited 10 minutes for steak. Then have barely any peppers and onions left the worker puts a pitiful amount on there and I go would like some more and worker goes it will be a lil bit. I go alright nevermind get to the guac section they are out of guac and I go guessing that will take a lil bit too. Worker nods and I just laugh. Cherry on top I go over to fill my drink up they have no straws and took 10 minutes for them to find where the straws were. I swear it's every time this chipotle is trash. Chipotle is not ready as a chain to support a drive thru. It would be shorter and more convenient to park my car and pick up inside. Drive thrus are convenient and quick, and this one was not. I won't be using the drive thru feature again. read more

Ok so once again the tables are filthy and so is the place you get your utensils. They should have someone constantly wiping them off. But not with a dirty rag. It's gross ! And what is with the amount of meat you get ? If you get the right person serving you , you get a nice helping. If not it's like the guy has stock in the company. Let me start by saying I never leave reviews but after today I was blown away by the incompetence of this chipotle not only were there dead rats at the entrance of the store I walked in with no options available they were completely out of most of there proteins, no white rice and salad dressing. I got my burrito with 3 things on it took a bite and ended up throwing it away because of how stale and old it tasted. If I'm corporate chipotle I would take a serious look into this business because it's putting a serious damper on the franchise. What a nightmare. Waiting to call corporate on Monday. Drive thru was 13 cars deep , went inside and I was the 11th person on line, they only had one person working inside making the orders . Every table was dirty, floors were dirty. As you will see the garbage can was overflowing. The counter where the young man was making all the orders as you will see was disgusting, I tried my best to get pictures behind the worker at the prep station that was dirty. They had employees, but they were all talking in the back and sharing things on there cell phone. 5th time in the row they are out of guacamole, I took pictures of fillings for your salad /burrito ect..... they were out of peppers and onions, no new chicken that's advertised on tv, stated they were out, all there different kind of beans were all dried up. This place was a hazard from the garbage everywhere, to how some items looked so old, areas dirty and unsanitary. With the one guy working took 22 minutes for 1 salad. Whoever the general manager of this restaurant should be fired. I like chipotle but Unfortunately, this restaurant was absolutely disgustingly dirty. The High school staff in addition to the manager didn't appear to give a crap. There was no food but empty containers that appeared to be there for hours. No beans, no protein and when I asked what they're offering to sell, they said everything was still being prepared yet it was 6pm?? Between the cooks coughing on the food and talking on their personal cell phones no one appears to be in charge. I definitely would not recommend this place nor would I ever go back. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to get a handle on this sanitary condition of this chipotle. Terrible staff, not clean and no food available to sell. For this they apologized and offered a FREE DRINK good for 30 days the next time I go back. WOW - a FREE DRINK! I'm extremely disappointed with the service, we walked to the door with a note on it saying that it's only mobile orders only, so we went to the car to order online. After i ordered and was ready to pick up, they weren't even done with my sisters meal. We waited for 45 whole minutes to get the food. When i received it, they didn't put anything i asked for! It just looked rushed and seemed like they ran out of options so they put whatever that was there. With them being so expensive, they should at LEAST be efficient with, time and food! Chipotle in general has been declining over the years however visited this location last week @630-7pm and several items were either unavailable or you had a 15 min wait. The most disgusting chipotle I have ever been to. They wrapped my husband massive burrito with one piece of foil and drugged it across the counter at the register and then I told the young lady about it and she stormed off. The manager came over at least I think he was the manager. Did not try to solve the issue or make it right. I told him that she charge me for queso and I did not have queso on anything I ordered and I did express to him that he could check the my orders if he did not believe me. So let's guess what he did? Came here for dinner the other night and they were out of everything. No veggies, no sour cream, and no guacamole. I ordered 2 veggie bowls and they didn't even tell me until I got to the end. You would need a magnifying glass to find the pork and when I found it, it was one little piece of over cooked stringy pork that was tasteless. The brown rice was al dente and ice cold, but there was a pile of it. The corn was present and so was the cheese, but only barely. Salsa was skimped on too. I paid $2.80 for guacamole that was approx. a teaspoon of chopped avacado or something green, since it didn't taste like it. They make fresh everyday? Well they a new recipe. $15.79 for one dinner and I should have just set the money on fire and saved the gas. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but after reading the reviews, I doubt that.
